 + -1 moreGary was very friendly and nice to have around. He cleaned up after himself and didn't seem bothered by a busy household. The deadbolts did cost $110 more ($55 each), but I am happy to spend it to have a safer house. He spent 2-1/2 hours trying to get the stubborn door knob re-keyed. He charged a $49 service fee and did not charge by the hour, so he didn't make money on the time he spent working on that stubborn door knob. I would definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: Gary replaced 1 doorknob & two deadbolts. He also re-keyed 1 deadbolt & two door knobs. Our mission in having him come was to get our doors re-keyed so we didn't have nine keys for three doors. We now have 2 keys for all the doors. We would have had one key, but we had a very stubborn door knob. Because a couple of our doors have windows in or around, he recommended a safer deadbolt which we switched to.
