I was very pleased with the work - . Shawn the owner was in constant communication with me. His workers showed up on time, were pleasant and efficient. The work was completed in one day and the clean up was excellent. A few days after the job was completed Shawn sent one of his inspectors over to ensure that not only was I satisfied, answer any additional questions I had, and to re-inspect the work. The inspector got up on the roof to check everything out and even made a couple of cosmetic changes that I did not even notice needed fixing but were not to his standards. Although the price was higher than some of the other quotes I received, I was swayed by the excellent reviews, and bid presentation. I would not hesitate to use Pyramid Roofing again, and I highly recommend them.

Shawn, and the crew at Pyramid Roofing are top notch. I spent What seemed to be days researching and Interviewing roofers in the Southern New Hampshire area and chose Pyramid because of thier reviews and the owner Shawn answered all my questions and put me at ease. When I spoke with Shawn he told me if I go with them all I’ll need to do is kick back and relax - and he wasn’t kidding. I had Pyramid replace some rotted siding and also replace a skylight - which wasn’t part of the original quote and they handled my additional requests with no delay or hiccups. The workmanship was excellent and a few weeks later I haven’t found a stay nail (which was important because I have three small kids). I will recommend Pyramid to anybody who will listen. I would also hire them again, but unless I buy a new house I’m not expecting to have to because It is expected to last 50 years - thanks guys!

In one word, OUTSTANDING! Right from the start, Shawn/Pyramid is up front with you. He thoroughly explains everything including the roofing system they use, the steps they take as they apply each set of materials, what they do to ensure a secure stable roof, the steps they take to protect your home and cleaning up. He explains the job is done not only to meet industry standards but goes beyond those standards. He provides all the information you need and then some. He provides reassurance that they will do the job right, do it on time and will do it all at a good price. He wants you to be happy with your new roof. After my first conversation with Shawn Pyramid immediately had a leg up on the competition. Shawn educated me on roofing. Unlike the other quotes I received, Pyramid listed the exact materials in writing that they would use. Me not knowing anything about roofing I found this useful but I had to go back to the other roofing companies and ask what materials they used in their quotes to make fair comparisons. I had also checked reviews from different sources, not just 1, and again Pyramid came out on top by a wide margin. Just look for yourself. Another thing I find extremely interesting, ALL other contractors requested at least a portion, if not 100% of payment up front. Pyramid did not. I paid 100% after the job was completed. This tells me that Shawn/Pyramid is confident in their work and doesn’t just want to get the job and your money before a single shingle arrives on your property. Taking my conversations with Shawn, my research on the materials along with the cost, it was a no-brainer selecting Pyramid. My roof is done and I am so happy that I made the decision to go with Pyramid.

old shingles were removed and hauled away, they covered up the bushes and ground by the house, any time we needed to take a car out they ran there magnet over the driveway to make certain any stray roof nails were picked up, cleaned up everything when they were done. Great job done on flashing around chimney. New roof looks great. Absolutely no complaints.

Shawn, Pete and crew are the best, most professional contractors I have ever used. We planned on a spring job, then we started leaking during the January thaws. We had to postpone twice because of the March blizzards then the guys arrived, shoveled off 18 inches of snow and shoveled a path around the entire house. Somehow they finished before the next storm hit 5 days later. In 20 degree weather! All the guys are respectful and seem very experienced. I was particularly impressed with Pete's focus on getting things right. Highly recommended!

Working with Shawn and Pyramid Roofing was super easy. I found them online by searching the best reviewed roofing companies in NH and Pyramid was at the top of the list and there's good reason. I received 3 quotes for a new roof and Shawn's was the fairest. It took less than a month between receiving the estimate and getting the new roof installed all between the 4 nor'easters we got. His foreman even came a couple days before and shoveled all the snow off the roof at no additional cost! The roof was done in a day just in time before we got another foot of snow and after it all melted my ceiling was bone dry which was the reason for the new roof in the first place. If you're looking for any type of roofing work and looking for a fair, professional, and responsive contractor then definitely go with Shawn and Pyramid Roofing.

