I feel that Ken is kind of expensive. He charges me a fee just to come out to my condo. Last time he was here he flushed out my shower valve cartridge because I was not getting good water pressure in my shower. He does come the same day that I call him and he doesn't make you wait. He is very dependable and sometimes he brings along some help.

Ken is friendly, professional, and knowledgable and I gladly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

I called Pierce Plumbing & Heating late on a Saturday afternoon for a plumbing emergency expecting to simply leave my name and number for a return call on Monday morning. Instead they came right over looked at the job and told they would be back Sunday morning to take care of the problem for me. They arrived without fail at the promised time and did the work at the price they had quoted me. I would call them again in a heart beat. True professionals, quality workmanship, keep you informed, honest, do what they say, arrive on time, care about the customer and leave the job site neat, clean and tidy. You cannot ask for anything more.

Ken is very professional and down to earth person. He and his associate performed the work in a very professional thorough manner. He very thoroughly explained the whole process and completed the work within the day.

It went very well. Pierce was at all times mindful of my wants and needs asking for clearification when needed and asking if what they had done was satisfactory as they proceeded. They were very professional and obviously care about the quality of their work and my satisfaction. I will hire them again for any future plumbing work I need done.

Ken arrived on scheduled, called ahead, and after viewing prolem was able to adapt materials. I will use him in the future

He was very helpful, and gave me practical advise on how to eliminate sewer gas problems in the future. He also gave me useful advise on asking my condo association about in-door sprinkler maintenance and dryer vent access. He was professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend him to neighbors and friends.

I would rate him high overall. The price was reasonable. He was very responsive and very punctual. I liked him so much that I referred him to my son. He used him a month ago and would be using him again tomorrow. I have used him twice this year and also my son has used him twice. He is just very responsible, responsive and neat.

He came by on time and spent a few hours installing the new plumbing. He also took the time to explain everything he did and why he did it. I am very happy with the way the plumbing went.

Ken answered my call and was immediately available to my schedule. He quoted me a time frame and kept to it. He arrived when he said he would and worked in a curteous and respectful manner. His eye for detail was noted when he discovered a bulge in my washer hose which was not near the pipe he was fixing for us. It was however ,in view of his work area. He did not have to go out of his way to see the area. In other words, he was not snooping . I was very pleased with the quality of his work and the price for this and his time.We would recommend Ken to anyone and would call him for further work which I know we will need. Karen D.

Had a very leaky kitchen faucet. I did much of the research and legwork before ever calling a plumber, ordered the correct parts from Kohler, even attempted to do the repair myself, but got stuck at a certain point. Called Angie's list, got recommendations for plumbers in my area, and went with the top recommendation: Pierce Plumbing. Ken Pierce scheduled the visit three days out from my call...a long wait actually...but we wanted to give him a shot because of his good Angie's List profile, so we waited. We could have gotten someone else faster, but we made do with no water in the kitchen until he came. He arrived as scheduled and basically, with the correct tools and calm, deliberate problem solving, resolved the overly complicated Kohler spout assembly. He had to call Kohler to ask for tech assistance, but not getting much help from them, as I also had not when I called previously, finally figured out the problem. I am glad that he did not bring a second man, which would have upped the fee, and he allowed me to help him at times above the sink while he was below. Ken asked a very reasonable fee, and worked in a discount for my mentioning finding him on Angie's List. This was a positive experience, and I'm glad Angie's List helped me to find him. He does not have an ad in the yellow pages or in Angie's List magazine. I will use him again.

It went very well, Although they started an hour late, they finished in a timely fashion in a very professional manor.

It went very well. I called up Ken Pierce and set up an appointment for the weekend but unfortunately he was unable to make it...so he performed the services on a Monday. I would have to say that that was the only snag in an otherwise smooth repair job. The whole job took about two hours. He called and I went over to pay the man. Most of the bill was labor but since I'm not a plumber, I didn't mind.

He was fantastic. When I was scheduling the appointment, I was expecting to get set up in a couple of days. He was able to set me up immediately without an emergency fee. He replaced my melted filter. When he was out, he realized that there was a bit of a leak. He ran out, got what I needed, and came back. The job was completely done and cleaned up afterwards. He gave me a free water testing kit as well.

I needed him to come ASAP and he did. He first indicated that the owner of the condo below should do her homework first, opening up the ceiling. He was probably right. But I wanted to do my part so told him to go ahead and fix this, on the off chance I was causing the problem. He did and double sealed it assuring me that if the owner below still had a water problem, it wasn't my fault. He was thorough, professional and did not charge me an arm and a leg, for which I was grateful. And yes, the owner below still had a drip, but I was confident I wasn't the cause.
