scheduling: They always call / email before coming, and note the service to be accomplished per our contract. billing" the "specialist" leaves a general note about the products/services and some recommendations. good to know what has been applied, given we have pets. mostly "canned" comments, which are probably sufficient for most situations. we appreciate the responsiveness to emails and the professional attitude. individualized service -- perhaps it's too much to expect a 'service' to be concerned about a specific customer. it seems that the 'specialist' may have thoughts on what would be helpful to improve the lawn's health but it's not communicated unless we contact the office about our concerns. One recommendation was to 'use a push mower" because our lawn is so "fragile" which is ironic given the specialist uses a sit down mower/applicator when he comes to our house for 'treatments'! Our lawn is fragile it seems but also full of weeds. price : seems comparable to other services.

He didn't do the back yard, he just left. I called them and I said I don't think the technician that came put the fertilizer in the back yard. She said let me call him and confirm. They called me back and said they talked to the technician and he put the fertilizer down and I said no he didn't because I was home and I was actually watching him. I didn't get the good result with them as I've had with other companies. My experience wasn't horrible, it was that one incident where I felt like it was a combination of they weren't being honest with me or their technician definitely didn't put the stuff down and I didn't feel like they really followed up on it. I think that he eventually came back and re-did the back yard. It was more of an integrity issue me than anything else.

Sent e-mail and received immediate response, Got quote very quickly and they were happy to provide additional information on other services I was looking for like poison ivy and insect control. Hired them and first fertilizer treatment was done a few weeks later. Very happy with service so far.

They were excellent. It was great. They did nothing wrong.

The experience was fine. They walked around the property with me. The guy was very knowledgeable. It was just that at that time I didn't really need to use their services and I had somebody else to take care of the lawn. For their responsiveness, it took them a while to get back to me. For their punctuality, they gave me a quote at that meeting.

Lawn Dawg is a wonderful company that provides lawn care service. We have used them for 3 years now and have been so pleased with their service and products. If you compare what you would spend on the chemicals and doing it yourself, it's such a great deal! And they take care of everything. I could not recommend them more highly.

We have been long-term customers of theirs. Up until this last summer we were very happy with the service. This last service we seemed to lose contact with them. They were supposed to do lawn treatment but their equipment broke. They ended up not coming out for a few months. They did end up coming back out and doing extra treatments. They did try very hard to compensate for the interruption in service. Because of this last summer I have questions about their service. We are considering maybe going at someone else next year.

We are happy with their service. They seem to be fairly responsive and do a pretty good job.

I've signed up with Lawn Dawg after watching tow other companies work houses in our neighbor hood as I walk my dog each day. People who have them, love them. Two things made me go with them. Organic fertilizer, and extended service to seed/aerate. Pro gear and machinery. VERY responsive with feedback and upcoming schedule. Once I went to their web site, and saw they were not just a local town company, but a national one, I signed up.

We have used Lawn Dawg for a few years. I am not 100% positive with them, but I am not 100% negative with them either. They have stood by their word. We have a contract with them for 8 services. Their accountability is excellent. I have nothing to compare them to except who we used to use and they are about the same. If their price was outrageous I would not use them.

Delivered as promised. They call ahead, they move the toys out of the way. It is what I was looking for.

The problems with Lawn Dawg started in June when my lawn started showing brown spots. In the following month of July I had the manager, Mark Zingo come out and look at my lawn. He stated that due to the lack of rain the brown spots appeared. He also stated that he would have someone come out and with time the lawn would improve back to a satisfactory level. He also ask If I watered the lawn. I informed that I didn?t nor did any of my neighbors. In September my lawn still hadn?t returned back to a satisfactory level so, I called and scheduled an appt for Mark to come back out on the 17th. I stayed home the entire day and Mark never showed up. During the course of the day, an employee of Lawn Dawg by the name of Russell came over to treat the lawn. However, I was not able to speak with him so I called him on his cell phone. I spoke with him regarding the issue of the brown spots and he informed me that the lawn needed to be aerated and seeded to remove the spots and we agreed on this. I also told him that I felt that his company was responsible for this and that Mark would be out however he never showed up. I was angry and proceeded to call and leave a message for Mark to call and I have not yet heard from him.

Overall ok. Telephone service rep was pushy. Technician came before 8am this week so I was unable to discuss weed issue with him.

We haven't been home when they've come to do our service but they leave a full report and we think they do a great job.

Awful. Avoid. Two out of three times, their technician applied treatments to my neighbors' yard, where the houses are clearly marked. They were made well aware of this screw up the first time. How in the world it happened a second time I can't even imagine. Left messages, had to call back to get any resolution, twice. Their only resolution was to say, "well, we won't send that tech anymore." No apology, no offer for the inconvenience, no explanation except they didn't know how it happened. I promptly cancelled $430 dollars worth of future service and am expecting a refund. I would never use them again.

I use them every year and I like their service.

I have had them for a long time. I do not remember how I had found them originally. I will continue to use them in the future.

I had moved into a house with a yard that was completely burnt out and weed ridden. LawnDawg recommended a treatment program to prepare my yard to be ready for reseeding in the fall. During the treatment process I have contacted them a couple of times with questions/concerns and they have made additional applications at no additional charge to help with my unique yard needs. I have always been able to get right through to them when I call.

Service worked great for us - we are happy to do our own mowing, but keeping track of what needs to be applied to the lawn when, and in what proportion, is not my thing. I also appreciate not having to have a dozen bags of miscellaneous fertilizers and pesticides hanging around the garage. I am not a "perfect lawn" person but I have to say that our lawn does look pretty good, and for little effort on my part. I don't recall that we had any issues requiring direct contact with any company representative, so I can't really comment on the customer service aspects. However, we like the results and we will definitely use them again.

Lawn Dawg Products are kid safe and pet friendly. They always call first, great pricing. Quick, and leaves me notes if I need or don't need anything. They just do fertilizing for me, no mowing They give plenty of notice and always on time.

We just think that they are a good company and they do what they say they are going to and follow-up. We think that their pricing is comparable. There were a couple of times they could not come was because of the weather.

I like them. I have used them for about 10 years. They will call about 5-7 days before they are coming out so you can be home if like. I have discussed with the person that comes out about any issues or concerns that I have and they will troubleshoot the problems and offer a solution. They have more than one location and I have worked with the Woburn office.
