The project went well. There was some delays due to weather which I won't fault Pyramid but it was something I didn't immediately anticipate. Cleanup was satisfactory and debris outside was very minimal - I only found four nails since the project completed. The interior attic space was a bit messy from debris falling in from the ridge vent and I wish I was informed about this and would have used tarps on the attic floors. The work was performed very well and I liked the fact that the crew (led by Tony) didn't mind me watching over their shoulder. They were very professional and worked quickly but thoroughly.

Shawn was excellent! From the first time we spoke, he explained the process, sent someone within a day to give me a quote and sent me a quote 24 hours later. He answered all my questions, and I had a lot!! The price was within the range of other companies, but his communication and his reputation for excellence is what sold me. His team was professional, safe and you could not tell they were there once they left. His team did an excellent job!!

Work was performed on time, quality was good, we were very satisfied with project. Would recommend to others.

These guys are awesome. Truly. I can't recommend them strongly enough. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous in their work. They answered all of our questions before the work began and were quick to respond as questions came up during the project. These guys are just so professional. They worked all day and cleaned the entire area thoroughly before leaving each night. Super polite to the whole family and the roof looks phenomenal. Peter and the crew made sure everything was perfect as if it were their own home. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Pete and his crew did an amazing job. This is the second time I've used Pyramid roofing in the last six years. They also did my summer camp. Both times the work was excellent. Would highly recommend PYRAMID ROOFING.

FANTASTIC!!!!!! Dealing with Shawn Schwortzer (owner) was very easy and pleasant. Right on time. Jeff and his crew that did the roof job was extremely professional, were easy to talk with and answered all questions. The roofing job they did is outstanding. The clean up they provided after the job was complete was second to none. Even our dogs loved them!!!! I would and will continue to recommend them.

Professionalism and communication before, during and after the job was great. During the bidding they talked up what they would do and they did it all and more. They committed and delivered more and were competitive on the price.

Very easy to work with, and excellent communication on questions and status of the project. The price was very competitive (I received 3 quotes), and I especially appreciated the extra protection provided to prevent leaks due to winter ice dams- much more than other contractors were offering. The crew was both professional and hard working, and given that it was a multi-day project, everything was "buttoned up" each night- no worry if the weather turned wet over night. The yard was left spotless, and the roof looks great. I highly recommend Pyramid Roofing!

During the process of requesting estimates from contractors, we inquired with several Angie's List providers. Shawn was the first to respond, and that set the tone for the relationship my husband and I had with Shawn and his colleagues. We were pleasantly surprised at how attentive and patient he was when listening to our many questions, and he made a point of emphasizing what he thought were the most important qualities of his company. When the work began, we were pleased with the way the foreman, Pete, worked with his team. They were respectful, industrious, and he demonstrated obvious concern for the safety of the men working on the job: I heard him remind everyone to put their hard hats on because workers were on the roof, and I could see that they used harnesses, too. The roof was secured at the end of each of the three days of the roof installation, and since several layers of old roofing needed to be removed, the dumpster was full by the end of the job. Despite the amount of detritus from the project, our small driveway and lawn were cleaned up at the end of each day. Everyone did as they promised, and we are pleased to have the work completed as we head toward winter. We wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Shawn, Pete, and the rest of the crew of Pyramid Roofing!

Have a ranch with two additions. Roof was stripped and replaced. Excellent job! Clean-up was excellent also. Job was done in a day and a half. Highly recommended.

Shawn, the owner, took the time to explain his estimate to me and why he was using the materials he recommended for my roof. He put 9 feet of ice and water shield around my entire roof and 6 feet in the valleys where other contractors quoted me 6 feet around the edges and 3 feet in the valleys. I have 2 chimneys and 2 skylights on my roof. Shawn told me the skylights were in good condition and it wasn't necessary to replace them even thought they are over 20 years old. I liked that he didn't try to do extra work that wasn't necessary. He did seal them up well with flashing and ice and water shield so I don't have to worry about them leaking. He also flashed the chimneys and rebuilt the crickets which were rotted and sealed them well with water shield. I had leaks in the past around the chimneys. Shawn and his crew lived up to my expectations which were based on reviews I read before hiring them. They arrived on time each day, protected my house and bushes, were hard working and respectful. Pete, the foreman, reviewed the progress with me daily and addressed any questions and concerns I had. He even blew the debris off of my husband's truck which was in the garage when they stripped the roof. For anyone having their roof stripped, you may want to cover storage in your garage or attic to ease with clean up afterward. Fortunately, I don't have an attic but I did have some clean up in my garage. The entire job was done in 3 days, as estimated. My roof is 3400 sq ft. - impressive. The crew cleaned up the yard every evening before leaving and one final time when the job was complete. The dumpster was delivered along with the materials the day before the job started and was promptly removed the following day. I would definitely recommend Shawn and his team to family and friends.

Work went exactly as planned, taking two days. Shawn kept in close touch to advise on scheduling. Plants were well protected, and cleanup was excellent. Pete and his crew did a great job!

