Great. Fast, friendly, & knowledgeable & good price.

Started off fine but it took a long time just to get someone out to measure the windows. Just had them installed 2 days ago and one of the screens was damaged and the kitchen one is a bit tough to open . So in the end I didn?t have a horrible experience but there was a lot left to be desired.

Universal Windows were so helpful since day 1 and the price and installation was flawless. Very happy will be contacting to do my Windows and other sliding glass door

I don't know how to rate the value because I never had to have siding repaired before. However, I was fine with the price because they showed up in less than 24 hours to do the work. They did it right, and they were courteous, taking the time to explain what they did and make sure I was happy before leaving.

Though not a name brand, Sean D. the salesman explained everything very well, with many options available. Installation was second to none, which is was a big concern! Final result was very good and highly recommended!!

The communication was amazing and they were polite and knowledgeable. The entire process from the estimate to the installation went smooth They installed beautiful windows and completely cleaned up. Beside the obvious difference you could not tell they were here. Highly recommend.

We had 16 double-hung windows to be put in and 2 bay windows. We were told that it would be done in 2 to 3 days max. The job started on July 5th and I just wrote them the check today on 8/19/20. The workers were personable but they were not supplied enough help. The work was rushed and wrong trim pieces were put up(they did replace them), a broken window was installed( was told it would be there in 2 days tops and took weeks, and we had to install the cranks for the bay windows ourselves and chase them down for screw covers. Not to mention they very poorly cleaned up after themselves. Now I would like to make the point that I understand the world is a different place with COVID 19 but none of these issues were a result of someone being sick or anything related to COVID. Next time we will probably hire Clear choice windows that HomeAdvisor had also recommended. We learned the lesson in the end you get what you pay for. Do not hire universal windows

Large 2 family in Nashua with extensive peeling paint on windows and trim. Universal Windows installed insulated vinyl siding over the old Asbestos, covered all soffits and facia trim, installed 28 new windows and cap. Very pleased with their work, would call on them again on other projects. Would highly recommend to anyone. People walking by the house now stop and acknowledge how nice it looks and what a wonderful job they did. I concur

I love the windows! The company was fantastic to do business with. Installed 14 windows and trim in one day. No complaints...fantastic service!

Sean and Bob at Universal Direct were amazing to work with. I had originally only wanted to do Vinyl Siding but I had them replace a window and slider door as well. My house looks amazing and the curb appeal is through the roof. This company and its employees know what they are doing and go above and beyond. From pitch to install, they were comprehensive and hard workers. The installers were diligent, always on time, worked a full day and delivered a jaw dropping product. Sean, the owner, will go over the project in extensive detail and is a vast well of knowledge. Showing that he takes pride in his work. I would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their house with windows, doors, and/or siding.

Shawn was great to work with quick with quotes and answering questions. The windows came on the day they were supposed to and the installers were very professional! They skipped lunch so that they could get 18 windows changed out in one day and they did a great job! They stuffed some insulation in the openings, put aluminum around the outside and sealed them with caulking. The next day they put in one new window to finish our project and took all the old stuff with them and left the place clean and all for a great price! Shawn called us after to make sure we were happy with the results. I would use them again!
