[Member Name], I am very sorry that you feel this way. We pride ourselves on meeting each and every customers' needs on an individual basis. Being in business for over twenty years, I feel that we do just that. So, to that end, again I am very sorry you feel as if you got sub-par service. The reason for the rescheduling was entirely based on a customers needs that was extremely important and couldn't wait due to a specific medical condition of theirs. Again, as you mentioned, I did call you to reschedule you (as you requested) a quote for an air-filter system. When I never received a call back and the weather got hot for a stretch, my weeks book up very swiftly and being a sole-proprietorship, I work very, very early in the morning until late in the evening so that I can accomodate everyones individual needs and make it so that they can be home...like you and your husband who work long hours, I could have been there am or pm. So, the reason for not being able to come right down for a filter quote, was the heat wave, and long-term customers who need a/c and cannot be without it due to various reasons. I hope that you can understand this and take the time to give us a call back, I promise you you will not be disappointed!
