High pressure sales and lack of of customer service.

Worst Customer service! Itâ s been multiple weeks since they did the installation and it is not complete yet. The shower doors were not installed and the wrong showerhead was put in. I have contacted PIC Home Pros customer service on 6 separate occasions to get an installation date, no one has followed up with an answer. Amanda (the director of operations) contacted me and promised an email and follow-up, but I've received nothing. The installation staff were fine, they made several errors, that caused leaking pipes and damaged tiles. They rectified everything relatively quickly but I found some minor dame to my basement walls and they did not clean up everything. There was a lack of coordination from the company with the repairs. They showed up while I was at work, with no call or warning as to the time or day.

Discussed the need to repair floor with salesperson who said it be no problem then got hit with an upcharge even though repairs were discussed prior. Other than that work was great and workers were nothing short of phenomenal.

Do not hire, stay away from troubles and lies. 9/12/23: Home visit by Sales Rep JS to present PIC Home Pros. Contract signed same day, promised 4-6 weeks to complete Project Manager JD skipped appts and didnt follow up to say that he couldn't make the calls, so we were left waiting. 9/29: Received an update informing that this day, ~3 wks past signing contract, material was ordered, ie original 4-6 week timeline was impossible. On this call we re-expressed concern re: potential project + how it would impact this project. Rep assured us he would communicate to work team. 10/16: Call appt for 10/20. Rep skipped call and didn't reach out until 10/23/23 11/6: 8 wks after initial visit (2 wks over original timeline) work scheduled. It was incomplete and done poorly. Missing silicone, damage to walls, no shower pressure, lukewarm water, hole cut through bathroom floor into ceiling of garage below, doors installed that don't fit the frame (resulting in leaks while using shower), floor was poorly installed. The interior plumbing was also completely reconfigured. Photos sent. 11/13: Appt for follow-up call, again ignored 11/22: Sr team reached out and promised upgraded Moen fixtures, new valve to fix hot water problem, and new doors. 12/12: Workers supposed to come and fix everything, but cancelled at last minute bc the supplier "no longer had the material in stock" but appt was specifically made bc all material was in house 12/18: No news on new date 1/9/24: Still no news Then call w/ rep + promise for an update in 24-48 hours - 1/15 No update, 1/16 Email reply 2/7 Team came for repairs: another failure. No new doors + the prev doors now don't stay closed, shower hose leaks, silicone mess on floor, incomplete silicone again (even after we asked to confirm)- a health risk bc if moisture gets in, mold will result. No Moen fixtures as promised + worker said they don't offer Moen - why did rep promise us, then? 2/12: Sent email with request for reply and confirm compensation in 24 hours. 2/18: Still no response

Good for the most part Finishing work could be better

Delays in getting the project started, significantly overpriced for the quality of work. Finish work was not very good, especially for it being so over priced. Tough to communicate as laborer were nice, but did not speak English. When calling to communicate with the main office and project manager, they were unresponsive.

The guys who did the work were great, but we thought that we were getting a bathroom remodel for the cost. The salesman never mentioned that the bathroom would need substantial additional work before it would be finished.

I have had two bath remodels from them. Both exceeded our expectations. From their sales team to their installers and support. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I wish I had a 3rd bath to remodel. They beat all my other 3 quotes I had from the leading remodelers. A job well done.

Hired them for a siding and some replacement windows. Spent a year, literally, waiting for them to show up but all I got was a stream of excuses, broken promises, and apologies. They finally agreed to refund my deposit so I did not lose any money but it was soooo frustrating. Hired MasterCraft and they did an awesome job for the same price.

It was time for new windows and we called PIC after they did my friends windows. This was long overdue as our old ones were thin single pane and leaking air. The installation went smoothly and the work is excellent. We are vey happy customers.

When we wanted new siding our neighbor referred us to PIC Home Pros. They came out and we had a great consultation. I am glad that we went with them because they did a fantastic job installing the new siding. I highly recommend them.

PIC remodeled our master bathroom and we are thrilled! Our tired old bathroom is now a luxury spa. They did great work, arrived on time, and finished on schedule. They were very detailed oriented and stayed on budget. A+ from us.

I utilized PIC home pros because I needed a bathroom company that accepted payment plans. I DO NOT suggest using them until you know that the sales workers are ABSOLUTE liars. and you do not have a paper copy of the contract to review before you sign it. I was promised by the salesperson more work was going to be completed than they did. I was told subfloor and mold remediation were included in the price which is why I took the plunge for more than I was expecting to pay. When they showed up to do the work they were getting ready to put the bath tub in with moldy walls still up. THANK GOD my mother was overseeing the work while I was not there. They did not do the flooring that was promised around the tub about a foot on the side but they went and bought plywood from home depot for the end of the tub. SO be WARNED... they will try to get out of their promises.

After buying our home we need to do some updating. We hired PIC to redo our main guest bathroom and the final product is beautiful. They did a great job. All of the workers were friendly and cleaned up any mess that was made while doing all of their hard work.

They removed my tiled shower floor and wall and replaced them with wall sheet panels. No choice of style of fixtures when asked as they said they had only one style, they used my old drain cover that does not match other fixtures. Friends having similar work done have told me that I was taken advantage of. The job was overpriced as they spent far less on the same type of job. The company never contacted me after the job was done to ask if I was happy and satisfied with the job or thank me for the business. I should not have mentioned that I am a recent widow and never had to make these types of decisions by myself. I Regret hiring them .
