Description of Work: Steve repaired the roof after some ice dam damage from last winter and we hired him to install some preventative measures to try to prevent the ice dams from reoccurring this year. The work isn't completed yet but we're happy with his previous work and have confidence this project will be as good

Description of Work: Did roof service and I asked them to give an additional quote for extra work. He did extra work without my authorization and presented me with a bill (seriously over charging for materials). Not a great way to do business IMO

Description of Work: The roof had had some shingles missing due to people who had shoveled the roof of snow the previous winter. Action Roofing repaired the damage and did an overall check of the entire roof. Checked and added sealant around some vent pipes. Also, checked chimney bricks and flashing for any problems. |

Description of Work: Gave the roof a once over as we had some previous leaks in a closet as well as around the chimney flashing and did not want more problems as the house sit around trees. They fixed the flashing and took care of a few loose area shingles and problem resolved in those areas with the heavy snow last winter.

Description of Work: We had flashing on the top of our house about 35 feet up that came off this winter. Action roofing came by when they said they would, fixed the repair at the agreed upon price and reinforce the rest of the flashing and inspected the entire roof. All was done to my satisfaction and I would hire them again. I see no areas to improve.
