I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Moulton Mechanical Services. In this day and age of spotty service, Jarod is like a throwback to when excellent service was valued. He is always responsive, checks in frequently and goes above and beyond what is expected from a vendor. When we had a major problem resulting in needing a new heating system, he even lent us some of his own portable heaters to get us through and checked on us frequently. He also advised us that the damage caused by our faulty heater should be covered by our insurance which we would never even have considered. He checks in frequently and answers all calls and texts promptly. I cannot think of a situation where I have had better service, ever. Project: Replace Boiler and Hot Water Heater It is refreshing to find a contractor during theses times that takes the time to explain all the options you have available and answerer all of the questions you have. Most contractors just give you a price and that is it. Jarod really does go above and beyond and gives you that personal touch and honesty. We did receive other quotes and went with Jarod not because of price, but because of the service he provided during the quote process and the time he took to answer all of my questions. We choose to go with Natural Gas Boiler and a Tankless hot water heater. He showed up on time and kept us informed throughout the process of what he was doing. Did a great job on installation very clean. Will defiantly be using Jarod Moulton Mechanical Services for future service needs. Great Service means a lot and Jarod provides that.

I had Jarod install a mini split air conditioner. He was on time and had it installed in a day. He was professional and I could not be happier.

Jared was great to work with. He was prompt, on-time, did the complete job in a day, and kept me updated through the project. After he left it looked like no one had been there. The place was spotless. He hauled all the old equipment away, button up the new equipment, explained how it worked to me, and even cleaned out the AC coils to improve that performance. He also installed a new AC unit for me 4 years ago and it works like a charm. I'm so happy with his work, I will be having him back for maintenance work as needed!! Definitely hire him!
