I shopped around for a reasonably priced roofing company that would do a high quality job and I was lucky to have found Pyramid. Everyone at Pyramid Roofing was wonderful to deal with. Shawn, the owner, is a delight. He was always very kind and respectful. I could tell that he loves what he does and is very proud of the work they do. The materials used were very high quality and installed immaculately. My husband is an architect, so we are picky. We went from having the worst roof in the neighborhood to having the best in one day. The employees - yes employees, not contractors - were very hard working and knowledgeable and super nice. Really great experience. Hire them - you will be glad you did!

Shawn kept me well informed throughout the whole process. The work was done in a timely manner, my yard looked fine after all was done. I’m pleased and plan on hiring him again for another project!

Shawn and his crew were very helpful and professional. I have a large flower garden in front of the house and they took great care to protect it from damage. The new roof that they installed looks amazing and greatly improves the appearance of our home.

Pete and his crew were fabulous! They replaced the entire roof and repaired soffit and fascia that were rotted on a 150+ year old barn, carriage house and breezeway. .Very professional, polite and courteous. The finished roof exceeded my expectations. I would use them again.

Extremely professional experience. Shawn responded quickly and answered all my questions from the first phone call through the job completion. Gave a very thorough explanation of exactly what work was going to be performed and any potential cost associated with unexpected repairs that may be needed. I did A LOT of research before choosing Pyramid for the job, trying to find a balance of cost vs. quality of work. I had the advantage of seeing Pyramid's work first hand on my parents house and was amazed at the quality of work they do compared to their cost. They are a little above mid range for cost and typically you get what you pay for, but in this case you are getting the same if not better quality than the most expensive guys out there. Perhaps the best part is no sub contractors. The guys are all Pyramid employees, they take pride in their work, and are extremely personable. These guys work fast and pay close attention to detail. In the end you'll have a fantastic looking and performing roof, with a perfectly clean house and yard that shows no evidence of the work performed. Shawn and his team were truly a pleasure to work with and I will be recommending them to anyone who ask.

The workers came on schedule and finished on schedule. They were personable and professional, and they did an excellent job both on installation and cleaning up. The price and warranty were also excellent, surpassing that offered by the original builder of my house who had originally been my first choice.

The team showed up on time, were professional and courteous. They covered the house and all gardens and bushes with netting/tarps to catch any debris while stripping the roof. They got the house completed in 2 days. Shawn thoroughly communicated dates of start to finish well in advance. The clean up was excellent, they walked around the house with magnets to get all stray nails. Great job!

Pyramid Roofing did a great job on our roof. The proposal was prompt, clear and descriptive. The price was very reasonable and came along with expanded warranties for both the product and installation due to their GAF Master Elite certification. The work ethic shown by Shawn and his team is something you rarely see nowadays! Pete, the team leader, and his crew were awesome! They were polite, professional, organized, and very experienced. The crew moved all objects and planters on our deck, etc., covered shrubs and such with tarps and the clean-up was exacting. They ran magnets over everything including the lawns to make sure all nails were removed. Pete took the time to explain what and why certain procedures were being done especially some work needed to fix incorrectly installed (by previous roofers) plywood at the ridge and also need for new chimney collar. Everything (except the weather) went smoothly without a hitch from initial materials delivery to debris removal. Due to rain the job was started on Tuesday and completed on Friday. Pete and the crew made absolutely sure that that roof was watertight at end of 1st day until they were able to finish the job. The new lead flashing they put around the chimney was expertly done and looks great. Truly did an outstanding job and the roof looks great. To tell the truth, you are going to see much of the same type of comments in review after review. So, to conclude, I'll echo what others have said: Pyramid is the one to choose for your roof. Excellent price, excellent service, excellent results! As it is often said, "You get what you pay for" and with Pyramid Roofing, you really will get what you pay for.

Shawn, the owner, easy to talk to and was on top of the job every step of the way. Pete led the install crew … couldn't be easier to work with! Walked me through the process so expectations of what / when things would happen was clear. The install went smooth … no mess, no nails anywhere (espec driveway), no roof mat'ls laying around …). They even noticed wood chips fell on the cars in the garage from removing & replacing the shingles overhead and blew them off the cars & garage floor! Truly did an outstanding job and the roof looks great.

