We were thoroughly impressed with the entire process. Working with Shawn was very easy and the crew was great. All the men were very nice and very professional. They all worked very hard for 3 days and they did a great job. Pete, the foreman, was as picky about the quality and cleanliness as he was friendly. From speaking to a few of the other guys, I could tell that they were passionate about what they were doing. When I went up to take a look at the roof, the guy who was showing me around was very enthusiastic about showing me how they did things and the workmanship they put into the job. Later, another explained how they get lines so straight on the edges so it looked "perfect". The roof looked great both from up top and from the ground. The job turned out to be more expensive than originally planned but this was not surprising. We knew the old gutters had caused a lot of problems with the existing fascia. Therefore, it wasn't surprising when they recommended that we make to additional investment in additional fascia boards. It was well worth it and the house looks so much better. Overall, it was a great experience. I never thought I would say that about a new roof, but I am very glad we went with Pyramid Roofing. We would highly recommend them.

I started to shop for a roof replacement late last fall. As is my usual process I located three contractors and called for estimates to be given. Shawn called back within an hour and we made and appointment to meet the following day. The second contractor called back a day later and said he was busy and would call in a few days to arrange a meeting. I never heard from the third roofer. When Shawn arrived the next morning, he had a nicely put together package that explained exactly what and how he would perform the job, what materials would be used and what the warranty on labor and material was. The price and contract were ready to be signed. I explained I had to hear from another couple of contractors and he was fine with that. After more than a week I hadn't heard back from anyone else so I called Shawn and told him I wanted him to do the job. Winter set in and we agreed to wait until spring to do the work. I got a call in March and Shawn scheduled a dumpster and material delivery for mid month. The job had to be postponed because there was still a lot of snow on the roof, and by then I complicated matters by having a porch added to the house which would have to be included in the roofing estimate. So I asked Shawn to hold off until my other contractor had the porch built. Shawn said "no sweat". By May 19th the job was ready to do, and materials and a dumpster were delivered on the 16th. The weather forecast was iffy for Monday but the crew showed up early and went right to work. I reviewed everything I wanted to have done, which included some repair work to the plywood, with Peter the job foreman. He seemed to be aware of everything I asked about, having been briefed by Shawn. The men put in a 12 hour day working through some brief showers, and then another long day on Tuesday. All the old roof had been removed, repair work done and the new roof looked great. Other than a nice new roof, I would never had known they were there. I couldn't be more pleased, and recommend Shawn and his crew without reservation.

I called Pyramid Roofing requesting a quote, and Shawn came out to the house the next day and the quote was in my e-mail box that evening. Shawn was very responsive throughout the entire process. One night around 7 pm I sent him an e-mail with a couple questions I had and not 5 minutes later he called to answer them. Their quote was in the range of the other quotes I received, but their warranty was far superior to the others. Between that, their BBB certification, and their reviews on Angie?s List I chose them to perform the work. Another plus was that payment was due only after the work was completed and I was satisfied with the job they did. They had the dumpster delivered the day before and the crew did some setup work so they would have a chance at completing the job in one day. They protected my landscaping very well ? I did not find a single nail or old roof shingle anywhere outside. I even saw one the crew crawling on his hands and knees under the bushes in the back of the house picking up tiny pieces of old roof shingles. Except for the amazing new roof, you could not tell that they had been there. Pyramid Roofing completed the entire job in one day, by the date they said, and for the price we agreed on. I would not hesitate to recommend Pyramid Roofing to anyone.

very fast response to estimate request very specific estimate / complete list of all materials all phone calls were returned promptly no waiting Shawn said he would be out on Monday for estimate he was there on Monday. Estimate was waiting in my email Monday afternoon. I gave pyramid the job based on the value of the estimate. What I felt was a very good value for the money Shawn told me his crew would be out first thing Tuesday morning - bright and early Tuesday morning there they are. On the estimate shawn said they would clean up all old shingles. They cleaned up so well that if I didn't see the new roof I wouldent have even known they were there. Completely satisfied I have told Shawn that he is more than welcome to use me as a reference, I will also recommend Pyramid Roofing to my friends and family.

Our experience was simply fantastic. Shawn contacted us immediately, gave us a prompt and thorough quote and worked with us continually throughout the process of getting the work done. The communication was excellent, the crew professional and the work completed in one day. Pyramid was the best presale, the lowest dollar quote and the best guaranty.

