Everything in their pitch and product is a lie. 1. The price will change. 2. Their office staff, especially Kerryanne, is literally abusive on the phone. 3. Their products are not custom, they are one size fits all, big-box store style. 4. They will lie, a lot, to hide their offices dysfunction/disorganization. 5. You will spend a lot of time on hold. 6. The work quality is average. It seems higher initially because, by the time the install is actually happening, your standards are so low that anything will seem like a silver lining. But it is just average. 7. You would be better off hiring an unqualified uncle, seriously.

We hired PIC to do a bathroom renovation, we were told that completing the job by 12/1 would be ?no problem? but they kept delaying causing the work to be done weeks after it was promised. The quality of the work was terrible, the toilet seat was cracked when installed and the toilet itself wobbles. I expressed my unhappiness to them at several points and they made little effort to rectify it. I was told the owner of the company would call me but he never did which speaks volumes about how he treats his customers. On top of it, when they came to install the shower door one of the workers threw an empty beer bottle in our garden before leaving. We paid a lot of money for this renovation and it was absurdly overpriced for terrible work and terrible service. This company will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you roped into a contract. Do not hire them and definitely do not sign anything!

Good experience with the company. High quality work. Small issue with the installer who did not call or text to let me know when the work was completed.

Very high quality work. Struggled with the sales people and the office staff, just somewhat disorganized. However Claude who did the work was exceptional! Be mindful that the glass door for the shower is a completely different company.

Nice guy but obviously does not know how to install bathtub. Left openings all around tub so now I need to hire plasterer. Tub drain does not work and hit/cold is backwards, so, now I need to hire plumber. Back wall of bathtub wobbles. Totally upset!

Watch out! The guy was in a big hurry to collect a deposit but when the financing did not come through he is in no hurry to give it back. Do not give him any money until it is a done deal [and maybe even then]. Beware!

Please be aware that the promise of a 1 Day installation is really a 4 day affair.

It took awhile but the job looks good.

They did a beautiful, but there was no communication. We had to replace the walls, so they stripped the tile, however not the section of 1 1/2 inches to the left of the enclosure. If they communicated that we would have had our carpenter remove it. So this is what I am left with after spending 15,000. Complained twice sent a picture. Basically tough.
