I needed a total remodel of my very old bathroom, and a friend told me that these guys were the best of the best! I'm so happy I too their advice because my bathroom looked like new in jus a couple of days! New BEAUTIFUL shower, sink and toilet and it didn't cost an arm and a leg! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO GET THE JOB DONE!

I have waited years to redo my master bathroom. After many outrageous quotes I decided to go with PIC for the quality of their products and great price point. I couldn't be happier with the final product. I was a customer who changed my mind a few times through out the process and the office team made sure I got everything I wanted. This project has been a long time coming. I entertained a couple of different quotes. I have to say from the initial call, to sales, to planning, to financing, to install and clean up, it was terrific. During the sales period I was asked about my expectations. I said I want the job to be finished once it is started and not experience delays, because we only have one bathroom. I also said I wanted it to be the kind of work that I would write a positive review about. Here we are.

I will recommend to my family and friends. They replaced my broken tub and shower surround with beautiful tile and a new tub. All in one day! Everyone I spoke to at the office and the install team were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Great quality and workmanship. Very happy with the finished product.

Like many 100+ year old homes, once you open the walls, you find more that needs to be done. They had to replace the subfloor and reinforce until the toilet. Level the floor in the new shower. All for the original price quoted and agreed to!! Excellent value for the money. Gerat customer service, all through the project prep planning and execution, and follow thru. Thank you

We hired PIC Home Pro Oct 3rd 2023 to convert our upstairs bath to a walk in shower, install new customer supplied toilets in two bathrooms and a new shower door for the downstairs bathroom and tub fixtures supplied by customer. I have already posted a review for the downstairs work, now I want to let you know about the upstairs work and the unfinished work in the bathroom downstairs. So 5 months after the contract was signed the upstairs bathroom was started on 3/2/24 PIC's switched out the 2 mix match toilets so they both had the same color base and tanks. They fixed the shower door that kept opening when showering . However, they still did not come up with a solution to rectify the 1/2 x 3/4 chip on my tub. They removed old tub and installed a walk in shower upstairs. Work was a little sloppy but could live with it. However, the next day after the work was done I went to measure my bathroom radiator cover which was rusty and peeling and needed replacing only to find they had permanently glued the rusty cover to the new shower wall trim. 3/4 Call placed to Amanda M , who I had been instructed to work with for this project . No answer. Sent her a text message regarding the radiator cover and sent her pictures with no response. Outreach to Amanda again on 3/5 and 4/5/24 with no response from Amanda. Spoke with AAron on 4/5 who told me he didn't want to intervene. Amanda finally called me back 4/924 and told me she was going to look into it. I went back and forth with Amanda, Aaron and others from PIC with no results They finally sent out some installers end of 6/2024 to discuss a fix for the radiator cover with no solution. Spoke to the supervisor Adimar who stated he would follow up with PIC. As of 7/23 I did not hear back from anyone. Called Adimar again , discussed the fact that I felt I have no choice but to seek legal advice to get the work completed. Adimar says he would call PIC. Afterwards I received a call from a gentleman who says his name is Paul and that he is taking over for Amanda and Aaron to resolve some old issues. Says he discussed a fix with Adimar and tried to explain it to me. Told him I would like to see what he was talking about and what it would look like before I agree. Once again he is going to check with Adimar and get back to me. That was 7/29/24 and to date no calls! Again I may have to seek legal advice. I would try to have a private contractor fix it bug then I would loose my warranty. I have not been able to complete my bathroom remodel because of this, my bathroom looks worse than it did before the shower install with a unsightly, rusty radiator cover and the shower trim glued on top of my wall tiles. Wish I could attach some pictures!

Project was done timely. A couple of minor imperfections with shelf installation in the shower. The one year follow up was never done. Scheduled, but canceled by PIC. It has been 3-years now.

