They've done satisfactory work for me. I think I really like working with them. I plan to use them again. If I have a question, I just call them. They show up on time. They are professional.

They're well priced, they always come on time. They're an excellent service. They're less expensive than most guys. If you're not happy, they'll come back and do it again. I'd definitely recommend them. I've been using them for a couple of years now.

I had some issues with their service, but whenever I would call or e-mail with what the problem was, they were really good about responding back and doing what they could do to address the problem. Overall, I have been satisfied enough to keep them as the provider of my lawn care. The cost of service goes by square-footage. What really stands out about their service is their responsiveness to service calls.

I am planning to use them again. They're very dependable and very respectful of my requests. I have never met the workers.

My husband feels they are competitive, but they are not the highest in the neighborhood. When they say they are going to show up they show up. We don't have any complaints.

My husband is very happy with Lawn Dawg. When the weather conditions weren't good for whatever service they were providing, they did come back. The gentlemen that did the work was very professional and thorough.

I was very satisfied with them. They always email become they come. They are always on schedule. They give me reports on how my lawn is doing, what it needs and does not need. They are easy to contact and talk too. Clean up is good. You wouldn't know they were there. They leave the bill on the door.

It has been pretty well. We've been using them for three years or so. I pay an annual fee of $200. I've never met them but my interaction with them over the phone and online has always been great. I'm not sure if I'll use them again but if the price doesn't change, I would less likely use them again. It seems to work. I really haven't had any weed on my lawn which has been great.

We're not happy. They would not come out on a regular schedule. They were supposed to call and let us know when they're going to be here. We'd come home and find out that they did something they weren't supposed to do. I would not recommend them. They quickly completed the work.

Both worked fine. They will be back again as soon as the snow is off the grass. They are very good with their professionalism and very good at keeping track of things with e-mails rather than just telephone call or all of it. They do not suddenly show up. You always know that they are there and what they are going to do. I already renewed for this year. I keep going back to them because of two things. First, they stay away from anything that is really too dangerous to the environment which is important to me and the second thing is just their reliability when they are scheduled to show up and they do what was intended when they get here.

We've used them for several years. We signed up with a plan and we get a $7 discount. We've tried different places in the past and we were not happy with their service. They're really good. They're very nice people. We can reach them any time. If we have a question or a problem, they come out and talk to us. We just renewed our contract with them.

They do work for me and I'm very happy with them. They do a good job, they show up on time and the billing is accurate.

We've had them a long time, actually. They're very punctual. They are very knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. They have good expertise.

They are fine. We like them. We are going into our second year with them. They came out 6-8 times over the summer. The cost will vary depending on what they come out to do. They took all of the weeds we had in our yard and turned them into grass. It made the appearance of the lawn much improved. They were also kind enough to give me a donation for a fundraiser I was doing for work.

They are great. We used them all summer. Everything worked out well and the lawn looks terrific.

They’re good, they’re not the greatest, but they’re good. The quality is good. I rarely give out “A’s” to tell you the truth. I am very fussy. That’s why I gave a “B”. They’re very responsive, they always get back to you. They have always been on time. We’ve already got them already scheduled for next year. They give good solid work and it’s fine. I’ll tell you, I don’t like to rate things that well, to be honest. We are happy with it, we’re satisfied with their work and we’d recommend them.

I love them! I used them throughout the year and they were great. I absolutely would use them again. I used them for the first time last year. I basically have a new house and a new lawn and I just wanted to get off on the right foot. It takes them half an hour or less to get the job done. They know what they're doing and it's worth having them take care of my lawn. It's a great maintenance program and I ended up having the BEST lawn in the neighborhood in a very hot and dry summer.

They came out multiple times a year. They were here all summer, most recently in September. Cost varied depending on what was done, probably around $76. They do a lot of sales promotions that I don?t care for and they were coming out in advance of my knowledge on a preset time line, which I didn?t appreciate. Price is average, I?ve used other companies for the same service and it?s always been in line with theirs. Nothing great, nothing bad. They came on their own agenda and time frame, so I can?t really answer that. They showed up, I didn?t have to chase them down. Punctuality ? It?s not really appropriate, cause they would come around when they were in the area, they never told me in advance. They just showed up on a day and I would see a sticker that they had been there and a nice big bill waiting for me. I don?t think that?s too professional. I never talked to anybody, like I said they would just show up, do the work, never knock on the door, then they would leave. I?ll have a little bill waiting for me with some detail on what was done. I think it did work. I would not use them again, unless they were competitive, the pricing was better, no.

