Very reliable, very professional installers, very neat and responsible.

PIC Home did renovation jobs in the bathrooms of my home and workers did good job and I am happy what they have done. But I believe that I was overcharged for the remodeling project. I was originally given a written quote which clearly indicated that all plumbing work was included as part of the quoted price. When I was ready to sign the contract doing the job and asked if toilets and vanity in both bathrooms will be removed and put back after new tiles are put on the floors, same sales person told me that an additional $900 is needed for the removal and re-installation of the toilet and sink! (Otherwisie, tiles will be put around them). Then the workers told me the removal and re-installation of the toilets and vanities are appropriate process of installing tiles, I questioned the salesperson about that $900 charge and he insisted that it was not included in the original quote. I paid whole charge since the project had started.

Beautiful shower. Very professional and competent work team. Removal of tub and installation of walk-in shower, all done in ten hours start to finish.

The roof leaked several times. The last time, no one came to service it. I found a contractor to do the work. Pic did not even reimburse me even though the roof was supposed to have a warranty. Would NOT recommend.

The 2 men they sent were great. They advised me every step of the way. I felt that I had finally found someone I trusted. I was making choices. I can't Express how happy I am.

Keep giving false promises.

Happy with carenter, not happy with the company kept promising to come out and giving false promises and job still not completed.

We love the shower, It is so beautiful. They installed the whole thing in two days, using beautiful acrylic tiles, a high end base, and a handy shave bar and built in shelves. When they did not have something we wanted, they offered a free upgrade to a higher end alternative. Our friends have all been so impressed by our new shower as we were excited to work with the company because of the lifetime warranty, because they are communicative (Anthony has been a pleasure to work with) and the photos of their work on their site. Not only did we have problems with leakage before that is no longer a problem, but this will also raise the value of our home. We actually shower even more now, as we are excited to use this beautiful space, and it is easier to clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

The guy who did the install was great and knowledgeable. the downside is the sales team they really sold us a dream he told us it was a one day project and it wasn't he failed to go over the shape of my bathroom would be in after an overall I do not feel as the tub was worth the price.

Toke 50 min to tell me it’s $9456 for just bathtub renovation. Not including vanity, mirror, and light. Poor presentation and very expensive. Quality maybe amazing but I don’t need it to last 100 years due to great quality. I’m going to rip bathroom out and re do it again in 30 yers because style will change.

The Communication and relay of information from salesman to Workers doing the job was greatly wanting. Salesman promised 1. Quality to match sample photos 2. That A supervisor would come on site to give advice about proper venting TO MEET THE REQUIREMENT To avoid warranty being void. We had to request it when he did not show up at all. A very important copy of the remedial certificate was not shown to us by the salesman, we had to request a copy of it. It contained the warranty requirements.

From our initial contact throughout the entire project, every interaction was extremely professional and the customer service outstanding. They responded to my on line inquiry within 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon, had someone out to look at the project the next day, and the work was completed two days later. David and his crew were punctual and efficient, they provided a full explanation of the work they were doing and freely shared their valuable expertise. I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

We hired this company to replace our slate roof. We chose an asphalt roof. This company also resided our home. They did the work in a timely manner (and in the cold).

Have your quotes done before you contact PIC. They are very nice, knowledgeable and responsive. They will do a cursory look of the project whereas others I had in did a very detailed assessment. The price offered is based on past experience and the price is on par with other quotes I had. Just a note. No on can tell you you have toxic mold without a lab test. Speculation by any contractor that it is toxic mold is just that, speculation. There was mold in the attic where no one lives or will ever live. Note: Mold is everywhere and everyone should know that fact. Keep your living spaces clean and maintain the house at or below 55% humidity (including the basement/crawl space) and you will be fine.

Removing all existing attic insulation, treating mold and installing new R-30 insulation took several days. All of the personnel were knowledgeable, skilled at their jobs and willing to discuss progress along the way. They were careful about my affected property, cleaned up every night and left all looking as good as new. Great job!
