Customer service was good. I was very detail oriented and complained a lot and they redid everything I had an issue with. The biggest problem was the amount of time it took but I have to admit that they did this job in February while it was cold out and had to skip some days.

From the first contact through the final follow-up, Sean remained the quintessential professional. We opted to do half the windows in our home but will hire Sean and his team to do the rest of the house later this year. The quality of the windows and workmanship is superb. We have large windows in our great room that were old and rotting on the outside. The new windows simply make the room pop and complement the custom wood framing beautifully. Additionally, I like the Universal Windows because there is a smaller vinyl frame than competing products resulting in more window and less vinyl. We did have a minor complaint on the inside window stops used and Sean immediately replaced the stops with ones we did like - totally at his expense. The installation crew were on time, polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and Sean. They are simply the best and we will use them again and again!

These guys do it right! I started out with another company with a comparable 3 glass system window. Luckily i opted to start out with only 9 of 18 windows needed cause i was waiting for the equity loan to go through. The difference was apparent when the installer (subcontractor) got sloppy & devious. I had to go through the dealer who dragged their feet for 4+ weeks before sending out a representative to view the PROBLEMS! Never again for them. It was like night and day for the second 9 windows. Too pleased and they haven't finished the install yet. The sales rep. stays with the progress and leaves messages to update the install schedule around bad weather. They did it all. Repaired minor rot where the other installer balked no mater what the rep told me. Helped me move some of the furnings. And i could go on! Oh, i didn't mention the price for these beauties. They undercut the other companies by OVER half much to my shagrin. Life's a learning curve but to sum it up, it PAYS to shop beyond the big named companies unless you want to pay for their TV adds.

Nice job. I had a door replaced on a rental unit we own. I was not there when job was done but Sean sent me a photo and it looks great.

Very hard workers ,polite and did great work .Also did great clean up when job was finished up.And the house looks like new .........