We've had the service with them for 15 years. The people who come down and do that, I have no problem with that. That's one of the six steps. That wasn't a problem. I didn't have a problem so much with the treatments, but I had a problem with the service I wanted to get with lawn aeration and overseeding. I was going to get that done back in September. I called in the middle of September and they talked to me about it and they said, "Okay, we'll set it up." My house is surrounded on three sides by woods. So I said, "Once the leaves start coming down, it just rains leaves and there is nothing you could do about it." They said, "No problem," and I said, "as long as you get it done by the middle of October." This was the middle of September when we called up. They didn't do anything. October 25 they set something up. I kept calling and I said, "That's no good. What am I going to do?" They were like, "Well, you could rake the leaves off." I said, "I would have to do that everyday. I can't do that. My yard will be covered with leaves. I'm not going to do that and disturb the seeds." So, I just canceled that and I said, "I don't know if I would sign up with you guys. I've been doing it for 15 years and I was disappointed with it. I might be shopping around for something different." Every time the wind starts blowing, the leaves come down and you might have raked it 10 minutes ago and you get a breeze and you wouldn't even know you raked it. They said you should get at least seven to 10 days to germinate and then I wouldn't care if the leaves came down on top of it. But, I wasn't going to take the chance of paying for the service if it wasn't going to be productive and they couldn't give me a guarantee. They say there is no guarantee. They said I have to follow through on my part of the bargain, which was to water it and I said, "I have no problem with that, but there is nothing I can do about the leaves." I talked to the person that was at the phone and passed it on. She seemed very understanding, but the guy that I had originally asked about the deal never called me back, so that was it.

I was impressed. We just did the six step treatment year after year but over the years it started to deteriorate.

Lawn Dag has been has been providing a lawn treatment program for several years. This includes fertilization; weed, grub control and ph monitoring. Their program begins in the spring with fertilization and pre emergent weed control with a scheduled fertilization maintenance for the summer/fall. Lawn Dawg is very customer drive and responsive to any issues that may accrue. I have tried several lawn maintenance provided over the years and non of them can compare to Lawn Dawg. We are complemented on the appearance of our lawn every year. Thank you Lawn Dawg.

I have been with Lawn Dawg for 3 years. They perform all 6 treatments on my lawn per year. They use organic products. They send me a scheduled apt by email. My lawn has never been as beautiful since I have been using them. I have also had core aeration with over seeding, what an amazing job and difference this made. I tried using another company after the second year and had one treatment done, fired them and went back to Lawn Dawg. Love their performance, professionalism and price.

We have been doing business with Lawn Dawg for many years. We have seen a consistent improvement in the quality of our lawn and the quality of service they provide. Several years ago we decided to try one of the competitors. The competitor did one application and placed warning signs to stay off the lawn while the chemical they used were absorbed or dried. We immediately canceled that service and went back to Lawn Dawg. In the years we have been with Lawn Dawg, we have never had to worry about the toxicity of the treatments. The products they use do a great job, and we don't need to worry about the dog walking on the lawn after treatment. I would highly recommend them, in fact two of our neighbor have recently be3come Lawn Dawg customers.

I signed up w/them in response to a mailer I received. I had seen their trucks in the neighborhood where I work and the rates seemed fair. I never actually met anyone and only saw the guy who worked on my lawn once in passing. Two items were suggested, a core aeration and overseeding via e-mail and I had requested that I be contacted regarding these items via e-mail. Apparently the e-mail was taken as an approval and the items were done. A large part of the lawn is sod that was put down and basically died and for the rest of the lawn I wanted to have my own seed used which I had already purchased, if that was possible. No one contacted me after the original request, a subsequent request that I send via e-mail was never answered and the only time any effort was made was when I called last week to pay my bill and to let them know I was cancelling the service. I am a first time home owner and his experience was pretty lousy.
