Description of Work: one of the springs of my garage door broke (the end of the spring that attaches to the pulley/cable assembly broke off). great concern because of security issue. shumsky was the 2nd call i made. michael shumsky answered - he was at a funeral. he took my contact info and called me right back to tell me that someone would be by shortly. within about 20 mins. kaelin (his nephew) showed up. within 45 mins. the job was done. he also replaced one of the rollers (we already had the part) at no cost. i'm impressed at how they went "the extra mile".i'll use these folks again.

Description of Work: Replaced two old chain driven garage door openers with two smoother, quieter belt driven openers. Mr. Shumsky himself showed up the same day I called - and gave me a quote right then and there (which stayed the quote through to the end). He complimented the quality of our existing doors - which I would have assumed were aging. That gave me a sense that there would be no up-sell on new doors. Two business days after meeting Michael - two of his guys arrived at just after 9AM - and quickly/effectively installed the two new systems. They explained everything and were very nice to deal with. I'm very happy with the new level of controls I have over the doors, a newly installed keypad and so on. A great step up at a fair price. I will be calling them again if I need any service on the doors in the future.

Description of Work: Was available right away, showed on time, pleasant/professional, resolved the issue quickly. Price as a bit steep for time required to fix what he had to do (because of call out fee - which is normal) but he offered to oil/service while he was there on the call out fee. Would absolutely call him again.
