Sean, the owner, spent a great deal of time explaining the types of windows that he sells and the cost benefit of each. He was very knowledgeable about the manufacturing process for the various windows. The 8 windows we order came in early and the installer called to set up a time to install them. However, they wanted to install the windows 3 days before the Christmas weekend and we could not accommodate his schedule. I called the installer back to suggest another date between the Christmas and New Years holidays but didn't get a return call. I called again about a week later and still didn't get a return call. The installer finally called me a week after I left my 2nd voice message, and said he had time to install the windows the next day. We accepted that date but was disappointed that he never returned our previous phone calls. The installation went well and the installer was very polite and did a good job. It's just the follow-up in returning phone calls that we were disappointed in.

Even though I only needed one window replaced in my kitchen, Sean was very attentive to my needs. He listened to what i liked and did not like about my old casement window and came up with great suggestions. I went with the awning window and am so happy I did. It was in earlier than expected and they worked me into the schedule right away. I would highly recommend Universal Windows.