We received a quote promptly and although we had several quotes, we decided to go with Pyramid. Their price was the best and the quality of their employees is great! Since they have been in business a long time, they know how to keep their customers happy. They showed up early so that they could get the job done in one day. I submitted a request on Pyramid's website on a Saturday (4/5) for a roof replacement quote. I had no expectation of hearing back any sooner than Monday (and even then I'd be impressed) given past experiences with contractors. Shawn, the owner, called me back five minutes later. Then, to top it off, he offered to come give an estimate the next day (Sunday). Who does this? This sums up my experience with Pyramid. Shawn focuses on the one thing that always drives me nuts about contractors: timely contact. Throughout the experience, he returned my call within minutes. Once we'd agreed on the proposal (I didn't bother getting any other quotes once I'd talked to Shawn I was so impressed), he was able to schedule the job about a week later. Again, unheard of in my experience. Materials and dumpster arrived a day early, and the crew showed up on the day they were supposed to. The job took three days to complete. Given the size of my roof this seemed reasonable. Every member of the crew I spoke with was extremely friendly, personable, and willing to answer questions or concerns. Work site prep was very impressive: They tarped the house from the roof down all around the area they were working in, as well as running the magnet sweeper. I was impressed with the care they took to not damage surrounding landscaping. In addition to installing bathroom exhaust vents for me, Shawn agreed (at reasonable extra cost) to have his crew repaint the gable end trim. Something that would have probably cost me at least triple if I'd had a paint crew come in and do it. I also appreciated his candor when I inquired about seamless gutter installation (something he offers in limited instances). He suggested I would get a better deal hiring a local company specializing in it. I would (and have already to my neighbors) recommend Pyramid Roofing without hesitation.

I contacted Pyramid roofing because they had a 100% satisfaction rating. Read the reviews yourself. The owner of Pyramid roofing was awesome. I called him on April 14 and was told I would have a quote on the 15th. The morning of the 15th there was a quote in my email, just like he said. He was very professional and helpful. He told me to take my time to review the quote and get back to him if I decided to move forward. After reviewing the proposal, I was ecstatic to find that his quote the lowest of the 3 that I got. It also came with a Lifetime warrantee on the material, labor and against leaks. The warrantee was also transferable. When I called him back he assured me that he was he was the right person for the job and that he would make sure the job was done properly and on time. He told me that his crew was friendly and would be respectful of the property. In his words "I wouldn't even know they were there". The next thing he said blew me away. He said "I can do the Job on Friday April 18". I was shocked. That was only 5 days after I contacted him. Even better, I wasn't required to pay him until the job was complete. Needless to say, I hired him and I couldn't be happier. They even finished the job in one day. I met him at the house the day after the job was complete and the roof looked perfect, the yard was immaculate....not even one nail. I would highly recommend Pyramid roofing if your considering this type of work on your home. One last thing...Shawn stayed in touch with me daily to keep me updated on every detail. Nice Job Shawn...you get a perfect score in my book. I would definitely hire you again......hands down.

The roof was completed in 2 days; the crew was great, the lead guy Pete was also courteous and professional. And the roof looks fantastic.... I really like the product that was used - Timberline. The cleanup afterwards was also well done.

Not knowing any roofing contractor's in the area, we thought we would give Angie's List a try. After reading the reviews, contacting several contractor's in our area and reviewing their proposals we chose Pyramid Roofing, LLC. Shawn was very thorough explaining the job to be performed, the warranty and time frame. He is also very personable. Needless to say we are VERY pleased with the work performed, the professionalism and courteousness of Shawn and his crew and how quickly the job was completed. It only took two days from beginning to end. We highly recommend Pyramid Roofing, LLC. You won't be disappointed!

I am very particular when looking for a company to do work on my house and Pyramid Roofing easily met my expectations. I contacted three roofing companies, and Pyramid was the most professional. Pricing came in the middle of the three, with lowest one being a few hundred lower and the highest being several thousand higher. Based on my interactions with the owner, Shawn, I was willing to pay a little extra. He was the only one who took the time to explain his quote and I liked that he didn't use sub-contractors. I also liked that he made it a point to tell us that payment was due only after we were happy with their work. After meeting with Shawn for the quote, I kept in contact with him through email, and he was always quick to respond (even after business hours) to any questions I had. Work started about 2 1/2 weeks after I signed the quote. A dumpster was delivered one day before the job started and removed one day after the job ended. A team of 5 guys showed up around 7 AM each day and worked until dark (which is around 4:30 - 5:00 at this time of year). From start to finish, it took two days. I'm very happy with the new roof and highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Shawn and his crew did an excellent job on the roof and chimney look great. The work was done on time, and the crew left everything as clean as when they started. I was very pleased.

