These guys were great. They rekeyed all my locks and consolidated my main house keys to one. I would definitely rehire them again. I called and they came the next day. Outstanding all around.

Gary was very prompt. I used an Angies list coupon for re-keying. I had just purchased new house and wanted a quick re-keying since I will be installing new doors soon. Gary was courteous and pleasant. The new keys he cut work well, not like the two additional keys I had made later at Loews. I plan on using Gary again to install new dead bolt locks.

I called this guy 3 times.? He just hung up on me over and over without saying a word.? What you can't take the time to tell me why you are hanging up?? So, I called him 12 more times.

The lock on my slider door was malfunctioning. I had just joined Angie's list, so looked up locksmiths. I found Brinks Lock, and Gary Colonna, with an A rating. I read several excellent reviews and called. Gary answered the call, and I described the situation, plus sent photos of the lock, as requested, to save time. Gary went out of his way to locate the part he felt would do the trick without having to replace the entire lock. He arrived this morning, right on time, made the repair and the lock works beautifully. By finding the part to repair rather than replace the entire lock, Gary saved me significant money. I sincerely appreciate this savings, realizing that other locksmiths would not go to the trouble to find a part if replacing the lock would be easier for them, as well as increase their profit. When you need a locksmith, I highly recommend Gary Colonna, Brinks Lock, 603-772-7773. I will definitely call him with any future locksmith needs.

When a renter locked themselves out of a room in our cottage, on a Saturday evening, Gary responded to our call for help cheerfully and immediately, He was very flexible in handling the unusual situation dealing with both the homeowners (us) and the people locked out. He solved the problem quickly,and kept us fully informed throughout.

Reasonable price for an emergency call and service.

From the first phone call to the last hand shake, Gary did a fantastic job. Called at 5:00 on a Monday and was able to get on the schedule for the next day. Arrived on time and prepared to do the work. Got started right away and was done within 20 minutes. Great service, great work and great price. I've hired many contractors over the years and given the customer experience and years of industry experience that Gary has - great job overall and would highly recommend him for anyone looking for locksmith services.

Gary came out and did the re-key for two different doors. He was on time, very polite, very professional and friendly. You can tell he genuinely enjoys doing his job. He took care of the problem quickly. I reccomend him without a question.

He did a great job. The keys work well. He saved me half the amount of money because just re-keyed an didn't replace.

For security purposes we needed to have a deadbolt re-keyed asap, as we just found out it was installed by a handyman who had a police record for Band E, and he still had a key! Obviously we wanted it replaced as soon as possible. My husband called in the morning and Gary was over within the hour and not only re-keyed the two locks on our front door but on our back as well! All in about an hour. My husband said he was very pleasant and proficient and and quot;a real nice guyand quot;. I should have looked on Angies List before taking the word of someone who knew someone who knew someone ........ Thanks Gary!

Gary arrived on time for both of his visits to the house. He performed the work quickly and cleaned up after each lock installation. He walked us through the job after it was completed, testing each new lock and explaining both the features of the locks and how they should be maintained. Got along well with the kids too! Good guy, good work, very professional. I'd hire him again for sure.

I called two locksmiths before I called Brinks. The first time I got a kid who told me to call back when the boss was there. The second one asked me to email them a photo of the lock to be replaced. (Are they kidding?) I finally called Brinks. Gary (I think that was his name) came out and told me it was an unusual lock. I figured that was true because I had purchased a lock at a hardware store and it didn't fit. He called someone right there and got the special lock by the end of the week. He came to my house at the agreed time and installed the lock. The lock itself cost $100. Gary only charged me $75 (plus the cost of the lock) to come to my house TWICE, make a special order, and install the lock. I will ALWAYS call this company in the future.

I called. The man answered promptly and he was on his way. When he arrived, I was a little nervous being a woman and there is a strange man at the door, but his professionalism quickly put me at ease. Hedoes quality work and if he doesn't like something, he will redo it till it's "perfect". He is not out to rip people off, I've called other places for the same service they had no answer for a price over the phone, then made one up, the guy said 350.00 maybe more, I hung up and came on here and I'm glad I did. Best place for quality service and prices

I called and phone was immediately answered. Gary Colonna came by the house later that day to provide an estimate that was very reasonable (change 12 cylinders on external doors). We scheduled the work for following day at noon. Gary showed up promptly at noon and finished before 1:30 (his original estimate was 1.5 hours). He cleaned up, billed accurately and finished promptly.
