They did an AMAZING job. They showed up when promised. They assisted me to moving a few pieces of furniture that my elderly relative nor I could move (simply because he made a last minute decision to paint an additional room the morning the crew arrived) The wallpaper removal was not easy for them! They had to use several different techniques to remove the wallpaper based on the type of wallpaper they were removing in each room. Despite the wallpaper not coming off easily... they did a fantastic job! The end result was nice smoothly painted walls and a brighter home to put on the market. It was also great that they offered financing which allowed us to finance the project while we got his home sold. Because our elderly relative had just had back surgery, the crew was extremely sensitive to his needs for napping and did all they could to not disturb him and cleaned up well each night. They placed his furniture back for him when I wasn't at his home so he could return to "normal" There is NO way we could have tackled this on our own. So glad we found Scott and his team!

Scott was great with scheduling - Tim showed up super early on Friday morning as I had a conflict with work so we could walk through the spaces. Wonderfully efficient as they got everything done in one day! I called Tim Friday night as there were some light fixtures that weren't quite right and and I could see a roller mark on the ceiling. He showed up early the next day and fixed the roller mark and put all the lights back the way they were - it was great not to have to worry about anything. I've had Scott and his 'crew' at my home several times for paint jobs big and small over the last 4 years and I've never had an issue - this was the first time I called them to come back and the speed in which Tim was able to come back and make the adjustments was wonderful. I highly recommend them!

Good start. I was out of town for the week and they had access. In the end there were a lot of touch ups required. All work completed to my satisfaction in the end.

Scott was great working with through the job and even suggesting things to save money. He provided the estimate with enough detail and optional items we could find the right job. Carlos and the team were able to come out within 3 days of us signing off on the proposal and they worked hard through the weekend to finish on a Sunday morning. They did an amazing job.

Once into the job found out they sub-contracted the work to a painter out of Lawrence, MA. Profit margin to contractor was very thin hence it was in his interest to get the job done ASAP. Paint job and clean-up not up to the price we paid.

Ken arrived on time to start project. Did an outstanding job throughout. Completely professional, very happy with the outcome. Plus they completed this as a last minute job.

They got the painting done in 2 days and everything looked great. They listened to our concerns and addressed them. They were courteous and professional.

They always do a great job. Their estimates often fall in the middle of the ones we have gotten, but they are worth every penny and not expensive. They have never gone over on an estimate, even when we have asked them to add another coat of paint or come back for a touch up (which only happened once). They did a fantastic job on the exterior of our home and recently they repainted our kitchen and a bedroom. We plan to continue to use Certa Pro into the foreseeable future. Scott and his crew are always punctual, friendly and professional. The work is excellent. I also appreciate that they give 2 free color samples to test out. Again, first-rate company. No complaints!

They filled nail holes, painted the trim, and put two coats on the wall. They were very quick, but also thorough. We plan on using CertaPro for future work. Highly recommended.

We were very impressed with Scott's professionalism and his overall presentation of the initial quote. We had actually received a quote on a crumpled sheet of paper from another painter, and so Scott's presentation really impressed us. There was no question that his estimate, provided on the spot, was the reason that we chose him to paint our house - not to mention that his price was competitive and we felt confident that the job would be done to our satisfaction given his thoroughness and attention to detail at this stage of the game. No matter what issues presented themselves during the estimate, Scott was able to advise us and reassure us that any repairs would be mitigated properly before painting commenced.The painters worked efficiently, neatly, and finished in a matter of a few days. Each night they cleaned up their materials, and really worked around our family as we were outside during much of the job. We would absolutely recommend Scott and his crews for any painting job - interior or exterior.

The painter kept us informed of all stages in the process and was very customer focused.

We had this company do the outside of our house 3 years previously. we were so pleased with their work, we had them do the inside. And we were equally as pleased. They did everything to our specification with minimal invasion of privacy. they were neast, and professional and did everything to our specification. We had difficulty with one of the wall colors we chose--a wine red. They did those walls 3 times until it was exactly what we wanted. We couldn't have asked for a better job

Scott Mitchell from CetaPro Painters was great to deal with. The painters did an excellent job from prepping our walls and woodwork to cleaning up every evening. They were in our home for 6 days and I always felt comfortable and relaxed with them even around my children. The quality of work was excellent and the price was more than fair. Planning a spring exterior paint job and CertaPro will be who we call.