Pryamid's crew started on time and they finished the job one day ahead of schedule. Although they finished up at dusk there was no problem with them returning in the daytime to take care of some minor cleanup. The owner of the company makes a concerted effort to make sure that the customer was 100 % satisfied. The job they did looks great. I would highly recommend them.

We interviewed and received quotes from five different roofing contractors. We ultimately decided to choose Shawn and Pyramid Roofing due to the time he took to explain his business, his detailed quote, and the total cost of the job. Pyramid Roofing is definitely the best value for your money in this area. Our quotes ranged from just below the quote from Pyramid Roofing, to more than double the quote from Pyramid for the same roofing job. We have a 2-story colonial style home with an attached family room, screen porch, and farmer?s porch. The project took 30 squares of GAF Timberline HD roofing shingles. We also had some trim boards and roofing plywood replaced. Shawn also was able to begin the job relatively close to the date that the contract was signed. We had Pyramid Roofing?s 10-man crew working on our home. Pete, the foreman for this crew is excellent at what he does. He has a great understanding of the roofing process and was patient in answering all of our questions along the way. Pete also was flexible in making changes throughout the project. The crew overall is extremely polite and they work hard. Pyramid Roofing did an excellent job cleaning up the worksite each day and made sure to protect our home and landscaping from any damage due to the roofing job. Our project was completed the last week of August. We are pleased with the results and our new roofing system leaves us confident for the years ahead.

Bottom line..Sean and his team were the best roofing contractor I could have hoped for. Sean quotes a competitive price, tells you when his team will be there and they show up on time (which is pretty early). Pete and the team of guys are real pros. They are all very courteous and respectful of you and your property. They totally shield the house and grounds from potential damage while they erect their staging, remove the old roof and install the new shingles. They work hard for the duration of the job which includes a total cleanup and when they are done, there is no evidence they were even there except for having a brand new roof which looks great. Sean uses the best materials and roofing practices and you are left with a first class roof. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is nervous about who to use for their roofing project.

Arrived promptly for estimate and provided all the details for the job included price on the spot. The price was price competitive compared with other contractors. He was able to schedule the job the following week after I notified him. All the materials and dumpster arrived the day before and guys arrived the morning of the job. They workers seemed pleasant and professional. Installed tarps to catch all debris. The workers stayed little later than I preferred (left after 7pm) to finish the job. The crew was smaller than anticipated (3 versus 5) but the work was finished in 1 day. Overall I would use them again and recommend them to someone.

Sean at Pyramid Roofing did a fantastic job on our home. As new home owners fixing up a home built in 1898 we were looking for someone who was both affordable but also very knowledgeable in their field, and Sean was certainly that person. The roof itself looks fantastic, but more important the quality of both skill and products used make our roof solid, dutiable, and something that will last for many years to come. We were looking for estimates to replace our roof. The owner was very friendly and courteous over the phone, and came out when he said he would, to give us our estimate. However, when he discovered that we had multiple layers of shingles that would have to be removed, he told us he wouldn't be able to do the job, due to the volume of work that he had at the time. I'd definitely make sure to clarify your job requirements and his work load, before getting an estimate, if your job won't necessarily be straightforward.

Awesome!!! Very Satisfied. Quality job. Could not be more pleased on the job they did. While I had some reservations when I went on contract with Pyramid Roofing, they delivered on everything they promised and more. Great customer service. Took two days to complete the job. Completed the front of the house/garage on the 1st day and the back on the 2nd day. Roofing crew (6 on 1st day and 7 on 2nd day) showed up at my home just after 6 AM each day. Everyone on the crew was very professional, hard working, friendly, and courteous. While they worked effectively, they took the time to make sure they did a quality job on the installation and protect things. They made sure materials were installed properly and they caulked wherever needed to avoid any leaks. Crew foreman (Pete) was great in taking the time to patiently answer my many questions over the two days. The crew foreman also pointed out to me an issue with existing damaged flashing over the rear porch and replaced it with new flashing (at added cost). He also provided an effective solution about an issue I had with my rain gutters. They made sure all plants/flowers around the house were well protected and they extensively covered the clapboard on the house with plastic tarps to avoid damage while stripping off the old roofing material (No damage). They also provided added protection to avoid any damage to my two skylights on the rear porch. They cleaned up debris as they proceeded and at the end of each day the entire area around of the house was thoroughly cleaned up (including multiple sweeps to pick up all the roofing nails). New roof looks GREAT.

