Description of Work: Setting up the appointment was great with Josh, however, the day of the appointment, I got a call indicating the person would not be able to make it, since the company doesn't want to take on new projects until late fall because of the busy season and that I'll be contacted in fall for an estimate. |I would have liked that the person keep his appointment, gave me an estimate so I could decide, if I wanted to wait until the fall.

Description of Work: replaced (7) double-hung and (1) casement window with OKNA vinyl replacement windows. It was completed within less than five hours. They were very diligent, attentive to detail, and thorough with the installation process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone !

Description of Work: We hired Morgan Exteriors to renovate a dilapidated HUD house that we purchased for our retirement home. They added a new room on the side of the house, a new farmer's porch on the front, new windows throughout, new roof on the old section to match the addition and siding all around. The job took much longer to complete, not from any fault of Morgan's but because other contractors my husband and I hired for interior work did not fulfill their obligations in a timely fashion. Morgan was extremely patient with us and waited while we sorted out our other workmen and their problems. We know this caused them extra work and time but Marc, the foreman, did everything he could to help us resolve our issues. The crew were always courteous and gentlemanly, held their sense of humor and at all times were professionals. We also want to mention PJ, Josh, Justin and Kenny. Thank you all.
