Little minor finish problems they were out the next day and looks good as new

Anthony, the representative who came out to my property was very knowledgeable and helped me understand my problem. He had to make another trip out at no charge. He continued to get to the bottom of my problem until he got us an answer. I highly recommend this company.

The work was performed and the employees could not have been nicer both on the job and in the office. This is really too early to rate this type of service, since I won't know for at least six months if the mold has been successfully eradicated. If the mold reappears I would change both work quality and value for money to zero, but if it does not I would give all five stars. I will come back and revalue this service in the future.

The workers were very thorough and good workers. The salesman I worked with was very helpful. I had one issue that didn't get settled to my satisfaction, but overall I would recommend this company.

Timely, professional, and efficient

Everyone I encountered from PIC was pleasant and professional. The workmen, Christian and Eddie were very respectful of our home, did a thorough job, and left things in better condition than they found them. I am confident that we are mold free.

We are selling our house and the inspector finds mold in our attic. We had no idea but realized we needed to do something quickly. We contacted PIC Home Pros and someone was at our home the next day. A day later the remediation process started. The technicians were not only proficient at what they do but they also made us feel at ease. They sealed the attic off and did it in a way that did not impede our movement around the house. A few days later we were mold free!! A special thanks to Johnnie and Anthony for making a potentially dangerous and arduous process an exceptionally easy one!!

PIC Home Pros, LLC eliminated our Mold problem. They gave me a cost for the project with a time line and stayed firm with both. The project was completed on time and exceeded our expectations. The employees were professional and left our home spotless. We would use them again and again.

The shingles are top quality with a great warranty including a golden warranty the first 3 years where they will come and repair any and all damage to them in that time frame. Project took a little longer than expected due to whether but quality was never sacrificed. I highly recommend this company

I have to thank PIC Home Pros for a truly professional quality job on the installation of my new Storm-master roof. I was pleased and grateful that our project manager made extra efforts to accommodate our schedule, and that he communicated with us throughout the project. I must say, I was especially impressed by our job foreman, whose knowledge of the roofing process was evident from start to finish. He directed his team with great skill, and they worked harmoniously, politely, and carefully. There was no loud yelling, no arguing, and no blasting boom boxes, and each night they left the job-site clean and tidy. Truly, before the project got underway, I was very concerned about possible damage to the custom-made rain gutters, the floor-to-ceiling screens on the porch, and the gardens that surround the house. But the Home Pros crew went to great pains to keep from damaging anything. Of course, the roof looks great, from the peaks and valleys to the skylights and the chimney flashing, it made my house look new again. And best of all, there are no leaks! This was a job done right!

Customer service care was really bad, essentially the sales man. We feel like he said whatever good before the sale, and did opposite after the sale. For example, we asked him to come to give us an estimates to finish our basement after the first sales. He was not answered our request, and never answer our calls. Also, we requested the mold, and waterproof certification after their finished their works, they required us to pay in full, but after paying them in full, they aren't giving us any certifications as requested.

Decided to go with a metal roof. This company was a pleasure to do business with.
