+ -1 moreCarl came the week before to give an estimate. He was supposed to be here "around 1" and called to say he was running about 15 minutes late. I thought that was very professional. While he was here, he also went over my whole electrical system and verified things the house inspector had told me (I bought this condo in July). I made an appointment for him to come on the 28th to do the three things above and more work will be done in the summer when I remodel. Carl was very professional, very meticulous, very efficient. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who needs eletrical work done.
Description of Work: I needed a chandelier which hung too low to be replaced with an overhead light. I had a couple of broken electrical outlets. The outlets in the kitchen were not up to code--they didn't have circuit breakers (He had another name for them (CFGIs), but to me they're circuit breakers).

Seapoint Electrical provided an exceptionally detailed estimate and discussed each component with me before both parties signed the contract. They worked well with the building inspector and other tradesmen involved in the renovation and addition, and were professional in their dress, manner, speech, and technical skills throughout the entire project.
Description of Work: Installed 25 receptacle outlets, LED fixtures, recessed light fixtures, ceiling fans, dedicated circuits, fixture boxes, 20AMP circuit for heat tape on exterior of home, exterior lighting
