Miracle Method

We had a bathroom that was in great shape, but was the old pink tiles on all walls! Also the bathtub needed to be refinished. The entire project took only 3 1/2 days, they were supremely professional clean and considerate. Also, the craftsmanship was aweosme - the room looks amazing! ( Sorry I took so long to review!) It was an amazing transformation. The project took 5 days because they covered a lot of surface and Ray, the technician, is a perfectionist. I can't say enough about his professionalism, work ethic and communication skills. He had great patience with the details, taking care to repair spots that needed it and to cover and prepare the surfaces meticulously. He constantly updated us on the status of the job and gave us estimates of how long each phase of the job would take. This process is very labor intensive so having a well qualified technician is important and Ray certainly met all of our expectations. The office staff was also courteous and informative. The price quote was fair and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill, even though there were a few additional minor repairs that had to be attended to in the process. Ray found a few loose tiles that needed to be removed, the blue board behind them replaced, and tiles reinstalled with no hesitation or increase in price. Two weeks after install was completed, we sold our house. The buyers thought that we had a new tub and tile; they were totally surprised that the bathroom was 50 years old with a makeover. I would not hesitate to use Miracle Method again in the future.

They were very nice people and very responsive. The job went quickly and smoothly. However, there were some drips in the finish and then some chips in the first week, so we had to have them come back out and fix it. Overall, the finish looks great and the service was good. They came right out to repair the mistakes. We wish there were no mistakes to begin with, but understand that in a small space like our bathroom, mistakes can happen. We would use them again.

We had to call them back a to fix an area that we felt didn't cover the old color. They were very professional and didn't question our opinion. They returned and refinished the entire tub without any charge. They said that they would make sure we were completely satisfied with the job that they did for us. It came out beautifully and we would recommend and use them in the future. It's nice to see a company that really cares about the quallity and services that they provide.

They were remarkable and were able to come at a very short notice. The work they did was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

Technician repaired shower floor depressed areas to prevent futurepooling of water and repainted shower. The paint did not dry properly andrequired a repainting two days later. The technician installed the grabsbars and indicated that he would return the following week to buff theshower walls. The technician did not return. The repainting of the showerwent well. One of the grab bars was installed at an angle and the poolingof water on the shower floor was not corrected. The need to dry the floorof the shower after showering is not an acceptable outcome.

Mike, the technician arrived at the agreed-upon time. He actually called 20 mins before he arrived to let us know he would be there. He was very thoughtful and considerate of our home while doing the work. He cleaned up whatever mess he created ...even placing dropclothes everywhere he walked.

The work went well. Kevin took such care making the tub and tile perfect. We are so impressed with the quality of the work. Kevin was a pleasure to have in our home. We are so happy with how lovely our bathroom looks.

This company is extremely easy to deal with. My initial inquiry call was returned promptly. An appointment was scheduled to review the job and within days I had a quote. They completed the work in the time quoted and the job came out perfect. The tubs - both were discolored - now look brand new! Even the fixtures look new again! I called the company number and was happy to hear a human voice on the other end answering the phone--no messages to listen to nor buttons to push before actually speaking with someone. I had a few questions and was put through to the owner, Ted, who was courteous and answered all my questions. I scheduled an estimate for August 4th. The estimator, Brian, called a few minutes before the scheduled time to let me know he was on his way and he arrived right on time. He was courteous and professional. He gave me the estimate within a few minutes--answering any questions that I had. Calling to schedule an appointment was quick and easy. Again a real person promptly answered the phone, was pleasant and scheduled an appointment for me for August 19th. On August 19th the technician, Mike, called a few minutes before arriving on time to let me know he was on his way. He introduced himself and was also courteous and professional. He explained the process of what he was going to do. He put down a drop cloth and cleaned up periodically throughout the day. He also kept the room well ventilated. He removed all discarded material and cleaned up nicely. The only thing left was a very thin layer of dust on all surfaces in the bathroom so I suggest that if you have your tub resurfaced you should take everything that is moveable out of the room. I just had to wipe down the walls and fixtures, wash the window, mop the floor and all was well. I am very pleased with the outcome of the job. The tub truly looks brand new! At the end of August I received a handwritten note from Miracle Method thanking me for my business and letting me know that they would be happy to be of service to me in the future.

Miracle Method turned an ugly yellow bathtub into a nicely finished white bathtub that now matches the toilet and vanity. They were on time, did a great job, and cleaned up well after finishing. They also did a good job caulking the tub after finishing the coating. The only surprise was that I didn't ask for the non-skid finish on the tub, but it was done to the tub anyway and I was billed for it. In hindsight, I probably should have asked for it to be done anyway, but I think I should have been consulted first instead of them just doing it.

