We had all 24 windows in our house replaced, including exterior and interior trim and are really happy with the work was done and the windows are great quality. The work was done in less than a week with no mess left behind, and they did a great job.

They were fast, efficient, respectful. It was a pleasure dealing with them from start to finish of the project. They worked with us (and our really nit-picky condo association) to make sure that everyone was happy. They replaced our existing windows with "new construction" windows, cut a brand new window in one wall, and replaced the back door & storm door. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out.

The Morgan Exteriors agent Lou was very professional and delivered an excellent presentation. The installation crew was top notch and arrived when they said they would and did a letter-perfect installation. They really know their business. Our new Okna windows look fantastic and work wonderfully. I cannot say enough good about the Morgan Exterior folks. They were outstanding!

We had a complete knock down of a three season porch and replaced that with a sunroom. It is beautiful. Morgan is a pleasure to work with.

Look no further for your windows. Sales guy, Lou, came out the same week to provide a quote/contract. He was professional and kept following up to make sure everything went smoothly. Pj, the project manager, and his crew were professional, did a fantastic job, and kept the house super clean (it rained one of the days they were working...and it was still clean!) i would definitely work with them again and would recommend to others.

Great price. They are right there when you need them. They were never late. A on everything for them. Two people came out and they were done in 3 days. They cleaned up.

Everything up to and including the install went great. Josh was always available leading up to the install to answer any questions and give status updates on timing/scheduling. The ability to always have a point of contact to speak to throughout the process was key, as often times contractors are difficult to track down. P.J. and the other man who helped (didn't get the name) were very punctual, professional and cleaned up great as you couldn't even tell they were at my house. Nothing but a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

Morgan exteriors created a beautiful 4 season porch out of the back of our cape. From the first initial meeting right through until the last wall of sheet rock was sanded, their team displayed the highest level of professionalism. Polite, professional, easy and fast to contact and respond with questions and/or changes. We would highly recommend them and hire them again!!

The entire sales process through job execution went exceptionally well. I evaluated several other replacement window companies and the sales process for Morgan Exteriors was by far the best and the windows were the best value for the price. More importantly, the job itself went great. I am a picky person and I have no complaints. The installation team was very professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. While the double hung windows were a standard install, the bay windows were more complex and required framing custom roofs and residing a large portion of the house. The team clearly had a keen eye for detail and took pride in their work as the end result met all my expectations and looks great. Best of all my house is noticably more comfortable and there are no more drafts!

I met with Justin and Tom several times in late fall to come up with a plan to replace my old deck with a 12 x 16 four season room leading to a 5 x 8 composite landing and stairs to the backyard. They were very patient reviewing all the options with me. The job started earlier than expected, on February 6th. The old deck was removed the first day, then the weather took a turn with an ice storm on Tuesday followed by 9" of snow on Thursday. Friday afternoon, two large bundles of lumber were dropped off across the bottom of my driveway. Another foot of snow was coming on Sunday/Monday and there would be no place for the plow to push the snow to clear my garage. I left a message with Morgan on Saturday night and at 7:30am Sunday morning, two workers showed up to move everything to one side of the driveway for me. That right there tells you how committed they are to customer service. Despite the weather, the crew showed up early each morning, except on the days of each storm. They were very professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. The job was completed on schedule. Everything passed my town's code and conservation inspections without a hitch. They subcontracted the electrical to Monarch Electrical, who were also very responsive. I have already received many compliments on the room and the quality of construction. As soon as the paint and flooring are done, I will be able to move in some furnishings and enjoy my beautiful new room. I highly recommend Morgan Exteriors for their quality work and great customer service.

A Rep came out and did an excellent job of determining what had to be done, then came back with an estimate when my husband was home. They came at times expected and did an excellent job. Very professional. I recommend them highly. Price was reasonable as well.

After submitting an inquiry on line for a particular product, I was immediately contacted by a company representative, had very pleasant exchange and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Shortly after the call I received an email, as promised, to confirm our call and provide additional detail about the products they recommended for our project. This all took place on a Friday with an appointment scheduled for Monday evening at 6:30. Monday morning I sent over picture of the work space as requested. When Monday evening came, my husband and I made arrangements to be home in plenty of time to accommodate the meeting. No one showed up. I tried called to verify that I had the correct day/time and left 2 messages. We've still yet to have received any followed up two days later. I give them a "C" rating on responsiveness due to the initial exchange which was well done, but overall this experience was an F. I suspect that once they saw the pictures they decided our job was just too small and not worth the distance they'd be travelling. However, if that was the case, there should have been a simple call or email to explain and we would certainly have understood. As it stands, having never heard back again we're left feeling disrespected as a potential customer and would not recommend this company to anyone.

The installation of my new windows took four and a half days and the process was fast, efficient, and painless. The installers were polite and very accommodating; they answered all of my questions and even installed a shelf for me at no additional charge. The work was done increasable well and I am extremely satisfied with the quality and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Morgan Exteriors LLC to anyone and I will be using them again in the future.

Morgan did an excellent job. I did my due diligence by getting estimates from 5 different contractors but chose Morgan based on the reviews and overall professionalism they displayed. They are well organized, extremely efficient, clean. You could not even tell they replaced 19 windows because they were so quiet and neat. They are craftsmen and it shows in their work. The Okna windows seem very good I'll see how they hold up over time. The quality of the installation is top notch. They made it look easy when it is not. I would like to use them again in the future for other work.
