Pyramid exceeded my expections in many ways. The communication was outstanding. From the minute I called them, they were responsive, Shawn came right out and completed the estimate then took the time to sit with me and go over each aspect of the project and materials. I had every confidence that I was selecting the right contractor. He was a few hundred more than some other quotes I received but, between the quality of the materials and and the workmanship, was worth every penny. I happened to be away the 1.5 days it took to complete the job. When I got home, you would never had known anyone was there except for the great looking roof. I could not find a nail or even a small piece of shingle anywhere. One of the best contractor experiences I have ever had. I would highly recomment Pyramid to family and friends!

Let me start by saying the Pyramid Roofing crew was extremely professional and the most friendly crew I have ever encountered. I arrived home late in the afternoon of their 1st day on the job. I stopped and looked at the progress. As I stood there, each member of the crew made it a point to introduce themselves to me. After the foreman introduced himself, he explained everything that they had done and asked if I had any questions. Every question was answered. At the end of the each day, the crew cleaned up everything. My wife told me they came in and covered everything with tarps while they stripped the roof (yes, I know most roofers to this), but they protected the AC unit, bushes and shrubs with plywood. One the 2nd day, they were installing the product on the hip roof and I asked if they would mind if I watched. They said no they didn't. In fact, they preferred it when the customer inquired about what they were doing. They explained each step of what they were doing. The roof looks great. I highly recommend Pyramid Roofing!

After meeting with several contractors to have our roof replaced, I chose Shawn Schwotzer and Pyramid roofing. As a business person, I was impressed and relieved by the remarkable level of detail and explanation that Shawn put into our meetings and into his proposal. Aside from his description of the type and quality of workmanship his crew would provide, he also took the time to walk me through the materials choices that he had made, and that would be used for my project. The price of the job was not the lowest, but it was also nowhere near the most expensive. We had a fairly busy summer season, and so we scheduled the job for October, which was no problem for Pyramid. When the date for the start arrived, there had been some pretty rough weather in the area, and Shawn called two weeks in advance of our planned start-date to let me know that we would be starting about 10 days late. It was completely understandable, and this extended advanced notice made it a non-issue. The dumpster arrived as planned, as did the work crew. As impressed as I was by Shawn's professionalism, I was still surprised by the high quality of effort, punctuality, and communication from his crew. They kept me informed on progress, asked clarifying questions where necessary, and were, frankly, just a pleasure to deal with. They also worked with an intensity that I haven't seen before, either in construction or renovation projects. These guys just worked! Most of our project estimates had been for roughly 10 days of effort, because of the size of our roof area. With non-stop effort, the Pyramid team knocked it out in four ( long ) days. My guess is that they were catching up on the schedule from the weather delays, but whatever the reason, they were unstoppable. I am very pleased with the quality of the job, and feel that I got very good value for my investment. I would, and will, recommend Pyramid Roofing to anyone.

I needed to have my whole roof including a porch and addition replaced. Not knowing much about roofs or shingles , I was not looking forward to the process of selecting a roofing company that I can trust. To ensure that I did not get ripped off , I went through a very thorough process of evaluating the top 6 roofers in my area. I received all 6 bids and detail on what each company would provide for services. I learned that putting down new shingles is one thing but there is much more to a good and lasting roof that many other companies don't even address or mention. By Comparing apples to apples and value to price, I decided to use Pyramid and I am glad I did. I did all the analsyis and work to identify the best choice for a roofing company in my area. So , save yourselves the hassle and call Shawn at Pyramid.

It went very well. While it all started a couple weks later than originally estimated, I understood that the original plan might be affected by weather. Once a final commitment was made , the crew showed up exaclty as planned. A dumpster showed up 24 hours before and left 48 hours after. I was very intersted in the warranty and being able to transfer it to a new owner. Of the quotes received, Shawn was the most positive and proactive about providing the warranty- both for labor and the GAF materials. The other two contractors clearly did not want to deal with that and one tried talk me out if it as being of no value. Shawn explained exactlty how it was going to be done and the crew executed exactly as stated, including large tarps over our shrubs, patio, etc. The removed a TV aerial and did some minor repair to the earlier work which was not their responsibility, with no hesitation. The job was done in one long day and the 4 man crew moved at a constant quick rate. The place was clean when they left and the job at least looks great. One week and a lot of rain- no issues. If there ever are any, I am confident that Pyramifd will stand by their work

The experience was very good. We are happy with the work and quality. They also did a good job cleaning up after the work. They were respectful of our property and very detail oriented.

