Fast and knowledgeable

Jarod installed a new high efficiency boiler and extensively re-plumbed our central heating system about 12 years ago. He is quite knowledgeable and explained clearly the work he would be doing. The project was completed in a timely manner to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend him.

He came at 8am the next morning after my phone call and started the work immediately. He had the best price and quickest appointment for an install. Even my own gas company was booking two weeks out for our emergency- which was NO HEAT AT ALL in the winter. Jared finished the work in two days , quickly and efficiently. I will use him again for AC or water heater when they stop. My neighbor use Moulton Mechanical as well and also was happy.

Jarod had great knowledge of our problem and installed a new heater in two days. Work was completed on time and the area was left clean. Jarod gave us a fair price, which was lower than the competition!!! I would recommend Jarod to anyone in need of new equipment.

I apologize for the delay with this assessment - huge computer issues but Staples has persevered despite persistent shut-downs. Jarod Moulton seems to have an understanding of this aging furnace (1980s). He was able to get it going and past its "issues" without hesitation, as well as carefully convey, with a review to me (a Senior), how to manage it. For years, he'd worked with Thorp Thomas who put the furnace in: a huge reference / Thorp had even been offered a position by SE NH Services: wow ! I do wish I wouldn't have to check it every day, but - it's heating the house well without much trouble. I would like a back-up plan, in case I have to be away a couple days - just a preparatory precaution at my age. Also, Jarod came when he said he could - much appreciated. Jarod is communicative, generous with his time and knowledge, and straightforward. I didnâ  t know the first thing about HVAC, but Jarod was able to break down everything I needed to know about my mini-split system. On top of that, he worked hard to make sure that our install was timely and fairly priced. So often with contractors, youâ  re dealing with surprise fees, challenging pay schedules, and disappearing points of contact. Moulton Mechanical doesnâ  t do any of thatâ  everything was laid out up front, and I was never in the dark about the process. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC help or anything else.

Simply awesome experience! Punctual and honest throughout. Provided us with more knowledge and options than we ever could have imagined for our system which was greatly appreciated. We recently moved into the property and it has a semi-old AC so understanding where we stand now and over the next few years provides great peace of mind. Jarod went above and beyond to install a furnace etc. Very dependable arrives exactly when he says he will. I found him very trustworthy and would recommend him and/or hire him again if need be. He also made sure I had heaters and my house would be comfortable when without a furnace. He also answered my call on New Year's Day!

He came out in the middle of the night because I've been without heat for over a day and it wasn't even one of his customers. He replaced a part didn't even bat an eyelash and then on top of that he lent us heaters to use. He also went out of his way to find me trustworthy people to do the rest of the work on my house and around it. This guy is the real deal

I don't write reviews very often but after working with Jarod from Moulton Mechanical Services (MMS) I am compelled to. Jarod/MMS can be summed up in one word, exceptional. Exceptional service, exceptional quality, exceptional work ethic, and exceptional dedication to and knowledge of his craft. I have been performing a whole home renovation of a 60s era cape house and doing a lot of the work myself. The original forced air system had to go and Jarod was 1 of 5 vendors I interviewed to replace it with mini-splits. He was the first to get me a quote and I would have saved about 6 weeks waiting for the other vendors if I had gone with MMS in the first place. During this time Jarod was patient but more importantly engaged and willing to educate me on all the benefits and caveats of mini-splits. He even gave me questions to ask his competitors! You can tell right away he has a passion for his work and his customers through his high energy levels and responsiveness. Jarod was 10x more responsive than all other vendors I have worked with through my remodel. You would think through all his positive reviews Jarod would charge a premium for his services...this is not the case as Jarod was the lowest bid out of the 5 quotes I received. He even informed me about the NH Saves rebate program that saved me an additional $1300 on my installation - no other vendor even mentioned it. After he installed the mini split systems he earned additional business from me by replacing my hot water heater with a high efficiency tankless one and installing a propane wall heater as an emergency backup. It's been 2 months since the installation and I have had no issues, MMS will be performing all my HVAC maintenance going forward. If you've read this far you can see that I highly recommend Jarod/MMS, he is a breath of fresh air in a world where it's hard to even get a call returned.
