They removed my tiled shower floor and wall and replaced them with wall sheet panels. No choice of style of fixtures when asked as they said they had only one style, they used my old drain cover that does not match other fixtures. Friends having similar work done have told me that I was taken advantage of. The job was overpriced as they spent far less on the same type of job. The company never contacted me after the job was done to ask if I was happy and satisfied with the job or thank me for the business. I should not have mentioned that I am a recent widow and never had to make these types of decisions by myself. I Regret hiring them .

They refused to return for another year because we asked them to adjust the depth of cut one time. After that, the crew left the lawn so high, it was difficult to tell it was mowed.

Installers were friendly, professional, and worked so clean! Communication with the office wasn’t perfect but sales rep gave me his number and was usually able to sort things out. Overall very satisfied.

The roofers did a great job and their lead Ethan was friendly and knowledgeable. Aaron who we spoke to for customer service was very responsive and did everything to make sure the project was set up and completed without issue. It would be much better to have a paper printed contract the day of signing, and it seems as though the sales person who came to do our estimate was not as knowledgeable of processes and the actual process as others. He had promised things that were later mentioned to not be accurate. Overall, however, the experience was positive and we would recommend them for any roofing projects.

All interactions with PIC Home Pros before the installation were very good. On the day of the installation the two workers showed up on time and were friendly. After a few hours I went up to the master bathroom to check on their progress. When I walked into the bathroom I noticed that the existing shower stallâ s walls had been damaged and that the shower, now about 80% complete, had only one built-in shelf, when I had ordered (and paid for) two. When I asked about the damage and the missing shelf, the installer couldnâ t or wouldnâ t address it. He couldnâ t shed any light on the damage â at one point insinuating that one of the damaged spots was already there â and seemed caught totally off guard about the missing shelf. When the workers left I contacted their office to ask for a refund for the missing shelf and to inquire about getting the damage fixed. I was told by the woman on the phone that she would look into it. Two days later I was told that PIC would give me a refund of only $100, because this is how much the shelves cost at home depot. I knew I had paid much more for the shelves (material + labor), but the contract of course doesnâ t list costs. So I had to email the salesperson and then loop in the PIC employee to confirm that I had in fact paid much more. More than three times that amount. In the meantime I kept getting the run-around about the damage: first they decided they wanted to give me $75 which is not nearly enough, then they said they would send someone to fix it. It went back and forth. Several days had passed when I received an email from a senior member of their team. He told me that PIC had decided to give me nothing. His rationale was that, during the installation, he had given the worker approval to replace the showerâ s valve and trim kit, and that the total cost was more than the value of the missing built-in shelf. This is disingenuous for so many reasons. First, I was never told until that point (several weeks later) that the installer had done this, and it was never put in writing. And now Iâ m supposed to accept an unapproved, never-discussed, undocumented repair as compensation for an item that I paid for but never received. Also, he approved the repair before the installer had even realized that he forgot to install the shelf. So the repair (if it was even performed) wasnâ t even â tiedâ to the shelf and would have been done had their been two shelves installed, as initially planned. Finally, at the end of Sept, this person relented and agreed to send a check for the missing self. He said to wait two weeks for delivery. Itâ s now November and I still havenâ t received it. The worst part, though, is that in his final email, he made ME feel bad. He positioned himself as the good guy and insinuated that I was taking advantage of them. I was civil and professional during the whole process. An organization that doesnâ t deliver on itâ s contract, doesnâ t try fix the situation, and then makes the customer feel bad about sticking up for himself needs to be called out. Please donâ t use PIC Home Pros.

The salesman promised what ended up not being realistic for a schedule (but was likely pandemic related), and after purchase, communication about issues with materials being delayed wasn’t great (we had to call them for status), but the work itself was excellent and they quickly responded when we saw a leak after the fact which was from sealant contracting more than expected after drying.

1. Home Pros does pressure sales! They caught me by saying we will deduct $2,000 if you sign now; I should have compared prices with others. They are much more expensive then other companies, considering the workmanship and the materials. 2. They did the four-day job in two days. They came in saying that they had to be at another job to help them so the other team could help with this job. They would leave one person at my place to do the demolition. They came unprepared but wanted to know the closest Home Depot to get what they needed. They were upset that it was 45 minutes away. In addition, the foreman did not seem to know what he was to do when I had spent 4 hours with salesman selecting my preferences without being able to look around to see what was possible. 3. I had to explain the job to the foreman and often had to remind him of what I wanted although it had all been laid out with the salesman. 4. I asked him not to demolish one of the cabinets in the bathroom. I was going to use it in the kitchen as the cabinets were the same type. The man who was doing the demolishing did not speak English and he did not get the message, He demolished the cabinet that I wanted. 5. Home Pic offered no solution to that problem or refund or even *I am sorry** when I acquainted them with the problem. 6. The tile floor was laid well. 7. The salesman justified the price by saying I had mold and they would take the bathroom down to the studs to make sure it was free of mold. The installers did not do that. They left the underlying wallboard up. 7. The recessed soap box was to be centered. There were studs there. They said they could not position it there. I KNOW BETTER. IT WAS DONE IN MY OLD HOUSE! You plan ahead and build a reinforced box. 8. I was told that the job would take 3 to 4 days and that they would work Saturday to complete the job. They obviously did not want to. They did the other job so that crew could come to help with this job and finished it in 2 days. They took ever shortcut that they could to finish it in the two days. 8. The base is slippery. I am an old lady. I should have made sure that I actually felt the materials and did not pick them from pictures and samples. 9. The gentlemen were respectful and the shower works, but it is not worth the amount that I paid let alone the loss of a cabinet that was in excellent shape. 10. If the salesman was truthful and there is mold. I expect that I will have a problem in a couple of years and have to redo the bathroom as well as have the mold showing up other places in the house. 11. The customer service was nice and friendly, but there has been no reply to the letter I sent indicating my concerns, especially the demolition of the cabinet that I wanted to save. 12. I am totally turned off of having Home Advisor suggest anyone else to do any of the work that I want done around the house.

We had an excellent experience with the whole team at PIC. Wonderful job on our shower and windows replacement. The communication with everyone was great and the installation was professional.

Pro did teach out with me. I was delayed getting back to him. When I did, his assistant/notified me of an $85.00 charge for an estimate. Didnt expect a fee.

We hired PIC for a tub to shower conversion and we are very happy with the company and installation. PIC was neat and offered great service. We highly recommend pic home pros!

We had our change over from tub to walk-in shower installation and we're very pleased with it . We would like to praise the 2 men that did the installation, Aldama and Andre. They arrived on time, covered floors and carpets and began work. They took no breaks and worked continually until finished. They answered my questions and kept us informed of what they were doing, and made suggestions about placement of the seat, shelves and non-movable door which we had not thought about. They were upset when they found that 2 gaskets for doors were not included in door kit so they could not finish the job 100% and told me they will make sure the gaskets were put in ASAP. When finished they cleaned ALL debris and left EVERYTHING spotless. If I ever have another project done it will be PIC Home Pros.

We hired PIC to install a walkin shower and they finished in one day! The quality of the product was much better than the other companies. The installer was on time, polite and efficient. Great job, love it!

They came in the highest bid but they finally matched and bettered my lowest bid by half. Why didn't they bid that in the first place. Workers and quality of work was top notch. Very polite and respectful.

All the interactions with PIC and the amazing bath team was exceedingly professional and their work was executed with flawless precision. They are artists in the truist sense of the work. They were on time, courteous and sensitive to noise and cleanup. Amazing!
