They discovered the problem I had, but were not able to fix it on the first visit.

The initial contact was done immediately but the response to actually come out and do the work was slower than I would've liked. It took a few days for the work to begin. Once they came out the work was done quickly & professionally.

Rather simple job but they were fast, courteous, and reasonable. Will use their services again. Many Thanks.

I found Skovron Mechanical Services to be very knowledgable. They were friendly mannered. They performed their job well and did not add onto the job what was not needed. Since the a/c did not need a recharge, they did not charge for it. They were quick to explain everything to us and deducted what was not needed. They showed high respect for my aged old mother and did not try to take advantage of her old age like some companies do. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend them to others!

Technician showed up ontime. There were no surprises. There were no "extra" charges or sale pitches to sell me things I didn't need. Technician offered suggestions and answered all my questions without hesitation. Thanks.

Responded to e-mail very promptly. Scheduled at a convenient time for me. Was running slightly late and called to let us know. Work was completed well and a little quicker than estimated so the charge was less than we expected. Had one other issue I asked them about on the way out and although could not take care of that issue right now, they tried. Very pleased.

He was very professonal and honest. Basically told me I didn't have to replace the system unless I was looking to improve and upgrade. The old system could have afew more years on it.

9/8/09 This was my first use of this contractor for preventive maintenace of my central heating system. Very professional technician. Found out I needed a new filter which had to be ordered and was installed today 9/18/09

The owner Keith called me within minutes of my submission (online form). He gave me a specific time he would be at my house - not a range, with 3 kids and full time work this was great! About an hour before the service call he contacted me to let me know he may run late on his current call (by 15 minutes). His call was great but they were still at my house on time! The service call was great, thorough and detailed. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future!

Keith did a great job. Very professional, right on time, got the job done fast and done right at a very competitive price. Took the time after installation to show me the job and explain the features of the water heater, and also gave me information on how to properly maintain the unit and other services he offers. I would strongly recommend anyone consider Keith's services.

Keith sent out a technician who then contacted him and the diagnosed the problem, which was a failed heat exchanger. He was honest and once I committed to a new furnace, he had it installed and operational by that evening. He came back the next day to complete installation and install the humidifier. The following Friday, they were back to replace the vent piping and the furnace is great. I would recommend Keith to anyone. He came in under his estimate and did quality work. I will be having a furnace put in my upstairs in the next year and Keith will be the contractor.

Keith was very responsive and flexible! He adjusted his schedule to accommodate my situation. The work was very good, though I had a bit of sticker shock. Plumbing never is inexpensive though. Overall, I am very pleased.

He was very knowledgeable and he responded quickly. Great stuff.

Keith did a great job on installing my new high efficiency condensing furnace in my condo. Highly recommend!
