Called Friday Jan 14th..never received a call back

Mr. Kephart came to our home, analyzed what needed to be done, gave us a proposal and estimate -- then, as scheduled, returned and did the job, improvising (at no additional cost) to get the job done. We received everything we wanted and at a very fair price.

After reading great reviews here about these guys I called them about putting a generator in. In fact I called and left messages 3 times, I never received a response. I even filled out the online form. No response... Too bad they sound nice.

Excellent service and communcation before and during service. Never had to wait long to hear back after calling him. Took the time to put on booties to protect the home from dirt/debris. Did all work in a very professional manner. Most importantly he stuck to his original price quote. I strongly recommend Craig for service.

Very well! Craig was polite, friendly and didn't mind our dog (black lab) Reese who followed him around for the 2-3 hrs he was working in the house. Job was done perfectly and I would absolutely hire him again!

I'm so happy I found Seapoint (Craig) on Angie's List. I've been disappointed with electricians in the past. I now have an excellent electrician to rely on. Craig is extremely professional. He came out and estimated the job, explaining the requirements very thoroughly. We decided to use his services and couldn't be happier. He completed the project on time and on budget. He is exceptionally detail oriented and left our house as clean as he found it. He managed the permitting with the town in a timely and professional manner so everything is to code. He has integrity and pride of workmanship. To give you an idea of his quality of work and attention to detail. While he was digging a trench in the backyard, he nicked a plastic underground pipe. Though the town inspectors thought it was an unused pipe and didn't need to be repaired, he took the time to repair the pipe in case it was needed. That put my mind to rest. He also reseeded the lawn over the ground that was disturbed. I can enthusiastically recommend Craig and Seapoint Electric, in fact, I have already recommended him to my friends. Thanks Craig!

I was impressed with them and I called them back a couple times to try and have them come back to do the work. I never received a call back at all.

Great, Craig showed up when he said he was going to be here, very non-invasive presence in my house. No mess, worked hard all day. I am going to have him come back and put in some lights for us.

They were very helpful and extremely nice. They seemed to go out of their way to help with whatever I needed.

Overall my experience with Seapoint Electric was a good business experience, both Cal and Craig are professional business people who care about the quality of there work and understand that other people who are in business who have an electrical problem or need can not afford to be without power and that every day without power is potential business lost.

Craig was very professional doing what he had to do to ensure that we were back in business within the day. After having removed the old 40 yr old panels and turning what was an massive entanglement of electrical, thermostat, phone, and network wiring into a very well organized, safe, and clean utility panel.

Overall he was professional, neat, and courteous. I was very happy with the work he performed.

The electrical inspection went well. I understood what he was looking for thanks to Cal(the owner). it took about 3 hours for him to inspect and fix an re-wire an outlet down to the basement and fix a chewed wire along with the inspection.

Most excellent to work with, prices outlined on bill so no surprises. Not cheap, but what electrician is.

It went very well. Cal from Seapoint arrived on time, sat down and listened to me as I described the list of electrical issues needing attention, explained to me how their pricing system worked, and then proceeded to fix all of the issues I had (that were addressable today). He was very knowledgeable and explained to me what he was doing as he proceeded. I had been leery of engaging an electrician because of bad experiences in the past, but today's experience was a bit of a revelation and as he left, I said to him, I now have an electrician. I will for sure use Seapoint in the future.

It went very well. Craig took almost 4 hours to estimate the cost for each of the items on my list. Based on the estimate, I could then choose to have him do or not to do that particular item.

He was helpful, easy to talk to and ask questions to get the best advice on what to do with the existing electrical wiring and circuitry I had in my unit. He is coming to do the same thing to my first floor unit at the end of this week.

Craig was running late due to a previous appointment. He called to let me know he was running late. Craig was very considerate of my schedule. Craig was very professional & curteous. During the inspection for knob & tube wiring, Craig notices some other electrical issues. He fixed those issues for me. He even took all the old wiring with him. I highly recommend Craig & his company for any electrical work.

Out of the blue, our kitchen ground fault circuit would not reset and the initial attempt caused the circuit breaker to trip. I reset the circuit breaker which held with the ground fault circuit shut and then checked the voltage with an volt meter. It read 80 V. It was time to call an electrician. Craig came out the next afternoon (on my schedule). He was punctual, extremely helpful and very professional. He wore booties in our house, he carefully moved small appliances out of the way, he listened carefully to my description of the symptoms and my ensuing meddling. He asked questions and didn't immediately assume that I was clueless - but also politely explained the problem. He showed me where the ground fault outlet had malfunctioned, and the scoring and melting that ensured. He explained up front that the house call required an initial fee and that the work would add another small amount. He allowed me to review the scope and sign before he began work. He replaced my socket with one of much higher quality with better safety features. He inspected my electrical box and suggested things that could be improved (updates to code since my service was installed). I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and the quality of his work. I would highly recommend him.

He did a really good job. He was on time and very thorough. He was neat and answered all the questions. The price was a little high.

Seapoint Electrical charges flat rates, so even though the technician stayed for close to 3 hours, I wasn't billed for the hours. He was very prompt, professional, and did a great job. He also took a look at the electrical box to make sure everything was safe.