This is the second time that I have used them and I am impressed by the quality of their work and the people. Work performed on time, as expected by good people.

They provided the most thorough estimate that covered all the details that some others missed. The worker came on time, communicated well and did a fantastic job. It is messy work but he kept it clean over the course of the week. The people count and I absolutely recommend them.

We were very happy with the finished tub. It would have been much more money and trouble to replace the entire unit. They were punctual, professional and did an excellent job. It looked new.

It was outstanding. Everything stood out, their cleanup, the fact that they called when they were on their way. The person was respectful. I was very, very pleased with the service. They were an A+ for everything.

Shower and bathtub look brand new. A couple of small problems with the shower initially. Brian Kelly came right back out. The shower was redone and is perfect.

The patch was perfect. The color and blending was terrific, and it would require a very careful inspection by a trained eye to find the patch. We were very pleased, and would not hesitate to use their services again.

It turned out great; they did a really good job. They did good work and kept everything clean. I would use them again.

Everything went well, and I am satisfied with the job.

This is the second time that I have used Miracle Method (Bruce McClelland) and have been happy with the results each time. They have always been courteous, timely, and professional each time. Communication was excellent and they always cleaned up after the job was done. For me, I have no complaints and would use and recommend them to others.

We had a scheduling issue (mostly my problem). On the reschedule the tech kept me updated of his arrival, on the day of the service. The details of the job were explain much better by the tech than by the office. This was a plus, from what the office told me I expected to be prepared do to some additional work under the tub with expanding foam for more support. It turns out that this was all part of the build. The tech was very professional, putting mats down where we walked in the house. The tech drilled holes along the tub bottom and injected expanding foam that would harden and add support. I would not have been able to access the full length of the tub to do the same. Then the bottom was sealed, coated, sanded, painted, then dried. Another coat, sand and SRS was added.(which I did not know what it was until the tech explained) SRS is the texture (non-slip) coating on the tub floor. This was not original quote but I paid the extra for it. HE explained the curing process and the maintenance of the completed tub and how long it would take before we could use it. Overall the job took about 4 hours and we left it to dry overnight with a fan blowing. We used the tub the next morning. The completed re--build tub floor is very sturdy, no more crack, no basement leaking, and no creaking when standing on different spots in the tub. The only thing is the tub floor has an uneven feel (lumpy) to it (this is not from the SRS but probably when the foam was injected below the tub floor some parts of the fiberglass became raised slightly). This is NOT a big problem at all but If I were to do it again I would ask to make sure that the tub floor remains relatively flat and the foam injection is not over done.

I was able to get an appointment for their rep Brian to come in the next day for an estimate on the job. After discussing the whole process and pricing, we decided to go ahead with the service the next day. Called the office to schedule the service, it didn't happen rt away, they were booked for more than a week out... so I had to wait. Speaks of all the business they get. Had to reschedule the service since they didn't have the person who specializes in shower doors for my original service date. On the day of the service, they came rt on time 8am sharp. Since we were still in middle of using the bathrooms, they didn't create a big deal about it, but started getting all there equipment so they could get started once we were ready. They were working for almost all day except for an hour lunch break. At the end we were asked to inspect both the tub and shower, the tub was flawless but the shower had a few knicks which the technician pointed out himself. He said, he can't do anything right now but will come back next week for it. I was handed a bill for an amount higher than the estimate so I disagreed to pay. I tried to reach the office, so it could be sorted out rt away but they were closed for the day so the technician left without collecting any payment. I called the office next day and sorted out the amount. They were very accommodating, not sure if the pricing was misunderstood at my end or theirs. Very happy with the service and professionalism of there technicians and office staff Amanda and Kim. Hoping to get the shower fixed soon.

The countertops had to be done 3 times to get it right. There was over-spray all over the cabinets, walls, appliances, and fixtures. The shower color didn't match and over-spray like in kitchen.

Not exactly sure of the price as I am not writing this from home. The person I spoke to was very nice on my initial inquiry. I think I remember filling out an online form and they called me back promptly. The technician who performed the service was very knowledgeable about his craft and did a great job. Where I had a 50+ year old bath tub with no finish left on it (pretty disgusting, really), I now have a beautifully refinished tub that looks like new! I would definitely use them again if I ever had need of another refinishing job.
