Description of Work: Bathroom. The person that did the cleaning was amazing! |I had to call and remind the company about the appointment. I was told she had computer issues. The deal was for 2 people to come and clean. I only had 1.

Description of Work: The contract was to clean the entire house in 1 day. Then she said that didn't include the upstairs!! They spent two days and had to re-clean because the first time wasn't good enough. To top it off, they denide that a window was broken during cleaning!!! It was one of the most horrible experiences of my entire life!!!

Description of Work: Date of last service is approximate. Sometimes had to cancel or re-book due of lack or help. There seems to be a problem keeping it. Could be do the extremely low ware paid them. ($9.50 an hour. I asked up front if I should tip the girls and was told "Oh no, I pay them extremely well" and was upset to find out what their pay was. Also didn't like having to pay an hour's travel fee. Cleaning was average. They did try hard. And did everything, pulled out all appliances, on countertops, cleaned microwaves& toaster ovens, floors were ok, but usually streaky. They were monitored for time, which made them nervous.

Description of Work: A deep clean service was provided for my home. I believed the price to be a little high until the work was completed. I will use bi-weekly cleaning services due to how well the deep clean went.

Description of Work: The cleaning went well but the owner (not the girls who did the work) asked for an added $10.00 because it was out of area. I do not think 20 miles is "out of area". |If that was to be charged, it needed to be a part of the original contract. For that reason I would not used them again though the cleaning itself was excellent.

Description of Work: They cleaned my entire 4 bedroom home. I was very pleased with everything they did and have signed up on a regular bssis to have them come back. Such a pleasure to have someone else clean your house! They did a fantastic job!

Description of Work: After a very extensive, and messy, remodeling project, I arranged to have all of the windows in the house washed. The owner of Glass slipper arrived for the site evaluation on time and was courteous and very professional. We arranged for a mutually convenient appointment to have the work done. |Unfortunately, when she copied down my address she listed the neighboring town; that left the hapless cleaning crew searching for my house for several hours. Since we live in the country and the next town happens to have some pretty steep terrain, the cell phone reception isn't very good. They arrived about three hours late. |Once they were able to start work everything went as agreed. The windows were near spotless and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

Description of Work: Danielle was very professional. Very business like woman. She's the kind of person you we explain to her what you want and expect she deliver. When I went for the final inspection, they were a few misses by her staff she posted sticking notes in the area that needs to be corrected. and it was done. I have really appreciate her prompt and fast response. I will use her service again. Good job all the way. I give Danielle an A+++++

Description of Work: My house was covered with dust due to grouting removal. They washed everything including kitchen cabinets inside and out, 2 bedrooms including windows inside and out with vertical blinds. Living room, vertical blinds and old furniture. Vacuumed all furniture and floors.
