Roof inspection and small repairs.

She said she loved it. She had just moved to a new house and she had a list of things that I don't really know, she just said that they were incredibly helpful, I think he had to fix things, install things, and do painting. She was really happy to have it because she have another handyman there but she found it not helpful and this gentleman is apparently much better.

They did a thorough inspection but missed the first appointment and had to reschedule for a week later. No major repairs were indicated. Roof is architectural shingled ~15 years old (original).

I was absolutely pleased with Clint and Tradewinds Properties, LLC. His his knowledge was extensive and his professionalism was superior. Clint was able to handle all of the projects on my list including dry wall repair, ceiling repair, flooring (hardwood and tile) repair, grouting, lighting repair and lock set replacement for all of my exterior and security doors. His workmanship was A+. It was a pleasure having Clint on the job. I would have him back in a second for any future work.

Horrible and makes me wonder if Angie's List even remotely deserves the kudos it receives. You won't find them here however as I was taken advantage off and I am not happy!!! I won't shoot the messenger nearly as much as the service (Angie's List) that I thought made sure this BS didn't occur! Oh well... nice to dream. Showed up a half hour late but left right on time of course. Worked at a snails pace and then offered that we could hire him to come back to finish tomorrow (fat chance). The biggest let down was the tardiness and slow work and lack of urgency to earn what we were paying. I NEVER would have used Angie List for this job as I could have done this myself in half the time. Now I have to finish the job at my families expense which I thought I was paying to avoid. Live and Learn I suppose... P.S. My first experience with Angie's List... NOT a fan to be sure!!! Stu

Dane was prompt and courteous. He took pictures of the roof before and after. Also explained the pictures and the work he recommended that he needed to do. They came up with a formal document on what work would need to be in the future. The work was perfect!

Promptly set up a date and time for work to be done. Dane, Courtney and Cliff arrived first thing in the morning and got right to work. They did a very professional job in a very short time. These guys worked very hard and did a wonderful job for me. I will use Tradewind for my next job and put in a special request for my fence crew! Thank you guys

They were very good and easy to work with as far as scheduling and appointment. Both the people they sent were knowledgeable and skilled. They were very personable. When the first person wasn’t able to finish the job, they were very good about sending out another person who had a better expertise. I would use them again and they were very reasonable.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I had to pay extra for materials. They added 10% to the cost of the materials to go get them. It went okay. I had a little difficulty with communication in speaking the same language. They were English speaking but it was in getting an estimate the way that it made sense to me. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They did a lot of the work they said they were going to. The work that I asked for was not able to be finished in one day so I need them to come back. Unfortunately their scheduler was very sick so I've only recently started communication with them to get it finished. The work that I asked them to do was more extensive than they could do in an 8 hour day. They gave me an hourly cost and the approximate amount of time it would take to do the job depending on how many people they brought with them. I am waiting on an estimate. I was a little bit annoyed about the 10% because I had offered to get the materials myself and he said that it would be easier for him to get the pieces of wood because he knew what to get. He also purchased paint that he didn't use and I got charged the cost and the 10% fee on that and didn't even get to pick what sort of paint. I didn't find out about the 10% until the end of the day when he wanted the check. He showed me the work he did and it looks really solid. So far I am happy with it. I just need it painted now. He left his stepladder and it took him until Thursday of last week to come back and get it.

We were never able to schedule an appointment. We had to delay the appointment due to weather, which I understand. I didn't like that I had to follow up with them to reschedule, instead of them calling me. In the end, I started looking for someone else.

Perfect.... I had a long list. The carpenter was here promptly, very professional and didn't leave anything to clean up. I was very satisfied with the number of things on my list he was able to take care of.

Exterminator arrived on time. Discussed what he was going to do. After applying insecticide around outside perimeter of the house he brought to my attention some areas of rot that needed to be addressed. He was very personable and professional.

We loved Clint. He was prompt, efficient, professional and very nice. He was very willing to answer our questions and help with anything we needed done that was within his scope of skills. We would definitely use them again!

Overall, I would recommend them to do most anything at my house. Like I said before they left my place immaculate. Mark Bouchard the owner promised me that when they left, you wouldn't know that they were there. The crews were friendly. Price was great both times that we used them. Actually I think I got more than I paid for.

The job went great. The demo was done quickly and was cleaned up properly. The new deck, columns, and trim were installed consistent with the stated timing of the job. It really improved the front image of my house. The Tradewind team made some recommendations along the way that made sense to further enhance and once done I was impressed. They were GREAT!

From the time I contacted the tradewinds team to the completion of the job, i found everything was very professional and done completely. Received a prompt quote, and once I agreed we determined a start date. The tradewinds team showed up on the day they were supposed to start an used great care throughout the job to not damage anything. They worked very clean and finished the job on the on time.