Scott and his team were professional from day one. Workmen were professional and courteous and were sensitive to our family schedule. Carpentry work was well done and the painting was very detailed. All doors were painted and when asked to address a couple of areas after the final walk through they did so quickly. Price was competitive with other bids and we did pay for 2 coats based on a color change to our home. As part of our package were were also able to spend time with a designer who provided some nice suggestions as we decided on color and trim. I would certainly recommend them based on the work performed and the manner in which it was completed.

The experience started strong, with Scott being quite professional and eager to provide a quick quote. I had assumed this would be a spring job since it was late in the season, but he suggested they could probably fit it in before winter. Our house, a recent purchase, had not been painted in many years and his opinion was the sooner we could get it painted, the better. I went with the most expensive package- a coat of primer and two coats of stain, again at Scott's suggestion that would be the best thing to do to provide the best protection. Unfortunately the quality of the job was very poor. We were not at the site during the time the work was done. Given the high Angie's list rating for Certapro, and Scott's good first impression and salesmanship, I thought I was making the right choice. However the contractors dented our new metal roof, which was our most important stipulation when we signed on with Certapro. They missed some areas on the house (the new color was different from the old so it was obvious), which I could not understand since three coats should have been applied, the front door was not painted, some items in the contract (ex. varnishing the french door threshold) were not done, and the site was left a mess, including our garage, which I had given them access to. Scott, to his credit, wanted to make things right. Unfortunately you cannot un-dent a metal roof, and after the mess left behind I did not want to have that same crew back onsite. Again, to Scott's credit, he gave me some money off the contract to partially account for the roof and for the additional work I could just do myself in the spring. However, a week later when my main contractor saw the job that was done, he pointed out several additional things I had not noticed. There was significant overspray on all of our windows, they sprayed over our utility pipes and electrical boxes, and essentially none of the carpentry was done correctly (in one place, a single corner board had been replaced by three boards pieced together because (I assume) they did not have a board wide enough). At that point, I went back to Scott and asked him to come take a look at the job that was done by his crew. He came out and we spent an hour walking around. He said he could send a person out to clean the overspray off the windows, and he would remove the carpentry charge. Unfortunately, the person who showed up to clean the windows had not been told it was an exterior job, so he did not have a ladder, nor did he have the right materials. I had not planned to be there, but luckily at the last minute I did stay home, so I was able to get him going in the right direction. He was able to scrape the windows he could reach, but the higher windows remain oversprayed, as do portions of the metal roof. I reached the point where I just wanted to close out the contract and move on. While I appreciated Scott wanting to make things right, there is no substitute for doing things right the first time - you cannot completely correct overspray issues after the fact, and some damage is not easily repairable.

Overall I was very pleased. Scott engaged one team to do the carpentry work and another team to do the painting. Things got off to a bit of a rocky start when the carpenters did not show up on the first day, but the office manager came out to my house to explain what had happened and I got her reassurance that things would get on track the next day. Once the carpenters arrived and I could see the quality of their work I felt much better - and from that point on I was very happy with the whole experience. The team that did the painting was also very good. The team manager set high expectations for his team in terms of quality and customer service and I could see that he worked very hard to ensure that happened. Sure there were a few spots that got missed here and there while they were working, but on the last day the team manager ensured that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. In particular, I was very concerned about the enclosed deck area where there was a lot of fine detail work, but the person who handled that was excellent! I was also impressed by how personable the whole team was. You could see that they worked well together and they always had a smile and a friendly greeting. One other thing worth mentioning is a minor point, but it's a classic case of how sometimes little things can make a big difference. I hadn't given much thought to painting the brick chimney, but Scott recommended it and the paint manager did a wonderful job matching it with the color of the shutters. It was just enough of a difference to really make it stand out along with the garage door and has turned out to be the thing that makes me smile the most when I walk around the house. The whole house looks great!

Quote was prompt and price competitive. Work was performed on schedule and follow-up until we were 100% satisfied. Very professional!
