Description of Work: They came and explained the process and gave us an estimate to refinish our tub. This was free. The service provider arrived right on time and he was professional and friendly. He explained the process again. He put drop cloths in our hall and covered the whole bathroom floor with taped paper, put up a plastic curtain to catch the mess, put a hose out the window to take out some of the fumes, took the fixtures off the tub and told us when he began each of the processes parts and told us when he finished one part and started a new part. The job took about 5 hours. When he finished the last buffing, he told us the buffer left a couple minor gouges out of the top coat, said it was his mistake, sAid he was sorry, and promptly arranged with his boss to return in two days to correct the poblem to our satisfaction. We were not charged until the entire job is done and we are satisfied. This pleased us and the color is beautiful. I know we will be happy and get alot more use out of our 35 year old tub. I recommend this firm and process to anyone who does not want the high cost and envolved process of putting in a new tub and suround just to up6date the color of your present fixture.

Description of Work: Steve, the Miracle Method technician, arrived right at 8 a.m. as planned and removed a cracked bathtub liner that was installed nearly twenty years ago, then did an exceptional job sanding and painting the original tub. The job went flawlessly, and Steve was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. The refinished tub came out looking like new, and the color matched the plastic wall surround perfectly. I had the anti-slip material added (as they suggested) and it really helps maintain footing. Overall I am very happy with the service and would not hesitate to hire them again. In my opinion, refinishing the tub, rather than installing a liner, is a far better (and cheaper) way to go.
