The job went very well. I contacted them late in the season and they were able to accommodate my request. Other painters I called either didn't call me back or couldn't accommodate the request given that they had no openings at this point of the fall. They did encounter a problem where it started pouring rain, not their fault, while they in the process of spraying the house. This caused wet paint to flow into places we didn't want it. They cleaned this up, with some prodding. Due to the rain they got behind schedule and came on a Sunday to catch up. They did call every time before coming, they never just showed up. Overall the house looks great. I would use them again.

CertaPro treated us as valued clients from the start and provided a professional, organized, engagement. There were a few communications glitches but all were promptly addressed in a timely manner. There was a small quality issue that didn't appear until after the work was completed and the owner and the original contractor came out, evaluated the situation, and made it right in a very timely manner. Everyone in the organization - Matt (quote), Jill (office, scheduling), Bill (painter), and Scott (owner) was responsive, professional, and friendly throughout the project. I would absolutely use CertaPro again.

Process was very efficient, estimating was quick and extremely competitive, project was completed in 2 days. Took advantage of their EZ – pay program as well. Very satisfied.

I never used them. Though the prices for some of the smaller projects weren't TOO bad, the price for staining the deck and lattice was outrageously high. $1,795 for staining a deck. $2,635 with small projects added. No thanks.

Crew arrived on time both days, very polite and efficient –did a great job. I was very impressed on second day, they knocked and announced themselves and did not simple start working.

The CertaPro crew did a very good job painting some large interior rooms, which included two tricky repairs: fixing a water damaged surface on an 18 ft high ceiling and also repairing a surface with water damage where the paint was textured (they matched the texture). The job took multiple days and they cleaned up after every day and kept the workspace tidy. We noticed towards the end that part of a ceiling had been missed, and they addressed it right away. Overall a very good experience & would definitely hire them again.

There was nothing really unexpected. It's just that I am pretty particular with the work that needed to get done. I didn't feel like they were as neat as they could have been. It was expensive. Quality was not that good. They seemed pretty responsive. I didn't have any problems with that. They came on the wrong day or something like that. I would use somebody else.

The painters were professional, highly skilled, polite and respectful. The quality of their workmanship and work ethic was truly outstanding. They showed up on time, worked for nearly 11 hours straight, they were quiet, they removed their shoes when entering the home and did a fantastic job of covering all surfaces to ensure there were no paint drips on the flooring. They thoroughly cleaned up the job site at the end of the day. I was stunned at how well the finished wall in the bedroom and hallway looked after they completed their work (the walls in the bedroom and hallway had been badly marked up from years of use by our young sons). I am completely thrilled with their work and would hire them again in a minute! The walls and woodwork look new again. I also appreciate that they took the time to review the work to be done with me prior to beginning the work and also verified the paint colors and finishes. I truly couldn't be more pleased. Fantastic work!

Scott gave us timely and detailed estimates, including photos of the areas to be painted to ensure we were on the same page in terms of project scope and expectations. He was always friendly and courteous. He was patient with us while we considered and compared other options, and was timely in follow up. He communicated with us by phone, e-mail and text to ensure we received his messages. Scott used his team based in Lawrence Mass and headed by Felix as the foreman to do the work at our house. Felix was incredibly polite, detail oriented, friendly and communicated regularly to advise us (by text) of the crew's arrival and departure schedule. I had met the "team" while my husband was away on business. When he returned he went to meet Felix the next day, and Felix took the time to introduce him individually to his crew. The team worked very hard in hot weather. They were quiet, and when they at times listened to music - the music volume was kept low. Their conversation among one another was respectful. They made very little noise - even when sanding. There was no smoking and no litter. The team was fastidious about cleanup, using a shop vac to clean up paint chips from the deck, driveway and even the grass EVERY day before they left. We were grateful to have this team of hard workers, and would not hesitate to use Scott and Certa Pro again in the future.

I was so impressed by their professionalism. They sent a color consultant out, she took her time looking over my rooms, furniture and decorations. Together we picked out the perfect colors and I am thrilled with how they now look. The job was quoted for 2 days and that is exactly what it took. The crew called me 10 minutes before arriving each day (they were on time), they were very polite, careful to cover floors and did a fantastic job. My rooms look so good now that I can't wait to call them back to do 2 more rooms.

It was estimated to take two days but the service person tried to get it done in one day which created some problems. Very hard worker, but had to come back to finish. Did a descent job protecting furniture, and made little dust, but there were numerous chips of old ceiling material scattered about; not a major issue, but this was obvious and overlooked. The finished product for a smooth ceiling left a bit to be desired, but overall I am satisfied. I guess my rule of thumb prevails; "If perfection is what you want the outcome to be, do it yourself". They did it in 1 1/2 days, it would have taken me (5) and I would have had dust all over the place.

Painted the ceilings after the popcorn was removed. I had the popcorn removed professional in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. I removed the popcorn myself on the stairway going up to the 2nd floor. The contractor was supposed to mud, sand, and paint the ceilings. He said he mudded and sanded but the ceilings look terrible. You can see where it SHOULD have been sanded down. There are marks and nicks all over all the ceilings. I am not impressed and not happy at all. I will not use this contractor again. I would love it if he came back and fixed everything for free. Andy from certa pro painters was awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and polite. He was on time and was very helpful. Even offered suggestions on how to re do our cabinets. The price was very reasonable too. I would def call Andy again but I would request a different contractor