Stay away from this company unless you want poor quality products, poor quality work, unanswered phone calls, broken promises etc. if I could give this company no stars I would. It has been a disaster from start to still NOT completed to my satisfaction. Almost 2 months shy of a year since contract signed on Oct 3, 2023 the work is not completed to my satisfaction. Letâ s start with the initial consultation visit with Jim R sales rep Oct 3, 2023 who tried to pressure us to agree to certain materials and styles we didnâ t want, offer incentives to sign the contact the same day or deals not valid. After a lot of back and forth with Jim and phone calls from him to his supervisor the contract was electronically signed and initial deposit of 1/3 electronically taken from my account . Only to realize once the contract was sent to my email it contained incorrect material that was not agreed upon. After back and forth with Jim and threats to cancel the contract we were passed on to Mike N, We reviewed contract and incorrect info with Mike and addendum to contract was done and signed Oct 31,2023 . Also included a price adjustment for a wall that Jim had told us was needed to cover bathroom pipes which according to the Master Plumber Mike sent out said wasnâ t needed. Mike said he would have the work assigned once supplies were in and schedule installation. Installation eventually scheduled 2 1/2 months after initial consultation and contract. And several phone calls in between inquiring about when the work was to start. First and second deposits made Oct 3 , 2023 and December 18,2023 once installation was scheduled , however on 12/17 I received a call from PICs informing me that there was an issue with the upstairs bathroom shower base, â didnâ t fitâ and they would still be out to do the downstairs toilet that I supplied and the shower door. Upstairs work not done but yet they took the $4,885.77 installation deposit with no installation started until end of Feb 2024 after several unanswered calls and threats to cancel. Downstairs toilet, shower door done on Dec 18, 2023 with lists of problems. Installer came out alone and didnâ t appear to know what he was doing. Put the upstairs tan toilet base with the downstairs white toilet tank. Toilet was two tone. Big chip on the side of my porcelain tub, put the old drain back in the tube because he couldnâ t figure out how to install the new one. Big blobs of silicone placed to hold the caps over the screws at the base of the toilet and other small things I had to point out to him. When I noticed him having difficulty managing the heavy shower door alone and asked why he was working alone he said because he rather do it alone than pay somebody that way he gets more money. Thatâ s probably why he chipped the tub. I did not want to sign off on the job at the end but when I told him I wasnâ t going to sign until the toilets were switched he responded in a intimidating manner and insisted I sign because he was there all day and needed to be paid. I told him I would sign but would write a note on the bottom of the invoice to discuss the incomplete work, which I did. I also sent Mike an email with pictures re: the mix up with the toilet and the chip on the tub. Also sent pictures. Requested they not send same plumber back out again. To date the chip on tub has not been rectified. Wish I could post pictures , a picture says it all! Due to space I will address the nightmare upstairs bathroom in a separate review.

Did not get the right color floor had to live with it no money off people were nice there is spaces behind door in floor shower came out nice

We hired them and they did a great job. After talking to a few other Pro’s the told me for the price we paid, we could have redone the whole bathroom. It was my fault for not checking. With that said, they did a fantastic job and it was done quickly. They also explained everything very well.

Joey came and sat with me as we picked out the details of the bath remodel. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Unfortunately unforeseen circumstances made me have to back out of the remodel and Andy was very helpful throughout this process. When things get settled I hope to Re contact them to get it done. If you want a delayed project, with poor coordination, minimal communication, mistakes in the build and some damage to your home, choose PIC Home Pros. April 2024: Worst Customer service! Itâ s been multiple weeks since they did the installation and it is not complete yet. The shower doors were not installed and the wrong showerhead was put in. I have contacted PIC Home Pros customer service on 5 separate occasions to get an installation date, no one has followed up with an answer. Amanda, director of operations contacted me and promised an email and follow-up, but I've received nothing. The installation staff were okay, they made several errors, that caused leaking pipes and damaged tiles. They rectified everything relatively quickly but I found some minor dame to my basement walls and they did not clean up everything. There was a lack of coordination from the company with the repairs. They showed while I was at work, no call or warning as to the time or ever day. Update May 2024: It took over 9 weeks from the original installation for the Shower doors to show up. The customer service was atrocious, until I started posting negative reviews, no one would follow up. If you can't get on the phone with one of the senior employees, you're not getting an answer or call back. If you ask for an email to accompany an update, they won't send one until you've personally opened a thread. When your project is inevitably delayed, and you ask for proof of orders or tracking numbers, you will get an excuse.
