Steve, the owner, did the work and did a great job. He told me what he needed to do ahead of time and let me know what my options for the work were. I will definitely call him when we need work done again.

Arrived on time. Roof inspection went OK. All inspection work took place on exterior and nothing inside house. Total time of inspection was less than 30 minutes. We discussed ice dam problems, and I thought we agreed on a price to do some subsequent work i.e. de-icing cables and re-work shingles in roof valley. After waiting more than 3 months for work to be done, I cancelled the project and hired a different roofer.

Steve was able to schedule the work with two weeks of initial contact. Contact before the service was good. He arrived promptly and was friendly and professional. He worked very quickly and efficiently, and worked with me to install a new bathroom vent cap as part of the service. He completed the work on time and as expected, and answered all my questions about the roof. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend him.

After I got a new roof a year ago, we got water in our house. As we figured out, it most likely came from the chimney flashing. The roofer who did the job did not respond to any calls, text messages and voice mails - Bad Bad Bad!! That is when I turned to Angies List and found Action Roofing. I called, left a message and within two days received a call back. I explained my problem and we scheduled the repair for my chimney flashing. I learned a while ago, that the fastest contractor is not always the best. Stephen had to schedule the work a week out, but he responded, he came when he said he would come and he did the work, quietly, clean and I have no water coming in anymore. I didn't even have to be at home. Very glad with Action Roofing, their response, reliability and accountability. My next roof will be done with Action Roofing! Can only highly recommend! Excellent & exactly what I expected. Arrived 10 minutes early. A very through inspection. Was on the roof for about an hour. Nailed down loose items (water guard, etc) where needed and sealed and caulked gaps as necessary. Professional and curious.

He showed up on time and finished as promised that day. Cleaned everything up and the Roof looks great.

Steve is honest, knowledgeable, and a confident professional in his field. He provided all his advertised items in his package. Though my roof has no leak, he has pointed out several things I could do to prolong the life of my existing roof and chimney. I am going to work out with him for his advice. I hope he could return customer mail message and phone call more promptly in the future.

He did a great job. When I need to replace the whole roof, I'll go with these guys.

Called for an estimate - no call back. Called a second time and did get a call back and a voice mail message. Called again immediately but have been unable to get any call back second time. The message indicated he was too busy to really give me an estimate or actually do any work.

Steve came out and sealed and caulked vent pipes chimneys and hammered down and nails that popped up. he also provided us with an estimate to have our roof done. but in his opinion he said we didnt need a new roof for another 5-7 years.

Steve called because he was going to be a little late for our 8:00 appointment. As it turned out he arrived at 8:15 which is on-time as far as I'm concerned. He was very polite and understood what and where my concerns were with the roof. After his inspection he told me what minor repairs he performed and suggested some cost-efficient repairs to minimize future ice damage. I especially appreciated his telling me that I didn't need a new roof and that this one could last another 10-15 years! Refreshing honesty. I'm awaiting an estimate to make the repairs he suggested verbally.

We bought this house in August of 2014, it was built in 1985. We had a skylight that had a very small leak. We called up steve and he came down within a few days of the initial call and within 2 hours fixed the skylight and also evaluated the others and did some additional sealing of those before they started to leak. We had some major ice damns this winter we asked steve to help us clear them, he was surely a busy man the winter of 2014-2015 but he came when he said he could and was very reasonably priced. Steve is a worker no doubt. Arrives on time and prepared for what he knows he will have to do. While we cannot "get up" on the roof to "inspect" his work. We no longer have leaks :) He does however describe the work that was performed in a manner that we can understand. We will be keeping steve on speed dial:)

Stephan came as soon as weather allowed, he was able to do the work without me present. I forgot to turn on the power to the outside outlets so he did the work by hand. he still charged what I thought was a fair price. the work took approx. 4-5 hours and I was very pleased. Stephan will return in the fall to work in the attic space because the 2x4's need to be blocked. whoever originally installed the roof spaced them 2 feet apart. he said they should be 16 inches. I have also began recommending him to others with confidence. I'm also going to have him replace the sophits because they were not vented, which I already have a quote for.

We had contacted 3 roofers, even one from Angie's List to come and fix our roof and no one would return our call until we contacted Action Roofing through Angie's List. Steve got in contact with us within 2 days and came and fixed our roof within 5 days of us first contacting him. He was very professional and did and excellent and thorough job. I will definitely be calling again if I ever need any roof repairs in the future.

He came on time - about a hour earlier. Was very professional. Seemed to know what he was doing. Did not try to sell me "a whole new roof". Took his time and appears to have done a good job. Answered all my questions.

Initial visit to scope out the problem was done promptly, Options for repairs given, and when a course of action was agreed to, work was done the following week as discussed. All in all very professional and reliable.

Steve was the first roof company that call me back which was important because we were in the middle of an emergency situation. Our House was on the market and we had a leak in our roof. He promptly came out to give me an estimate and did the job a few days later. The price was right and the quality of work was terrific. I would definitely use action roofing contracting again and I'm keeping their number for our new house that we move into has they do windows and doors as well.

I called Steve yesterday afternoon, described my problem, and he said he would stop by this morning. He arrived about 8:30 and did the job immediately. I was very impressed with Steve's responsiveness and professionalism.