Excellent job, I waited to make out this review as I wanted to see how the roof held up, if I still had the same problems or had they resolved over the winter. I am very pleased with the results, when they accomplished the work and the longer term results are great! I am thankful of finding them, word of mouth is a great way to shop!

These guys are real pro's and I highly recommend them. I got 3 bids for the job. Shawn gave me the most detailed quote, including the material to be used; all were top of the line products. Pyramid was the only company that quoted the job with replacement skylights, which were badly needed. In my younger days, I helped re-roof a few houses, so I know bit about the process. I was impressed with the crew. They weren't just guys that got a couple of hours training and let loose on a job. These guys were like artist and they didn't cut corners at all. They paid attention to every aspect of the job and cleaned up at the end of each day. You won't go wrong selecting Pyramid Roofing.

Shawn's crew headed by Pete was amazing. The building was protected from debris and clean up was done daily. The final day of the installation was when two crews appeared and all of the grounds were cleaned as if no debris was ever there. The job was completed on time. Proprietor Shawn Schwotzer was in constant communication as the job progressed. Two days later was the first snowfall of the season then unseasonable freezing weather since has keep the snow from melting. We hope to see our new shingles again come Spring! Communication with Shawn from the initial visit until completion of the job was excellent. The new roof was installed the day after a 5" snowfall and Shawn's crew was still able to complete the work in one day. The house and landscaping were well protected with plywood and tarps, and the cleanup at the end of day was excellent in spite of the weather conditions. Very pleased with the quality of products provided, the professional installation, and great communication. Would definitely recommend Pyramid Roofing to anyone considering a new roof!

The crew were polite, clean, professional, timely, incredibly hard working (sometimes working 10 hour days), and did an absolutely outstanding job. Also, once they were done, they cleaned up the surrounding grounds to an even cleaner condition than when they started. Outstanding job. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

It went great! I called on a Monday, and the NEXT DAY I received a package containing all of the brochures of the shingles available along with his card! He was prompt with the quote, and even though some of the other bids came in under his price, the way Shawn did business was more in line with how I like contractors to work. I had one roofer try to give me a sales pitch for almost 2 hours...I felt like I was buying a timeshare, but Shawn had a couple questions, sent someone out to assess the job, and drafted a quote the next day. Plus, Shawn guaranteed (in writing) that he warranties his work for as long I own the house. While they were working on the roof, the crew made sure that safety was paramount, and they performed an excellent clean up after every work day. If they were going to be late, they would let me know, and the crew was friendly and would provide me a status whenever I asked how it was going. They left the site the same as they had found it...with a few less leaves! I would definitely recommend Pyramid Roofing to anyone looking to get the job done right.

I was more than pleased with the work that was done . The work men wore on time and very personable , Great Job by all . I would recomend Shawn and his workers to any one who needs roofing done.

Things went very smoothly. Shawn made sure that the materials that were needed arrived before hand. He kept us informed on what was to be done each day and what to expect from his crew. Shawn's crew was outstanding. We have horses, so they were very careful to make sure there were no nails or debris around for them to step on. Even ran a magnetic nail detector through our hay loft. Pete( Shawn's foreman), kept me up to date on the progress that was being made everyday. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves before they left for the night. Even were out there with lights on when it started to get dark early.

Overall this was an excellent experience. Communication from the workers and Shawn was exceptional. We knew the start date, and we knew what would be accomplished that day. I watched them several times, and was amazed at how efficient they worked, teamwork was remarkable. All were moving all the time. They cleaned up spotlessly at the end of every day. The crew was mild-mannered and easily approachable. They answered questions without hesitation. To top it off, Peter the foreman, noticed a burnt light-bulb and replaced that and another before he left. It's rare to find a company with attention to detail that was evident here. The roof looks great, has an excellent warranty, and there's no evidence that they were there(besides the beautiful roof!). Bravo Shawn, and company. Thanks for a job well done!

The crew was very efficient and did a great job . They cleaned up like they were never here. I was very impressed and would recommend them if you are replacing your roof.

it went well, they were here early, and often worked past dark, they did a good job cleaning up, and were pleasant/friendly/courteous while at our home. Roof looks great, yard is cleaned up of all debris.

I hired Pyramid roofing and they did a great job I would hire them again if I need another roof.
