Nick, was extremely knowledgeable. helpful, and friendly. Goid service. HOWEVER The Company does need to work on its procedures for calls. I called the number, got answering service. Took 45 min to get another call, then that person told me someone else would be assigned, it was another 30 min before he was notified / I heard from him. And it took an hour from Barnstead to Nashua. All for an emergency call. Not Nicks fault, procedure is too lengthy, too complicated, and too long.

They came out within a few hours, and called before they came, which was great! However, the plumber they sent must have been inexperienced because he seemed to want to talk more than he wanted to work. When he finally did get below the house into the crawl space where the water heater was I could hear him moaning and swearing. He stopped when I called down to him and he seemed to realize how the sounds traveled. He came back up and asked if we had any documentation for the appliance, which I had to repeatedly tell him no, even though I had checked again. He found some material online which I printed out for him as he said the customer service line was not helpful. He went down again and came up telling me that he did not know what the other plumber did even though he found the same directions he had and discarded burners next to the appliance. He then told me the only thing he could think of to do would be to clean the appliance which would take 4 hours and cost $800. He also spent time on the phone calling colleagues trying to figure out what was wrong, but nobody seemed to know what was wrong. I found some recommendations online in about 5 minutes of searching and gave him some printed copies. Even though one had very good detail, he only glanced at it and said I would be better off to replace it than to fix it. He then asked if I wanted an estimate to replace it, which I agreed to since that service was apparently free and did not appear to hear me when he said more than twice "Okay, you want an estimate for an electric water heater" after I said I wanted to stick with LP. They charged $70 for showing up at the house (Reasonable) and another $170 for "diagnostic" work in which he fixed nothing, did not identify the problem and told me I should spend even more money with their company. In my opinion this individual did not know what he was doing and tried to cover it up by telling me the appliance was broken. An extremely disappointing experience.

Excellent. All work was completed on time. Al Terry went out of their way to do follow up service calls, ensure the work was done as fast as possible (within 2 days), etc. could not be happier.

They were responsive and showed up within 30 min of my call. We had them replace the unit the next day.

My kitchen and bathroom sinks were leaky. The repairman replaced each lever with a part that had new rubber washers. The rep was here for about an hour and that included me showing him all my bathrooms that I was going to have him do and him locating the parts in his truck. The actual work took about 15 minutes each. They charged me $515 to basically replace the washers. My friend who is a builder said that the parts are probably around $2-3 dollars each.

Everything went great. We've had 2 small issues with faucets since and they've arrived on time to fix the issues and honored there warranty in each instance. Great experience overall.

Did some misc heating work; told us the reason our main toilet wasn't flushing wasn't because of a blockage as we suspected but was because we needed a new toilet. Replaced our disposal. Ends up after the new toilet was installed, within just a few flushes it was blocked again. Ends up it was a blockage in the pipe, as we suspected and told them. Now we have a new $440.00 toilet we didn't need in the first place. We tried to use our dishwasher after they left, it now wouldn't drain. Called them back, they came out and it was a knock-out they "forgot" to remove. After "knocking out" the knock-out, the dishwasher now drains but the disposal was making an awful racket. Don't know the actual cause of that be we didn't use it at all nor the sink after the disposal knock-out was "removed". The disposal now needs replacing again.

I think they were overdoing certian things and we were overcharged.
