Very pleased with service. We would recommend and use their service again.

Tree removal required the use of a crane. Collins did it without my even knowing it was done. At first Iwas upset with this company because of the failure to return calls to my maintenance person's calls. He called them several times without getting any return call even though he was told he would get a return call to set up a date. After I wrote this, I received a call from the owner. We discussed the specifics of my dissatisfaction, and he explained his side of the incident. There was definitely a misunderstanding on the part of my maintenance person. Therefore I am rewriting this review. We use Collins for all of our tree services and have always been satisfied with their tree services.

It was amazing to watch how expertly these workers scrambled to high heights without mishap. They made it look easy. All work was performed professionally. Last minute requests were accomodated courteously. They took all debris away, sawed up the wood we wanted to keep and left the site clean. Our tree canopy was much improved by their work.

Collins did as stated above, and in addition cut up some trees that had fallen in a wooded area. They also cut up the downed trees into burnable lengths. In our opinion the job was done beautifully, professionally and quickly. Please note that the Approximate cost of service shown above is the estimate. We were not asked to pay the bill when they left, rather we were told that a bill will be send in the mail. Extremely pleased with the job.

Estimating, preparation for the work, arrival and performance, clean up all were done with the utmost professionalism. I am very happy with the work done and would use Collins Tree again.

The weather was not cooperating, but Collins Tree Service managed to work around it. The crew showed up on time and worked quickly and professionally. Bill Collins was present to oversee his team's work and ensure that things went smoothly. I highly recommend them!

We got estimates from 3 other companies, and this was by far the most reasonable . They arrived on time, worked as a team, kept us informed. They did some delicate limb removals right up against a neighbors home, and by working together, with a clear plan to each maneuver, it all went off without a hitch. They clearly where concerned with their own safety, and the safety of out home and those around us. It was a great experience......and if you saw my yard....you know why we definitely will be calling them again.

We weren't altogether happy with his services. He did a good job with the tree removal, but he never took care of the bush as we had requested. This was frustrating because we paid him to perform this service. What's more is that he never responded to us when we brought this to his attention.

They had a reasonably competitive price, but we simply opted for another company.

Everything went well. They were very knowledgeable and efficient, and the tree looks good. They left the yard clean after finishing the work, too.

The experience went well. They clearly knew what they were doing and did a good job. It can be difficult to have them come out since they're so busy, however.

The gentleman was very professional and had a competitive price, but he never returned my call when I tried to get in touch after the estimate.

Last year I had called several times but could never reach the service. They returned the call twice, but on the same day within an hour. This year when I saw the tree didn't seem to have buds on every branch I tried again and the call was promptly received and responded to. Still hoping we can save this tree. 6/5/13 He said he would come on Wednesday, he came on Tuesday and never even knocked on the door. He never contacted us. We called him and he said he'd give us an estimate for removal. Just not punctual and poor communication skills. I wouldn't recommend this vendor.

Superlatively! Workmen did excellent work and worked well together. Have used Collins Tree Service for years and never been disappointed. They took care so that heavy equipment did not damage lawn. Kept me well informed of what was going to happen. All branches were shred on site. Yard left in excellent order with no debris left behind.

Collins Tree Service Inc were pleasant and professional. We got bids from others in the area and their quote was high. The quote process was excellent but they were expensive. He responded well but we just decided not to go ahead.

Last December I had Collins look at several trees on my property that had been damaged by beetles and two that had blown over following a storm. In all, seven trees were removed. The company sent a quote which I approved. The work was done several days later and I am pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Collins Tree Service and will call them again if I need further work done.

He did a great job and he charged 1/3 of everyone else I called. I couldn't say a good thing about tree service in the area, other than this company. They are absolutely great.
