Jarod came to my condo within a few hours of my post. H evaluated my heating/ac unit which was very old and explained and offered different recommendations/costs. We agreed that repair was only a bandaid so I went with a replacement. Because he was so thorough explaining what I needed, I was able to go online and do my own research. He came over again with his recommendation and it was right on with what I had anticipated. It took a few days for it to come in, but Jarod installed as soon as. It did and was fast, neat and cleaned up. He showed me HOw to use, guidelines for maintaining the system and was on his way. I am happy to say that I would recommend him highly. I have no hesitation in calling hi again when the need arises.

Jarod was definitely best HVAC professional that I have ever met. I had a 12 year old propane furnace that was shutting off and wouldn’t restart. I had another company look at it and they found nothing wrong but charged me for a full maintenance. When the furnace shut down again a few weeks later, the same company said I need a new furnace. I wasn’t too happy getting such different results from the same company so I went on HomeAdvisor and found Jarod at Moulton Mechanical Services. He called me within an hour of my inquirie and was extremely helpful explaining my options and pricing. He came out to look at my furnace and could tell within one minute I had a bad heat inductor. He had a new furnace installed the very next day and showed me the huge crack in my old furnace.( which was missed by the other company). Time will tell how my new furnace runs but I feel very confident that Jarod stands fully behind his work. I would HIGHLY recommend Moulton Mechanical Services. I’ve honestly never been more impressed by a HVAC professional. He takes great pride in his work and has a customer for life!

This guy was fantastic! I called for a simple balancing - not expecting to get it addressed for a few days. He came by same day. Balanced with some baffle adjustments and I had him do a full service on both units. He is very passionate about his profession and makes you feel confident that a competent person is doing the work on your home. Excellent. Could not be happier with his service. Will definitely use again.

I had owned my first home for a little over a week, and managed to blow a fuse in my furnace. I had no idea why my heat wasn't working, but Moulton Mechanical Services showed up at 9:30 am on a Sunday morning to keep my wife from freezing, since I had to leave for work. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and charged much, much less than I would have expected for an emergency call on a Sunday morning.
