Mike and the crew did an excellent job. Mike kept us informed, took care of getting necessary permits and worked with a plumber we hired to do other work on the house. The price was reasonable and Mike was able to make a few changes during construction at no additional cost to us. We are looking forward to working with Mike on other projects.

Hands down, best company we've dealt with in a long time. They were prompt, professional, great with our dogs and small child. They went above and beyond in helping to fix a few other minor issues at no charge. Their work was fantastic, we couldn't be more pleased. We would 100% hire again for future projects.

Mike was personable, efficient, and VERY responsive to our needs. In fact, he scheduled and completed the work WEEKS ahead and competitively priced with identicai quality materials to the competition. The work was done efficiently and, best of all, there was not a speck of waste or mess left behind. We would definitely contact and use them in the future if they do the work required.

Great work and very friendly. Also very responsive. We noticed an immediate change in temperature in the house. So much more efficient with heating our home now.

Nice kid, showed up on time and seemed to know what he was doing but quality of work not great. Cut a $300 corner board 3/8 short, leaving a gap at the top and short on the bottom. Used what looked like a pair of left handed scissors to cut the aluminum and did not follow instructions on part of the job. Refused to split a $300 difference because he did not add correctly on his quote, so in principle, $150 cost him a $4k siding job and other work which looked desperate. The deal he gave me on the work was hard to justify when his quote amount was the same as a 2nd estimate and ultimately paid him an hourly rate most doctors and lawyers would be proud of.

Mike was very friendly and easy to work with. He responded quickly and took care of my job within just a few days. After a catastrophic leak in my roof he removed all of the wet insulation in my attic crawlspace And then blew in new insulation. The job was completed quickly I have no complaints at all. I would have no hesitation about doing business with him again.

This company and Mike are great!! They were able to quote and get us completed prior to winter, at a reasonable price. Very professional. Mentioned all options available and his recommendation. I agreed, we set a date. Had to change the date to early and he was able to accommodate. He arrived on time, did all he was hired to do, cleaned up afterward and presented me with before and after pictures. I was completely satisfied. I plan to hire him again for other work.

I hired Michael to clean my 3rd story gutter. Despite it raining, he still committed to performing the job- on a Sunday! He arrived on time, was very professional, and very courteous. For example, he captured all debris and dumped it into the woods. While evaluating my gutters he noticed I had some problems with my shingles, showed me the problems, and actually put a temporary fix in place for a minimal cost. This is exactly the kind of small business you want to succeed, and I will absolutely use Kelleher Exteriors for future work I need done.

Kelleher Exteriors did excellent work soundproofing, and Michal returned the next day to sand and paint. The only complaint that I have is I had to go out while they were working. When I came back, there was dust everywhere. If I had been home, I would have made sure they had covered lamps and tables and furniture with plastic or some thing. I even have rolls of plastic in my basement, which I would have gotten out and covered everything. The work was good but do not leave them alone without making sure everything is protected before you leave. He did mention that in the future he will have covers and plastic to protect furniture.

Mike was on time and did a great job! He explained everything and did just as he said. Very Happy with him!