Pyramid roofing did an outstanding job on my roof. They were excellent with their pre-job start communication. They showed up right on time on what would turn out to be a 93 degree day. They covered EVERYTHING with tarps and plywood so there would not be any damage done to my property. They then worked over 12 hours on this brutally hot day to strip off two layers of shingles and then put on the new roof. The new lead flashing they put around my two chimneys was clearly done by an expert and looks great. Today is one day after they finished the roof and there is ZERO trace that they were ever even here, other than my new roof of course. They cleaned up every trace of debris. I, like many who will read this, have had myriad problems with construction contractors over the years. Everything from not showing up on time (or at all), to shoddy work, to outright stealing of money (deposits). Pyramid may not have restored all of my faith in the home remodeling industry, but on my job, at my house, using my hard earned money, they were a shining example of how anyone would hope and expect a company to be. This "review" might sound like a setup because it is so glowing of Pyramid's performance, but I assure you that this is just me, a very satisfied customer, who is happy to write good things about a company that exceeded my expectations. I would love it if my words of praise could steer or sway other potential customers to use their services. Based on my experience, I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. BTW, the attached picture only shows the main roof completed. The were still to the shed and smaller right side roof. I didn't want you think that they left it like this.

Pyramid Roofing is the best! It was a pleasure working w/Shawn, the owner, and the wonderful group of men who did the work on our large and somewhat complicated roof. From beginning to end, the process was stress-free and beyond expectations in all aspects. I have never contracted w/a company like Pyramid that followed through on everything promised. From start to finish Shawn, his foreman Pete and crew were extremely professional,courteous and explained everything that they were doing or going to do at a very fair price. They left our yard cleaner than before they started. I would like to give them a AAA+++ rating, and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home.

We had one of the estimators come to our home to help with color selection. On the day of service, the team was punctual and very professional. We felt they cared for our home as if it were their own. They were fast and the finished product is something we are proud of. Pyramid removed and replaced my barn roof four years ago, so when it was time for the house roof to get refreshed I did not think twice about having Pyramid do the job. I did do research on the metal roofs I was seeing advertised on TV and being installed around town. I had the metal people come by and give me their pitch and estimates. Pyramid roofing warranty and workmanship allowed me to not have to use the trendy hideous metal and maintain an aesthetically pleasing house. When Pyramid roofing finishes you’d never know they were in your yard. The foreman told me he found a bit of damage while removing the old roofing and fixed it. I said “good” ! He laughed. He said "most people are not happy to hear that news". I told him "the reason I hired Pyramid was because I knew they would stop and fix any problems". Pyramid understands how a roof should be constructed and doesn’t look the other way to expedite the job when they see a problem. That is why I hired them and that is their standard.

Estimate was fast and much lower than the other two I collected. Everything completed above code standards. Very flexible with the install date due to my needs. Everyone showed up on time, took the time to fix a few other issues on the roof i wasn't aware of at no cost. Protected the flower beds and the place was spotless when they left. Many communications from the owner throughout the process. Excellent team. Started at 7:30 and were done at 3:00.

Great experience dealing with Pyramid Roofing. Mr. Schwotzer explain the whole process from start to finish. All my questions were addressed. Peter and his crew were very professional, hard working, attention to detail and explained the work they were doing. Upon completion of the project the entire area around my house was thoroughly cleaned. Very happy with the new roof and the services provided by Pyramid. I would use Pyramid again.

I am a frequent user of Angie’s list, but have not taken the time to write reviews. With the completion of our new roof, I have to share the wonderful experience we had with Pyramid Roofing. I did my homework and contacted several roofers, got estimates, checked reviews, and considered each Better Business Bureau score. Pyramid Roofing received an A+, and their reviews were excellent. The owner of the company, Shawn, went over the contract in detail, highlighting all the materials, and when I had questions, returned my calls within 15 minutes. Pete was in charge of replacing our roof. He answered all my questions and mapped out the locations where they would be working daily. Because I have a dog, that was important to me, so I could take her out without being in their way. I was dreading the noise, mess, etc. as we have replaced a roof on a previous house. Not only did Pyramid finish ahead of schedule, but I was impressed with how they protected all the windows, shrubs, and mulch with tarps from the roof to the area in front of the mulch. They placed a piece of plywood over each glass door and window. They took their time each day and were considerate about leaving the grounds in better shape than when they arrived. They used a leaf blower to clean up nightly, and also a magnetic tool that would locate any stray nails in the grass and driveway. Because they completed the job as the sun was setting, they cleaned up the grounds, and even returned early the following day to confirm they left our house in great shape. Working with Shawn, Pete and the crew, the experience couldn’t have gone better. From start to finish, the job was completed in a professional and efficient manner.