Shawn was very professional, prompt and thorough in his estimate to replace the roofs on my house and barn.. He promised that his crew would provide quality workmanship, be efficient, and neat. I told them I was concerned about having nails et al left behind in the paddocks near the barn. They were meticulous and left the place cleaner than they found it. They did the whole job in two days. Even my neighbors were impressed. I would highly recommend them . They stand by their product.

The owner of Pyramid Roofing, Shawn Schwotzer met with my wife early August to provide an estimate for replacing the roof shingles in the main part of the house. We had intended to keep the same old 3 tab shingles (vs. the architectural shingles) to match our garage and back room addition. Shawn understood the requirements and provided a quote similar to other quotes received. The service included a lifetime warranty (installation / labor); no required ?upfront? installment; roofing team are his employees; and required insurances. The job would be paid upon completion. My wife was very comfortable with his manners and detailed explanation. Shawn indicated they could start approx. 3-4 weeks out, targeting mid-end September. I was pleased to hear days later that they could begin work earlier, 1st week Sep. His roofing team arrived 1 Sept. and completed the backside of house. They protected the house siding and grounds with tarps, removed patio furniture, disconnected/connected my Dish and removed/cleaned all debris and nails from yard. The Team was very courteous, professional and efficient. The 2nd day of labor was for frontside, delayed due to Labor Day and rain, the job renewed on Thursday. Again the Team arrived early and began their duties, finishing mid-afternoon. Again, tarps were laid protecting sliding and ground. All debris and nails were removed. The roof looks great. I?m very pleased with the service and would use Pyramid for future projects.

Returned initial phone call within 24 hours, estimate within 24 hours of that. Special request were clarified the roof was completed. Job well done. I would hire again.

Excellent workmanship. Thanks to the crew who worked during a very hot and humid day. We now have a well constructed roof that looks great!We are very happy with the service, product and professionalism.

I would like to start out by making it clear that Pyramid Roofing was excellent!! Extremely professional, courteous and followed through on everything they said they would do. If I need a new roof at my next house I will certainly ask them to do it. Shawn was punctual. He said he was going to be there at a certain time for the quote and he was. Every time I have a service person come out to my house, they give me a five hour range of when they are going to be there and we didn't have to worry about that with him. When he was complete with his quote he explained the whole GAF system to me. He explained the quote step-by-step and was very thorough. When he was complete with his quote, I knew exactly what I would be getting and why I needed it. Throughout the process, he kept me in the loop. It rained for a few weeks causing some of his jobs to get pushed back. I never had to worry about when he was going to get my done, he did a great job of keeping me informed of the status of my house. A few days before the job he called me to confirm the location of where the materials could be dropped off in our driveway. That was nice because I didn't have to worry about my parking area being blocked off. The crew arrived the first day on time and got started right away. At the end of every day, you could see the job site manager making sure that his crew was picking up every single piece of debris or nail that may have fallen into the yard. I knew after seeing this that I didn't have to worry about my dogs picking up a nail in their paws from the roofers. His crew was very respectful of my property. I also liked the fact that the Job Site manager would periodically spot check the work of his workers. It made me feel that he cared about the quality of work being done on my house. I didn't have to worry about anything getting damaged or clutter in the yard. I have seen people on roofs with no safety equipment and as a homeowner, the last thing I want to have happen is someone falling off my roof. I didn't have to worry about it for two reasons. One: They are insured. Two: They use all the scaffolding/safety equipment necessary for the job. At the end of the project, everything was clean and the dumpster was picked up and out of my driveway the next day. The only way you could tell that someone put on a new roof is that the color finally matched my house (a welcomed suggestion from Shawn). The original quote and the final price were identical (something I was very happy about). My house looks great with the new roof. We have since had a few major thunderstorms with a lot of heavy rain and not a drop of water in my attic!! I am a very impressed and happy customer and recommend Pyramid Roofing to anyone who wants the job done right. -Mark

Shawn was very prompt in coming out for initial estimate. He explained exactly what he would do, products used, the cost and the approximate date when he could start. He did the work while we were away (which we had ok'd ) and when we returned the new roof was on and very little evidence on the ground that they were there (which is exactly what he said he would do). Other items of note:They use GAF roofing products They are certified GAF installers. They also do NOT use sub-contractors. I highly recommend Pyramid Roofing.

