Description of Work: Emergency call on the weekend to fix shutoff valves under sink. Very responsive and got everything fixed in about an hour ~$240 with supplies. |Also had a scheduled call to have new sink and disposal connected and new faucet installed after replacement of countertops. ~$330 with supplies |

+ -1 moreTom arrived on time -- even a few minutes early. I have no idea what is involved but Tom made sure I was satisfied with the result before he left. He worked quickly and efficiently and I would not hesistate to use this company again or recommend them to my friends.
Description of Work: I had a problem with reduced water pressure at my kitchen sink. Tom was very pleasant and professional and resolved the problem in a short amount of time. He cleaned up after himself and even took a picture of the faucet head with his own phone in case the problem recurred. He said he would try to research the style name faucet head in the event I needed to contact the manufacturer for a replacement.

We called Trombly and they were able to come within the week. Vinnie was prompt and professional and we will definitely call them again. The work was completed in three hours !

+ -1 moreEverything went fine. If everything stays fixed, I will call them again for future plumbing needs. Can't evaluate the price, because I'm not knowledgeable about plumbing fees in general. It didn't seem too out of line! As long as the work performed is satisfactory, and a provider is competent, I will continue to use their services. Have been burned too many times by taking a chance on unknowns. By using Angie's List recommended providers, there's more of a guarantee of satisfaction!

Description of Work: My toilet was constantly running. The service man came in and diagnosed the problem to a faulty flush valve. The total of parts was $7.55. He spent the better part of a half hour quoting what it would cost if the solution did not work. I was charged for one hour and a quarter for labor.

+ 0 moreProfessional, courteous and hard-working team of 2 plumbers did a great job for a very reasonable price. A few years ago I had a different plumber install a water heater in another home and it cost $1,500! In addition, the folks who do the scheduling are extremely helpful and flexible, willing to work with uncertain dates/times.

Description of Work: We had a 2nd floor toilet leaking, and it resulted in a very large and growing water stain on our 1st floor ceiling. It was not immediately obvious where the leak was originating from. Trombley Plumbing was able to send over someone within 2 days of my call, and they identified and fixed the problem in approximately an hour.

+ -1 moreWe've been using them over the years. They provide a lot of services. The plumbing part of their company is reasonable. They do what they say they would. We had the heating part of the company come out last fall. We felt that they were really pushing us to replace equipments and putting a hard sell on some things. They sold us filters that I found out was triple the price when I looked online. I could've gotten the whole replacement on my own and replaced it on my own. They charged me too much. A service person could've called me back and said that it was a simple fix and that they could walk me through it. They had to order a part. When I looked online I find out that it was actually priced less than what I got it for.
Description of Work: We used Jim Trombly Plumbing & Heating Inc. to fix some plumbing issues. We had them look at an air filter that was leaking.