Well, it didn't even get off the ground. I called and left a message. The call was returned within 15 minutes. He was going to send an estimator, whether I was home or not. I explained that I had a few things I wanted to discuss with whoever showed up. He could not guarantee when the estimator would show up. He then asked what those questions were. I said that it looked like some trim replacement work would be involved. I wanted to discuss all of this with whoever showed up for the estimate. All of a sudden his tune changed and he told me to go look for another contractor here. He said he could not accommodate me since the job was not going to be a straight forward job. He said he was sticking to simple jobs for now, such as capes. That was the end of the conversation. The main issues: - The inability to schedule an estimate - The inability to walk through what was going to be estimated - The sudden change of heart when he realized this was not a slam-dunk easy job

The entire process from requesting a quote through having the work done was great. We got 3 bids from other roofers and Pyramids was the lowest of the 3. The quote was specific as to the materials to be used. Shawn was able to accommodate our schedule. When I got home that evening the crew was finishing up. They were very attentive to cleaning up the yard of debris and nails. I watched a couple of the crew using magnets to pick up nails and at the end, the entire crew walked around the house to clean up. Although I wasn't home during the stripping of the roof one of my neighbors commented to me that the crew covered the bushes and were very careful in keeping the yard clean. They even cleaned the gutters-most importantly the roof looks great.

Called up several companies to come out and give a quote. Pyramid Roofing came in at a very competitive price and was able to work with me to get it done in the shortest timeframe possible. Shawn kept me updated on the process every step of the way and had the materials delivered one day prior to starting the job. Crew showed up the next morning on-time and worked and Tony - crew lead - was very helpful on keeping me up to date on their progress and additional work that was needed. Job was completed on the expected timeframe and within budget. Highly recommended company - very happy with the new roof!

We found the team at Pyramid Roofing to be friendly, professional and competent. Everything was done as quoted. There were some unexpected changes due to surprises as the job was undertaken, but I would think that is normal for replacement of a 30 yrs old roof. Shawn was easy to work with and open to compromise on the details of the work and changes in cost. His foreman Pete did a great job explaining some issues he faced and how he dealt with them. Many years ago, we had special gutters (Gutter Helmet) installed along a section of roof. These presented some challenges but they did the best possible job without fully replacing the gutter system which, of course, was not part of the scope. As of the time of this review, we have had virtually no rain in NH since the install, but I must assume all is well based on their lifetime leak proof guarantee.

Shawn was great to work with. Great communication, very honest and offers a great product with an excellent warranty. Was very satisfied with the crew as they worked hard and made sure everything was clean. The only con was that some of the gutter guard was put back in the wrong gutters, but I have been planning on adding guards to all my gutters anyway so I wasn't to worried about it.

After contacting Shawn due to Pyramids high ratings on Angie's List, I contracted with Pyramid to install my roof. Pyramid was not my lowest quote but Shawn convinced me to go with Pyramid promising me an excellent job. I am glad I did. I t turns out that the shingles I selected (Certainteed Highland Slate) took a little more time and expertise to install. From the dumpster being delivered until the dumpster was taken away it was a totally professional event. The products used and the crew that installed them were first class. I was very comfortable with Peter (lead) and the crew as soon as I met them, so much so, that on the second day of install I went to work even though I had planned to stay home to ensure all went well. All in all, it was an excellent job at a fair price. I will be using Pyramid again in the future.

We contracted Pyramid Roofing to not only replace all the existing shingles, but also replace several pieces of plywood that had become damaged due to mildew. Bottom line --- absolute highest marks to Pete and the rest of his crew for a job well done! They arrived promptly every morning, and were considerate of our surrounding landscaping by placing protective boarding across the larger plants and shrubs, and tarps around the rest of the garden areas and lawn border. At the end of each day the men would sift threw the mulch in our garden area to make sure no nails or material slipped through --- pretty impressive. Pete would meet with me every morning to explain what they wanted to accomplish that day -- and took the time to answer all of my questions. The job was originally set to complete in 3 days -- but due to weather conditions the job extended to 4 days. Despite these weather delays -- Pete made time to discuss the work being performed, and made sure the exposed roof was protected when it started to rain. I would definitely recommend Pyramid. Pete and his crew were professional, courteous, did a great job protecting the house and landscaping, and an excellent job cleaning up on completion. I have yet to find a single roofing nail, piece of shingle, or any packaging material left behind. Thanks again Pyramid --- roof looks great!

Shawn and his crew did an outstanding job. They were professional from start to finish. They gave me an estimate, were on time, did everything per the written estimate, finished work look excellent and clean up after the project. Outstanding performance. definitely recommend them.

Pete the crew supervisor was completely professional and courteous. His crew knew the business inside and out. Everything went smoothly and they took very good care of our extensive garden and flower beds all around the house. They are a top shelf company and I recommend them highly.

Very professional roofers. Very focused crew that completed the work pretty quickly and high quality. The team identified several issues with my roof that they repaired at no additional cost. They repaired a hole in the roof, provides a new roof to the shed, and completed the interior finishing to the skylight replacement even though that was not included in the original estimate without charging extra. They care about the quality of the work and customer satisfaction- as I've received follow up calls from the the owner to make sure I was satisfied. We've had several snow storms- and the roof is holding up nicely. We've received several compliments from neighbors about how great the new roof looks and how well the roof replacement seemed to go.
