Description of Work: Snake sewer line. Did not arrive close to what they said. Was defensive about it. The office person lacked people skills. The crue that did the work were very good. The should not have charged me for a cap to my pipe considering they new I was not happy with the incompetency of the office person. Taking a few extra bucks from a unhappy customer almost always guarantees the loss of future business. Greedy and stupid on a business sense especially when they new the next time I call for this issue it was going to be a $8000-$10000 job!!! NOT ROCKET SCIENCE PEOPLE!!!!!!! To bad the crue and the company has to suffer because of one incompetent person!!! |

Description of Work: The team at Paradigm has been great. We had them install a new boiler and they have been fantastic to work with. The communication is excellent and they are very responsive. Paradigm was not the lowest cost estimate, but we wanted quality and service above just the lowest price and we have been more than happy with our decision. They have been worth the extra cost in every way.

Description of Work: Inspect, clean and service furnace, air conditioner and on demand hot water heater. Replaced a few parts on furnace, and added sealant and freon to AC system. Cosmetic repairs of AC metal bent by falling ice and leveled AC unit. Replaced drain pipe on furnace/ AC.

Description of Work: Installed new tub valve and piped it back into wall. Also installed new trip waste. Also installed shower water mix control valve and helped slip new, molded tub in place. Work went well with no problems or issues.

Description of Work: When our pipes froze, we called and received service that same day. The technician was punctual and efficient with his service, and did his best to remedy our situation with a cost effective solution. No complaints, we will use them in the future if we have further issues.

Paradigm fit me into their schedule at the last minute. They beat other estimates I had received by $50. Everyone in the company, from the president, to the receptionist to the servicemen are pleasant and friendly and extremely helpful.
