From the initial the initial call to arrange an appointment for a quote to the day the work was completed, everyone was professional, promt, knowledgable and friendly. I'm very happy with the results of the job, it looks great.

The tub and sink refinishing went well; the technician was skillful, friendly, and very professional. At first I was delighted. The tub finish has held up well. Unfortunately the sink has not and it is a mess. After 13 months - which is one month past the warranty - the basin of the sink began to peel. I contacted the company and they said it would cost $250-$300 to redo since the warranty was up. As I was going to be overseas for the next several months and they gave no discount, I decided to wait. The sink has only become worse, continuing to peel. Recently when I felt I could afford the repair they quoted me $545 plus $95/hour for labor to remove the old finish! I consider the amount to be outrageous and the response to be thoroughly unprofessional.

The project went great and we are so happy with the results. This was a way more affordable option than completely removing and reinstalling our shower, especially since we were happy with the style of it. Also, we didn't know color matching was an option but that ended up making it look so nice. Highly recommend!

Because of unexpected circumstances I had to cancel having the countertop refinished but was still interested in having the bathroom vanity done. I called Miracle Method to advise them of the change. After the receptionist called the salesman who gave me the original pricing, the receptionist told me the pricing on the vanity went from $385 to $595 because I cancelled the counter top. I thought this was outrageous and poor customer service. Being charged almost double because unforeseen circumstances occurred and I couldn’t have the entire job done.

Excellent job and the counter tops look modern and brand new. The job was exactly as described for timing and finished product. Service tech did a great job protecting rest of kitchen from work being done. Very polite and professional

Our tub had completely lost the finish and was permanently stained with rust. It now looks brand new. Jacques was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, cleaned up completely, and was so quiet we hardly knew he was here. Compared to the cost of replacing the tub, the price was minimal. I am absolutely thrilled with the job. We are scheduled to have the other tub refinished soon and I can't wait. I highly recommend Miracle Method.

Made a repair and said it was under warranty for 5 years. refuses to honor the claim. I originally had a tub with some fairly small holes in it and hired Miracle Method to come out and fix them. The came to make the repairs on Thursday, August 24th. I am the landlord and was not there but heard from the tenant that they did a nice job so I paid the bill of about $350. Several months later the tenant let me know that a plumber had discovered a new hole exactly where the old one had been. I knew that the work was under warranty so I emailed them on March 26, no reply, emailed them again on the 28th, no reply. I finally called them and ******* claimed she had not received the mail which was strange because I just hit the reply to her email back in August. She had me send another email which she said she received. She then "verified" that she got my third email. On March 29th ******* asked for a picture of the hole which I sent her on March 30th. On April 2 ******* said she would talk to her boss about the situation. On the same email ******* asked for my tenants name and phone number so she could set up the appointment directly with my tenant. I had checked in with tenant and as of the 4th ******* still had not made any attempts to contact the tenant. I once again emailed ******* and she then reached out. Given that is was the 4th I would have hoped, given that there was water leaking, they would have tried to come out sooner but according to ******* the 16th was the soonest they had to send someone for an estimate. The bathtub then starting leaking into other floors on Sunday the 8th so I called Miracle method on Monday and asked if I could get an appointment much sooner as the situation was getting worse. ******* said she understood and would talk to her boss, 2 days later I still had not heard back from *******. I once again called her and was forced to leave a message. When I left the message I let them know that I was very upset this was all taking so long and that ******* never ever called back when she said she would. I have the phone records and literally not a single call back ever! I waited until about noon that day and once again called *******. She assured me that this was not dragging out because they did not want to honor the warranty. I asked if we could send a tech to make the repair rather than sending and "estimate" guy and then waiting longer. She said the only way to do that would be if I signed something saying that I would pay for whatever repairs their guy deemed necessary. I again told her this was under warranty and I would not agree to that. The estimate guy came to the property in the 16th and according to the tenant never even removed the tape on the hole to inspect it. Once again ******* failed to let me know the outcome of the inspection. I called the office on the morning of the 17th and ******* goan apologized for not getting back to me and let me know that this was not covered under warranty. When I asked why she said because someone poked something through the hole and it was bigger than last time. Given that the tech never even looked under the tape that is hard to believe. I have a picture of the two holes one in august an one in March, they in the same place.

The technician removed my amateur patch and did an amazing patch that completely blends in with the factory finish and assures me that no more rusting will occur. The repair exceeded my expectations and I wonder why I waited so long to call them.

Refinish job went well. We are satisfied with the new appearance of our shower. There were a couple of issues that arose when work was done- shower fixtures re-installed incorrectly and small gap between shower floor and the adjacent wall. Miracle method staff was cooperative and quickly responded to correct these items. It's important to thoroughly inspect work upon completion.

Tech arrived right on time, work was completed efficiently, and aside from the expected smell when he was done, you would barely know he had been there...aside from the nicely refinished tub. While it costs a bit more than some competitors, the warranty provided is much longer and transferable, making it worthwhile to pay a little more, especially for the attention to detail that was provided.

First of all, before anyone balks at the price for our job, let me say that it was a lot more involved than most. Two bathrooms, lots of tile surfaces, and we wanted to use multiple colors in a somewhat complex way. But look at it this way: 5 days, less than $5000, 2 fantastic bathroom makeovers. Boom! (My daughter and I are following up with the painting and accessorizing ourselves, probably putting the whole job at around $6000 for two 'looks like new' bathroom makeovers.) Brian came to do the estimate. He was very thorough, listened well, was patient with color indecision, and wrote up everything accurately and completely in our job order/quote. He answered our questions and explained how our job would progress, so that we would only have one bathroom out of commission at a time and so that each color had time to dry before an adjacent color needed to go on. Our job was scheduled for a couple of weeks later. Pat was our installer, apparently because he was experienced with the larger projects. That man was a working machine! He worked fast and non-stop for the full five days he was here, the last day being particularly long to make sure he left everything just as I wanted it. He was scrupulous about laying drop cloths and taping up plastic to protect my home from drips and overspray. I even teased him about how much plastic he laid and hung in areas of my bedroom that didn't seem close enough to the bathroom door to be in danger. (Even so, a bit of overspray found its way through, which Brian, who was backing up and supervising Pat, happily came to remove.) This work is messy and stinky and physically demanding, with steps and layering that has to happen on a precise timetable. Pat kept at it without let-up except for a planned lunch break or an occasional unplanned break when something took longer than expected to dry, and was pleasant and considerate the whole time. This even though he began and ended each day with a commute in heavy traffic from Boston to New Hampshire! Everyone I dealt with directly or even spoke to on the phone conveyed extreme pride in their product and their professionalism, with good reason. I love the results!! (I will post pictures, but I do not work as relentlessly as Pat, so it will be awhile before I get the painting, etc. done.)

It went extremely well. Responsiveness and customer service was excellent. Technician was on time, very professional and informative. After brother and handyman saw final finish both planned on saving up to have their tubs done. Would not hesitate to use again and would refer without reservation. They did an excellent job!

Great quality work, very flexible scheduling and quick response time. I had to move my 1st appt. last minute and they were very accomodating. We're extremely pleased with how the work turned out. The price was higher than some other estimates we received but the 5 year warranty was worth the difference to us. There was a pretty strong smell after the work was complete but it dissipated by the next day without much ventilation in our small-ish condo. Definitely recommend and would use again!

Work was fine. Tub looks much better than before. Only complaint on the work is the re-caulking after wasn't done nearly as nicely as the original. Other issue is they were an hour late for the work and it was the first apt of the day.