Shawn was very responsive and helpful during the quote process. He took the time to come to my house and go over the detailed quote, and explain what he was going to do and the materials he was going to use. Other contractors just dropped off or mailed a quote. One thing I liked with Shawn was that there were no gimmicks in the quote, and no pressure. One other contractor had a "$1,000 off coupon" if I accepted right away, but his price was $1,000 more than Pyramid's, and it didn't even include new flashing for the chimney. Pyramid is a certified installer, and uses top quality materials and processes which allow them to provide a manufacturers lifetime warranty. When our turn came up in the schedule, the materials and dumpster showed up the day before the work date so there was no delay when the team arrived. I work from home, so I was able to interact with the team throughout the day. The men were very professional, friendly, and worked very hard. They were always willing to answer any questions I had. Pyramid doesn't use sub-contractors, the men work for Pyramid, and they are professional roofers. There was no discrepancy between what the quote said, and what Pyramid delivered. During the process, they were very careful to protect the siding and windows on the house, and the lawn and plants. They even moved the deck furniture off the deck instead of just covering it up. They removed the old shingles, and got the new roof done all in one day. They were meticulous in their clean up, going so far as to look under the dumpster to make sure there were no nails or other debris under it. Removing two layers of old shingles produces a large amount of debris, but I have yet to find even a small piece of debris anywhere. The end result is a great looking roof with top quality materials, no damage to my house or the landscaping, and nothing for me to clean up. I would strongly recommend Pyramid Roofing to anybody. They will be very competitive on price, and their skilled workers will deliver a superior finished product with the best warranty in the business.

Pyramid did an excellent job and our interactions with them were all very professional. The owner responded quickly to my request or a quote and we were able to meet within a few days. He was clear that they do high quality work with an experienced full time staff and that he did not use day laborers to keep his costs down. He assured me that our property would be well proected and that they would leave no trace of their having replaced the roof. Our average size house they figured they could do in a day and they did. The owner took the time to explain to me the product he would propose installing and the differences in his installation vs. other quotes. It was clear in our meeting that he was not looking to compete solely on price, but rather a quality installation that he would be proud of and stand behind the workmanship of. We decided to pay just a few dollars more to get some of the benefits of the better leak barrier, warranty and workmanship. We are glad we did! I want to be clear that Pyramid's quote was very much in line with his competitors not a lot more at all, yet there was a clear committment to quality and pride in his company's reputation that pushed us their way. The crew was very courteous and was done in one day. They took great care to protect our yard and shrubs around our house and after they left I couldn't find a scrap of shingle, a nail or piece of paper that would have indicated my roof had just been stripped and replaced. The work was performed professionally, at the time specified and the crew was so professional, they really know roofs. I CALLED SHAWN FOR AN ESTIMATE ,HE CAME OVER AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL AND GAURENTEE FROM GAF.HE GAVE ME A PRICE THAT WAS VERY REASONABLE AND HE LEFT,I WAS GOING TO GET ANOTHER ESTIMATE BUT I WAS JUST VERY IMPRESSED WITH SHAWN AND WHAT HE TOLD ME THAT I CALLED HIM BACK ABOUT AN HOUR LATER AND TOLD HIM TO DO THE JOB. First, let me state that my husband and I are extremely particular and fussy about work we have done. Our "bars" are very high with respect to both professional vendors we use, quality of product, and craftsmanship. Pyramid Roofing exceeded all of our expectations. They not only delivered an outstanding product, but they were extremely professional, courteous and a joy to have around. Sean and his excellent team are a GREAT bunch of professionals who take their work very seriously and go out of their way to make everything absolutely perfect. They arrived on time, worked beautifully together to get the work done, and did an outstanding job cleaning every spec of debris on the entire property. They even swept my garage floor!
