Excellent, very prompt and professional. Hopefully the acquisition by TruGreen will not impact the level of service.

Lawn Dawg did a good job and our lawn improved significantly over the season.

Little miscommunication at first with procedures being done and timeline. I believe it should be better now but we will see. They just merged with TruGreen so that might have been part of the reason.

They have been, up until recently, my regular lawn care provider. They got bought within the last month or two. They would leave behind a written description of what they did and what situations and conditions they found in the lawn and what things I could do to help fix that and they were, in my opinion ,not very pushy about additional services. Yes they would offer them but they wouldn't say "you gotta to have this." So I appreciated that.

First treatment did not work so well they need to come back for a follow-up

I have been using Lawn Dawg for several years now. Ray, the Service Technician showed up promptly Saturday morning in the pouring rain. He introduced himself, explained what we was planning to do and asked if I had any specific concerns. I see results 24 hours later (clover). I was very pleased with his work and would highly recommend Lawn Dawg. The better you communicate your lawn concerns the better job they can do. Nice job to Ray!

They are always reasonably priced, provide a discount if you pay the treatment schedule in advance. They always provide good insight into what they are doing and what they found. If something is not working or you have an issue, they are prompt to come out and work with you to address it. They have a made a huge difference in improving the quality and look of my lawn.

I only rated them as a B because the impact of the treatments usually aren't very noticeable, and the weed control -- even on the occasions when I agree to the heavy-duty chemical treatments -- don't seem very effective either. It's hard to say, though, how the lawn would look if I didn't use them! For the low annual price (grandfathered in over several years), which is cheaper than my buying and applying fertilizer myself, it's worth keeping them!

My parents used them and they said they were great. My parents were pleased with their service. They said that one of the workers were extremely friendly, nice and very professional. I think that they did an exceptional job, and we highly recommend them.

We have used them for two years. Their communication is good and they notify us in advance when they are coming. They had to come two times to kill the weeds. I don't know whose fault it is, but we still have the weeds.

I have an annual service with them. My sister has been using them for several years, and she likes them very much. They have improved her lawn. I have only been using them for a year. I was having problems with weeds. I didn?t really talk to them. The man who was going to do the work and one of the supervisors came and introduced themselves. After that, they just called on the phone. They do a lot of their business over the internet too. They let me know when they are going to come out a couple of days in advance. They call afterwards to check up. I don?t have a lot of personal exchanges with the guys that do it because sometimes they come early in the morning. They put a full computerized report in your door. It tells you what they did and what the fertilizer is composed of. They tell you how long to keep your pets off the lawn, and when you should water it etc... After a couple of days, you then get something over the internet that explains in more detail what they did. They are very detailed and very nice to work with. I did tell them I was not going to use them again next year. I have difficulty walking and couldn?t water it after the 24 hours that they tell you to. As a result, it didn?t get watered in time, so the grass got killed. It was not their fault about the lawn. I would use them again if I had somebody to help with the watering.

It worked out well, it?s just really expensive. I liked them. It?s just that there were a couple of things that they did that I did not realize that were not part of the program that they had. It runs about $700 for the season and then you have other little things that they do. When I signed up, they basically gave me the top of the line program, which I didn?t expect. So, I had the mosquito treatments. The aeration, core aeration and the over seeding, those were an additional amount of money. That was like a sick shock to me. They are a good company. Sometimes these companies are a little too big for their britches, because they don?t give you all the specific information, and that?s one thing that I didn?t like about them. I think that there were a couple more treatments in the fall that I ended up having to pay probably another couple hundred dollars for all together. We are talking $700 for the service and then these additional little things. If you have the money, they are a good company, they really are. I was really happy, especially with the summer being what we had last year. They had 2 different types of programs. They had one that was even more expensive that was like strictly organic. I was happy. I just would have liked to known up front. These guys took a little longer to come out. They would always give me an email or a heads-up call. I probably would not use them again, because of the cost. I tried working with them and we tried to reduce certain things and it just wasn?t going to work out with their program. It wasn?t really easy to modify this plan that I wanted. I went with somebody totally different this year.

I've used them for four years. They are excellent; he did everything well. They are the best I have ever encountered. My lawn is the best one in the neighborhood.

I had no problems with them. I am not sure what to say about pricing because I didn't really pay attention to that. We have already prepaid for our service in April. We always get a call ahead of time. There was one time I did have to ask them to change their date because the service they were going to provide; we needed to cut the grass and you have to wait for 2 days after their application so they rescheduled with no problem. Every time they come they always knock on the door just in case so you know they're there.

Service worked out fine. The quality of work is good, the technician is good and is always the same guy each month.

It worked quite well. I was satisfied with the pricing. I didn’t compare it to anybody. They just did what they promised they were going to do. There was nothing truly outside of doing business the way you expected business people to do it.

They're very good. Their customer service is great. They tell me what they're going to do. They call me in advance. They always show up on time.

They were fine. They were good. I paid them every time they do it. I've never had a problem. They do what they say they do. My lawn hasn't died. I don't have any complaints.

It worked out just fine. We haven't had an issue this year. I didn't purchase any additional services because it would be more than what I wanted to spend on lawn care. They contact me before I contact them. Punctuality is not applicable because it is not based on a certain time. I have no idea when they come. I don't see them come or go. I just know that I don't have bugs and I don't have problems. I have no need to interact with them which means they're very professional and they do their job and they do it well.

Reasonable pricing. Very good quality of work. Very accommodating, very personable.

They were good. Overall, it was very good. Sometimes, they can be a little sloppy on applications but they do respond when you call them up and say you are not happy. They will have somebody come back out and redo it. The workers are pretty nice. The cleaning up could be an issue sometimes. They will come out but it’s annoying that you will have to call them.

They did it, I wasn't home. I saw the little pellets on the ground when I came home. I have them under contract this coming year too. I did last year talk to them about pricing because I left them and went to another service for a year and then we did negotiate down a better price. This year Christmas was so busy I didn't have time to think about it, I just went ahead and did it again. It is higher than a lot of other places.

It was fine. We had them under contract last year, so they came six times over the course of four months. We paid an annual charge of $390. They just called and showed up when we were not home.

They've been excellent. But if you are looking for a measure of their competitiveness, their prices are at or below comparable services. There are probably 12 different things we have bought from them. They are excellent, they did a very good job for us.
