A contractor that showed up when we planned and stuck to the schedule.

Holes cut in the clapboard were not replaced correctly, (not flush with siding). Holes were not sealed properly. I was told the fiberglass blown in insulation was cleaned up from the yard. No cleaning up was done. I made the mistake of paying in full prior to checking the work because it was raining out. Mr. Kelleher has never returned my calls or texts for over 2 weeks. I had planned to have him side the house in the spring if the work was satisfactory. That's not going to happen.

Mike absolutely surpassed any expectation that I had of him for re-siding my home. His attention to detail is amazing and he went above and beyond to make sure that we got everything that we wanted from the job. We would recommend to anyone in search of a residential carpenter!
