Within just a few short minutes I received a phone call with an estimate. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. He was able to provide service to me within the time frame that I needed.

I schedule an appointment with this company for a furnace cleaning service that I had taken the day off for, they called the day before to cancel (furnace emergency) ok I get it, it happens. I reschedule for the week after at 8:00am that I again took time off of work for, at 8:45 when no one showed up I called to see what time the tech would arrive, I was told "oh yeah we did have an appointment for you but we have been really busy???" Talk about a waste of my valuable time, needless to say I did not reschedule with him. Definitely would not recommend.

Very professional and true to the hourly billing rate. The Rep cleaned up after the job and I will use this service company again when needed.

(Our first an annual service) was fine. We had an issue with the water heater 6 months later and Keith was rude when we weren't available on the spot (15 mins to get home). After 2 service attempts, we were left with a gas smell in the house, scalding hot water, and the cover off of the heater. When approached about this, he blamed a previous installer, said that there was no gas smell when he left and that someone else removed the cover (in which nobody did). Then he told us the only way he would come out and look at it was to charge us another service call, when the problem was it was not fixed properly the first time.

Almost got taken by another company. Keith saved the day.