This job was completed in two days as I was told. Day 1: The crew arrived on Thursday at 7:00 a.m. They walked around the house looking at the job to be done. My home had double layer shingles to be removed prior to starting the new roofing. I was told exactly what they would be doing which included draping the tarp around area to be worked on so nothing was damaged while they removed the two layers of roofing. They stripped one side of our home entirely, removed all the debris then began installing the new roofing. The crew worked constantly all day in the 98 degree heat until one half of our home was completed. They left for the day after picking up all of debris from their days work. Day 2: The crew was here before 7:00 a.m. and started stripping the second half of our home. Work was continuous even during that horrible heat we had. The roof was completed by the end of the second day. Along with the roof they also replaced needed materials around my chimney which I chose to do along with the roofing. This company receives an AAA+ rating. My home looks beautiful. Roofing color matches my shutters perfectly. No other color would have come any closer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to repair their roof.

Shawn, came out and gave us a complete estiamte on the first visit. He communicated with us very well, answered all our questions and concerns. He signed a contract that we were very detailed about. Materials were delivered as expected. The crew arriived on the date and time, to the minute. Pete the foreman was very courteous and friendly as was the entire crew. He communicated with us daily throughout the project. He addressed our concerns and finished the job on time. Hard working, well manered, courteous and professional are all atributes of this crew. I would hire them again and refer them to others.Our neighbor came daily to inspect the progress and was very impressed by this team of workers.

If there was an A++ rating, this company would deserve it. They were absolutely fantastic! Sean came out and gave me an estimate for my roof. He was one of 4 companies that were in the running for this job. His estimate was the lowest in cost, he was honest, straightforward, thorough and timely. He started the job 2 weeks later and his team of 6 men came to do the job. His team of men were the best workmen I've ever had. All of them had 8-10 years experience and knew exactly what they were doing. They were very friendly, respectful of my property and did a fantastic job on my roof. They worked together for 2 long days (6:00am until 6:00pm each day) and did a superb job on my roof. They cleaned up all the debris (and there was a ton of it!!). I can't say enough about how good this team was. It was clear that they were all friends, had worked together for a long time, loved their business and had a tremendous amount of respect for their boss (Sean) and each other. They have invaluable knowledge collectively not just about roofing, but about building, remodelling, siding, windows, masonry, etc. If you want a superb job at a reasonable price, you would do very well hiring this team!! I would not hesitate to hire any one of them again for future work. My roof looks super fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the results!!!!

This company is awesome! I had an idea of what I wanted to pay from previous estimates and he came in a bit lower, but not the lowest - the job was his. Shawn met me at the time agreed upon, inspected the roof, walked around the house and handed me an extimate for the job. The crew came in, very neatly laid out tarps taking into consideration the landscaping, stripped the roof, applied the new one and the job was done. Completely cleaned all the old materials, very curtious and professional could not have asked for a better experience. Would recommend them to anyone.

Shawn showed up same day for estimate. He was very knowlegable and courtious. The job went very smooth and was done in 2 days like he said it would. Workers were great, roof looks great and the yard was cleaned very well. It was a very positive experiance and I would use them again.

They cleaned up after themselves every day and after the job was completed there wasn't a trace of them being here. We called on Saturday for a free estimate. Shawn got back to me that same day and he was here on Monday for the estimate. His crew came a few days early to tarp the roof due to an incoming storm. They returned on Friday to do the roof. They were very professional, excellent quality of roofing. The cleanup afterwards was great too. They told me to call them if after the snow starts to melt we find any nails or anything and they would come back and cleanup of needed. My husband and I had a great experience with Shawn. He was very thorough during the estimate and talked us through the whole process from start to finish. We felt very well informed and like we were in good hands!
