RealClean Rugs specializes in cleaning oriental rugs, handmade rugs and rugs made of natural fibers. The rugs are cleaned in our rug cleaning plant using primarily, a submersion washing process.
"I have no idea how good they are. They have had our rugs since 10/30/24 and have not returned calls, answered emails or responded to the BBB request for information. We went to their cleaning site on 12/02/24 and left a note on the door, which as of 01/13/25 is still taped to the door. Our next step looks like it will have to be legal one to get our $4,000 worth of rugs back."
