Description of Work: I found cigarette buts in the toilet and on the front porch. After speaking to the guys and put up a "No Smoking" sign a bun mark was found on the downstairs carpet. The work is sloppy on details and I felt they just wanted to get the job done as fast as possible and get out. Open buckets of paint were left overnight causing a large spill on my hardwood floors when we tried to move their equipment to change light bulbs in the ceiling fan. Many places needed a third coat which was in the contract that this would be done if needed. I could not let them come back to fix things because I needed to get my house on the market before the selling season was over. I would not use them again. The franchise owner was professional and responsive but the painting crew was irresponsible and immature.

Description of Work: they were to stain two decks and touch up trim. Communication with the office |and the crew was poor. the crew was driving from Lawrence MA and not happy about being here for such a small job. I don't think one of the decks was prepped properly and the trim wasn't spot primed. I regret using them and will pay for it come spring.

I regret that my crew may have voiced their displeasure regarding your location.. This is not OK.. Thank you for this feedback. I will surely address this with them. Your decks were in tough shape.. We did our best. Decks: are a source of frustration for the industry as a whole.. There is really no long term solution for a coatings system on decks.. This is why so many are moving to PVC materials for decks ETC.. Simply decks don't last as long as one would like them to.. It is simply the nature of the substrate. This is why most coatings manufacturers do not warranty their decking products.. Thank you for the business. and for taking the time to submit feed back.. Description of Work: The office staff was very good and very responsive. Three rooms were painted. Two were very well done. The 3rd and largest area was not done as well. It was a bigger project with the removal of "popcorn" ceiling, repainting, and painting of walls. Initially the painter and "mudder" left this area in poor condition and were asked by the office to come back and fix. They came back and worked on it more. The finished product was adequate. The ceiling could use another coat of paint, but we decided not to bring the painters back again.
