Do NOT use this company if you want a quality paint job. Certapro breached the contract and did not provide services specified in the contract. We printed the contract to show the painter before he started but he still failed to comply with the contract. Painter came with wrong paint, failed to do a coat of primer as specified, was unaware he was to paint the wood trim around 2 ceiling windows (also specified), paint coverage was very uneven & left large areas appearing as gray shadows next to areas that were painted more heavily, did not cut edges of room evenly, etc. Additionally Certapro painter damaged a section of dry wall on his last day. Photo shows the way he left it. We reached out to Certapro owner Scott, the office manager, and our salesman Matt with a detailed email and photos. Waited over a week but had no response from any one. Called our salesman - waited over a week again. Very poor customer service. Very poor quality of work. Spent a week repairing the substandard work ourselves. Absolutely do NOT recommend this company.

This was our second time working with CetraPro and won’t be our last. We’ve now done external and internal. EVERY part of working with them was perfect. We loved the color consultant as she gave us new ideas that came out amazing. Samuel led the team whose quality was exceptional and just a pleasure to work with. Scott was communicative and fit our project into a tight window before we moved in. We couldn’t be happier with CertaPro.

We hired Certa Pro painters of the Seacoast to paint the house of worship for Lee Church Congregational and we couldn't be happier. Right from the start, in the bidding process, their estimator Adam had great communications. The quote provided was quite in line with the other quotes obtained, and Adam was willing to work with us to get the most out of our budget. When the work crew finally arrived, they set to work hammer & tongs to get the place renewed, generating several positive comments from other parishioners who came by while they were at work. They rapidly got the church into tip-top shape, and did a great job with the siding carpentry where required. Their QA inspector, Karen, did a walkaround with me, and we identified some areas that weren't quite perfect, which the paint crew quickly remedied. All in all we had a very positive experience with CertaPro. They charged a fair price, worked hard, and now the place looks great! Santo was an excellent foreman. The crew of 5 came every day for a week straight and finished my house. The quality was excellent and given the large crew, the job was done quickly and without disruption to our day. The price was within the overall range of the other quotes I received, and ended up being slightly less expensive and the paint used was of high quality. Would definitely hire again.

Santos and his crew were polite, professional and were here on some marginal environmental days without complaint. Their efforts resulted in the project being completed before winter weather set in.

Scott was very professional and responsive leading up to the contract start date, throughout the painting services time frame, and up to the completion of the contract. His crew also proved to be reliable and communicative throughout the two week period of interior wall painting that needed to be completed on strict deadlines and in a high pressure environment at our properties. We hired them to do full trim, baseboard, and drywall interior painting to prepare our large student housing portfolio for incoming tenants and the new leases. They completed their work on time, but we did run into a situation where one of their employees left a sink running in our unit overnight causing the bathroom and entire basement of the house to flood the day before the new tenants were scheduled to move in which resulted in an unnecessary repair cost and frustration for both us as their client and for our tenants. Although unfortunate, Scott did handle the insurance claim professionally and reimbursed us for the damage cost by accepting responsibility for their mistake. Overall, decent experience with CertaPro.

Excellent team; on time, efficient, Felix the organized foreman was terrific to work with & all were fun to be around. They were flexible & got the job done. Prices seem high.

Overall, we were satisfied with the painting job. Flower bed near the house was ruined and the painters used out outside hose to clean painting brushes, which was sort of a surprise, some paint residue ran down the drive.

The painters were all very cooperative and polite.

They were supposed to come for the appointment on Friday 6/23 at 8:30 am and called at 9:30 am to cancel. They always had an excuse every time I called to get the work done. We hired them on 5/23 and didn't get an appointment until the end of June. The work was horrible. They didn't prep the walls, they just slapped paint on them. It was a dark paint underneath and applied two coats. They gave finally agreed to give me three coats and I can still see through. Dripping paint on the walls, painted over cob webs, just a shoddy job and a horrible company. The guy who did the painting was clearly not a professional. I told them everything was fine because I just wanted it over with. It was very unprofessional. I called them about the job and still haven't heard back from the owner.

The job went very well. Only was punctual & professional. Prior to job, communication was somewhat difficult. Office was slow to respond. Not sure of he was contesting right person.

William & crew were fantastic! Professional, on time & did a great job. Had some challenging experiences w/ Matt, but in the end we got on the same page.

On time, pleasant and worked non-stop. Covered and moved furniture and cleaned up at the end of day.

The team arrived on time and worked around the weather to complete the work. Very professional team, hard workers. Very responsive to adjust as needed.

Bill came and worked during parts of the day where paint would do well and dry. Took longer but the paint is better. It's late in the season and cold! Nice and thorough work. Two newel caps needed replacing and Bill went to home deport & replace them.

From the first estimate to completion, the job went well. A few issues came up, but they were resolved cordially and to my satisfaction. The workers were clean and quite & very friendly.
