Craig is a great guy. Truly a professional Master Electrician - We had an emergency on a day that he had previously fully booked. Recommended another service provider and told me that if I couldn't get someone to address my issue during the day that he would come after 6pm. He arrived when he promised and worked tirelessly until 2AM to resolve our issue and ensure the situation was resolved and safe. All contractors should be so conscientious and dedicated, He truly enjoys what he does and is very easy to work with. I highly recommend Seapoint Electrical.

I had contacted 5 or 6 electricians to support my remodel and Craig's installation approach for a very old home was far superior to any of the others. His work passed inspection at every stage of the remodel. Craig was very professsional in his work but was also very easy to work with. He even worked through a significant injury suffered when he was rear-ended on the highway. I am fortunate to have found him.

Fantastic, everything was done professionally and Craig kept in contact the entire time. He explained everything to me and patiently answered all my questions. He provided a detailed estimate and stuck to his estimate pricing. Highly recommended and I would use him again without any hesitation whatsoever.

Craig came to the house in the morning and checked out the light I wanted replaced as it no longer worked. He looked at the switch inside the house and saw the problem and fixed it, as well as the upside down light switches. He told me that the outside light would probably now be working if I wanted to stay with the coach light...I didn't. he had another appointment but came back a couple of hours later and installed the new double flood with a motion sensor. Craig is now our go to electrician. Great job and done in a day!!

There were a few hiccups with the basement, but Craig responded very quickly to resolve any issues. Overall we were extremely pleased with his work. He spent a lot of time here and was definitely focused on customer satisfaction. Craig is a very pleasant person to deal with and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the work he did. We would highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Mr. Kephart analyzed and resolved the issue, changing a defective wall switch.

To say Craig (the electrician from Seapoint & I believe the owner) was professional and a pleasure to work with would be an understatement. He was always ontime, always worked quickly, and always explained why he was doing everything and listened to all my concerns. He acted more as a consultant and offered advice like wiring the ceiling lights to accept a ceiling fan in case we wanted to add one in the future. Brilliant idea. Then there were the little things like wearing shoe coverings to make sure he didn't track dirt in the house. Not to mention that his friendly demeanor made asking questions easier. He always had the time to answer my questions. And most importantly, he kept to the estimate, which is always a great thing. Finally, I know this guy is good because when the inspector from the town came to look at everything, he told me that (and I'm paraphrasing) "Seapoint is one of my favorite electricians because of the high quality of the work and it is always done perfectly and up to the latest codes, which makes my job easier" In short, I can't recommend Seapoint high enough. If you have any electrical work don't bother calling anyone else because there is no way you can do any better.

We were having problems with intermittent power and thought it might be something in our panel so we called Craig at 7am Saturday morning and left a message. He returned our call 5 minutes later and after hearing what was going on he came over 45 minutes later. He determined that the problem was with the electrical service coming into the house so he phoned CMP and requested a technician to come out. Meanwhile he noticed that there were some circuits that looked bad so he removed two that had actually burned(eek!) and replaced two others that we're not functioning properly. Our breaker box is quite old so we inquired about a price for replacing the entire panel as well as wiring the box to accept a generator. He gave us an estimate that we found very reasonable and scheduled a return visit in two weeks. He was very knowledgable and professional and we will use him in the future for anything electrical.

Craig came back and installed needed circuits to our generator panel.

No service provided. Unable to make contact with company despite repeated emails and phone calls.

Seapoint did a good job for our homeowner's association. Cal was pleasant to work with. Communication was a little slow but not unreasonable.

Craig was very professional and very honest & reliable. Craig called the following day after I called him. Craig made the appointment and I had to call back because I had double booked myself. Craig immediately accommodated me with a day that worked for both if us. On the day he was prompt, very honest & professional. I didn't know what I needed and he was happy to tell me I was all set and didn't need him to do anything. He charged me a service call which I was very impressed with what he charged and left. I feel now I have found an electrician that I will use in the future. Thank You Craig you made my day.

I couldn't have been happier or more satisfied with the service performed by Craig of Seapoint Electrical. He managed to get me into his schedule within 24 hours of my initial call. He did a great job, explaining all that he did in terms that I could understand. It was amazing to have someone as professional and competent as Craig to deal with. I can't say enough how pleased I was with services performed. I will definitely use this company for any future electrical needs.

We were so happy with our service. We bought a new, more powerful air conditioner and, as a result, needed some electical work done. We called Seapoint Electrical Services on a Friday afternoon and Craig came over a few hours later to survey what needed to be done. He returned the following day, Saturday, and completed the job within a few hours. We would definitely use this company for future electrical work.

I have nothing but good things to say. I called late in the day and had the 220 line relocated by 6PM. The price was very reasonable and fair, the work was done well. I won't look further for electrical help.

Craig was very customer focused and accommodating, coordinating services with the gas inspector and gas company. He also worked around my schedule to the best of his ability. Very professional and conscientious.

I called SeaCoast after a bad experience with another Angie's List Electrician. I had already taken time off in the morning and I did not want to take off any more time. Craig understood and was more than willing to meet me after work which I really appreciated. He also gave me hope that the $1850 estimate of the first electrician sounded like over kill given the issue I was trying to resolve (light switches suddenly not working except for one switch that seemed to turn on everything). I did call and cancel -- because our realtor had arranged for another electrician to come. Everything Craig suggested was confirmed and just as Craig said, the cost to fix it all was much much less. Craig was also very understanding about the double booking. He is obviously a very professional person.

Craig was excellent. We have a 100 year old house he uncovered several issues where he walked thru the different solutions with us and then executed flawlessly on the agreed upon approach. I would highly recommend Seapoint Electric Services. Excellent service at a very reasonable price.

Original light was a small 24" fluorescent fixture, that overheated awhile ago and needed to be replaced. Craig arrived at 5:45pm for an appointment set for 5:30-6:00pm. The first thing he did was put on plastic booties over his shoes before entering our home. When shown the light fixture to be installed and the worksite, he then laid out coverings on floor and over the sink so as to not make a mess when he worked. Overall very professional in his work and although bill was slightly higher than we anticipated, it was very good work and he was fully outfitted with tooling and hardware to complete the job with no issues.

Fantastic - I got his name from Angie's List since I didn't know who to call and he was rated highly. I would rate his customer service skill, expertise and on time and advice as top notch. Any work I need done again he will be the one I call.

Very professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The work was done well. However, after this job and then getting estimates from Seapoint for 2 more potential jobs at the house I feel they are quite overpriced. Had the 2nd and 3rd jobs done well by other companies for much less money.

Craig arrived to give an estimate, and came back two days later to perform the work. He was very professional, explained exactly everything he did, and showed me how the system worked when he was done. He kept me up to date on the delivery of the interlock he ordered, and when it wasn't delivered on the day he did most of the work, he did what he could do and came back first thing next morning to finish the job. A+ work and A+ guy. I will call him for any future electrical work I need done.

We had an estimate done. Craig was extremely professional. We have not yet decided on having the work done but he did an excellent job of performing an estimate.
